Is pinchandfold.co.uk Legit?

I ordered a rook ring and a cartilage stud recently, both have arrived with stones missing. I’ve emailed the company twice weeks ago to request a refund and heard absolutely nothing back. I’mjust so disappointed as I was really excited for these pieces, they took ages to arrive and now the company won’t even respond so I can get a refund. I would never ever order from here again.

I bought two pair of earrings for a total of £80 although they look really pretty, I am 100% sure the quality is not what they claim it to be. Within just a couple of weeks they started to leave green marks, I have other silver plated with gold, and within the same time, they didn't leave any mark. Way too expensive for something just pretty with no quality

Purchased an earring from Pinch and Fold on the 28th May. Item arrived 5th June because of customs (totally fine). However, item is faulty and doesn't actually stay done up. Tried to get in touch with their team to resolve this several times and had no luck. Some emails simply bounce back from their recommended contact email addresses. Wouldn't recommend.

Very good quality of jewellery. One of the rare store selling rose gold piercings.It was packed si lovely with many attentions.I had to pay a lit if shipping taxes that i didn't expect. But after i get in touch with thé customer support they refund me all.Thanks you, i will recommand you.Please do better indications concerning the shipping taxes.

The jewellery I bought is fine, but I feel the website can make it clearer, upfront, that the items ship from New Zealand. I wouldn't have bought something so small and that covers so many air miles if I'd have known! Making this clearer would help people make more eco-conscious shopping choices.

The piercing came unscrewed and got lost, despite weekly tightening. Customer support said “some decorative pieces are more prone to unscrewing if they have larger parts.” It mentions nothing about this on their website (and doesn’t tell you to tighten them in the care instructions). Customer service will not help. £30 for jewellery that falls out in a few months is very expensive - much better options out there

I visited their showroom recently and spent way longer there than I should have. It was so beautiful and cozy. The retail staff that helped me (Sam) was so friendly and helpful. She was patient with all my indecisiveness and gave great recommendations for new additions to my ear stack. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

I received some gorgeous piercings for Christmas and have worn them daily! Im normally allergic to steel so have hinted my sisters to look out for some sterling silver or solid gold pieces. So far they have looked fab on my ears and have not caused any allergies! I am now looking at getting more piercings to collect their entire collection!

My necklaces arrived in record time and were packed in such unique packaging. I’ve been wearing my necklaces stacked for the past few weeks and I’ve had so many compliments 🥰

I just made my very first purchase from pinch and fold and everything was just perfect, beyond my expectations! The start, the communication through out was absolutely amazing and I was well informed every step of the way. I love the eco friendly packaging and especially the personal touches that went into it. My name was finely etched onto the lid of the glass jar. I’ve never seen anything like it 🥰.The earrings I bought looks even more beautiful in person. I know exactly where to buy my Christmas presents from!

I don’t agree with any of the positive reviews, these items are terrible quality and a waste of money. It is false advertisement. My brother got me 2 pieces of jewellery a ring and a helix piercing. The ring was claimed to be sterling silver and the image online had a 925 engraving. When it arrived it doesn’t have the 925 engraving instead a P &F engraving so its clearly fake. I wore the ring one day and it has already rusted a bit and my finger has gone green which cannot happen with sterling silver. The website claims to have high quality jewellery which is untrue. The helix piercing kept falling out and when looking closer it would’t close at all, I would twist it all the way and it would just come out. I then changed the back and it fell out again so now its lost only a week after receiving. That is two items and both low quality and it is a waste of money. Very disappointed.

This brand has the biggest range of huggies and piercings that I absolutely swoon over and at the most affordable prices. I’m yet to be disappointed by their quality and service. The new labyrinth huggies I bought gets plenty of compliments and arrived before an event I was going to, as promised by their online team. I really cannot find a single fault and will continue to be a loyal customer 🙏

I’ve spend hundreds of pounds over the course of the last 2 years and literally have had zero bad experiences with this brand. Onto my 5th order and I still get hand written cards with my order. The quality speaks for itself and the customer service completely blows away some of the services I’ve received from much bigger brands.

I’ve been searching for huggie hoops that are not boring yet not over priced and came upon this label from a Pinterest post (of all things 🤣). I immediately purchased the calypso and adore huggies. They came relatively fast and in the most unique packaging I’ve ever seen. I’ve been wearing the hoops for one month now and they have received plenty compliments. Happy to say I haven’t had any issues with loose hinge or tarnishing.

These include shipping, communication and of course if the quality of the product is true to the images/description. Pinch and fold ticked all these boxes and more! Their support staff is so friendly and helpful. Their packaging, with personalised handwritten card and glass container is so unique. Will definitely be buying more soon 💖

I’m usually reluctant to try new stores online (call me old school), but gave into temptations from Pinch & Folds Instagram posts. I’m glad I did! The experience was smooth and the products are divine. Shipping was hassle free and relatively fast considering it was free! I was kept up to date throughout and when I did have questions the online team responded almost immediately.

They have been tempting me on their social media since forever and I finally gave in haha. Zero regrets. Pinch & Fold ticked all the boxes. My daughter needed a set of jewellery quickly for her formal. I remember a colleague mentioning pinch and fold by chance. I was so impressed by the range you carry and even more by the quick delivery and cute packaging. What a fantastic business. Don’t buy earrings from here- got myself a. Daith earring (I have an average ear size) and this earring is far too large it has caused my ear to bleed- specifically referring to the crystal silver hoop, so pointy it tears the skin. Delivery was also much longer than expected and no reply from the company when I raised the health and safety issue.

Im crazily addicted to Pinch & Fold’s delectable selection of jewelry. I love the shopping process and the thought that goes into crafting and packaging. I try to pamper myself every once in a while from them. I especially adore their unique huggie hoops that are not over the top and made with materials that don’t cause my skin to react. Would love to see a physical store from you guys in the future!
