Is piac.com.pk Legit?

I flew from SKT to JED on PIA and it was a terrible experience. The staff spoke Punjabi to everyone, lunch was just rice, and water was given in small glasses on request. There were broken screens, dirty seats and windows, garbage under the seats, no reclining seats, no legroom, and narrow walkways. The staff was all 40-45+ years old. It was my first PIA flight in 12 years due to an urgent travel need, and it was the worst 5 hours of my life.

I had a GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD Experience some of it was not great but I will give it a 5 stars

Worst airline. 7-8 hours delay for each flight operating in Asia is their hidden policy. Every flight is late means, this is their agenda and practice. Shame on their management and staff for telling lies and lies always. They don’t even respect the time of HAJJ flights. MUST BOYCOTT this airline. This MUST BE BANNED forever.

I feel like we get really lucky during pia its not that bad the only issue was the return back to Canada from Lahore it was good/bad I knew service was bad but I wanted to stay longer since 1 week wasn't enough

Disgusting service, hugely overpriced, horrible moody and rude flight attendants and airport staff. No in-flight entertainment but they still give you crap headphones, what are you supposed to do with them. Hardly any pillows or blankets. They change your direct return flight to via Karachi without informing you because they are deliberately over booking. People need to boycott PIA and then see how things quickly change. If you've never flown via the middle east on one of the other airlines then do, you probably won't go back to PIA again.

It was very bad Staff very rude, and very unhelpful very corrupted people recently my flight was connecting from Islamabad to London from Islamabad to Karachi. I traveled with PIA international airline. On fifth of March. I bought a ticket was saying I’m allowed 25 KG weight +7 KG on hand but they did not allow me take my hand luggage because they were asking me to give them money to take a bag seven KG. Which was corrupted because this is not happened anywhere else in the world except Pakistan because I’ve been traveing 19 years and I never seen this case only happened with PIA I will never travel again with this airline. and I will let people know as well. If you can word this airline.

Worst possible travel experience for this price! Horrible food, dirty aircraft and washrooms, rudest ever cabin crew, and 0 regard for passengers’ time, safety, and comfort. Humble suggestion, charge people for what you provide or start providing for what you charge!

On my Nov 13th flight from MAN to LHE, Ahsanullah and Imran Qayyum - best at providing service. PIA is struggling and there’s a lot to improve from bookings and their customer services to seeing passengers off. Planes need proper overhaul and additional benefits like AV setup etc.Farooq Sheikh, PIA Manager at Manchester airport is an asset to this business. Guess the higher management need reshuffle so new ideas can be introduced. Muhammad

I don't think people are running this airline but zoo animals, monkeys mostly. They have treated expats poorly for too long by ripping them off at airports, high prices for tickets and poor service. The sooner people stop visiting that fraud country the better. Better off visiting nations like Dubai, morroco, Turkey, Egypt etc.

Perfect take off and landing. Service by Cabin crew was excellent specially by steward Adeel Aziz, Syed Ali Haider and Air hostess Shazia Rizvi on PK 784 YYZ/KHI 29 Jun 2023 my Seat 25A.Condition of aircraft was pathetic.

Absolute piece of s*** airline, i had a connecting flight from Dubai to karachi to Islamabad, they delayed my flight purposely so i miss the karachi to Islamabad flight and need to pay extra to change the flight. I mean they the ones who DELAYED my flight and they asking me to pay MORE?? Seriously what pathetic airline is this?Full of noobs and robbers. Itnay beghairat log hai PIA k staff, Allah karay inka poora company ban hojaye dunia se.

Worst service. They canceled my return flight from Karachi to Multan two weeks ahead and changed it to 3 days after the original schedule. These unprofessional PIA Staff cannot arrange an alternative plane in 2 weeks.

Plans are too old and no entertainment system on long haul flights from last 20 years making journey very very difficult.Last time I travelled on PIA was 05th of Oct 2019 on flight 701 (Islamabad to Manchester) and found insect in food and when I informed flight attendant, I was told rudely not to eat it! rather than apology or any other explanation.

Never Seen Before this Fraud Airline and Notorious Customer ServiceAVOID AVOID AVOID!!!I have booked my Ticket From Islamabad to Abu Dhabi on 27th April, 2021 and paid through my debit card. I havnt received ticket invoice or any ticket through email. Even after several calls to these Notorious customer service in Karachi Pakistan download my ticket from website. Now after more than one month, still waiting for my Ticket invoice in order to claim ticket reimburse from my company.Please donot donot use this Airline

What a disgusting and nightmare of a flight me and my family endured.. Travelled on pia many times before but NEVER had such a horrible flight, no in flight system children crying and screaming.. Toilets not working, water not in taps.. Disgusting smell throughout the plane no one able to sleep as so uncomfortable.. So angry and disappointed.. How long does it take to hoover a plane and spray airfreshner..

Been using PIA for the last 30 years, have had some terrible experiences in the past, but have noticed improvement recently.Good= Direct flights, spacious seats, good food, pleasant staff, 40kg luggage allowance.Things to improve: Online check in, Onboard Entertainment, update aircrafts. Contact centres.Have noticed a lot of empty seats, in order to remain profitable might need to discount seats to achieve higher bookings rates.

Avoid. Just avoid. There are plenty of alternatives should you wish to go to Pakistan (unless you're heritage, why bother). The menu hasn't changed since 1985 and the in-flight entertainment is non existent. They make money as they have a monopoly on the direct routes plus they allow 40kg baggage but they charge the same as a round trip to the moon and back (which gets pocketed by the corrupt officials). Dirty, ancient aeroplanes (Many which have been grounded by Europe as not air worthy).They've recently sacked 30% of their pilots as they weren't pilots at all. Counterfeit degrees, like the rest of that god forsaken country. You have been warned.And I'm a patriot!

Horrific airline, they changed my ticket from JUNE to AUGUST. These tickets were booked 6/7 months in advance, they cancelled my ticket to resell at a higher price. Disgusting company. The flight in June is still going yet my tickets got cancelled. A family friend who booked the ticket recently paying £1000 for his ticket has not had it cancelled! STAY AWAY. I will be taking this further PIA.

IT IS A BIG SCAM AIRLINES. And the problem is that they sayd (operated by Turkish Airlines) that's why I bought their tickets. But maybe Turkish Airlines are their partner in crime as well. They cancelled my flight for very wacky reason as they say they are restricted from flying from Amsterdam to Istanbul and that they were listed mistakenly on TravelUp!! (which is a third party agency that sucks big time as well) - They cancelled my trip and seemingly no refund - The European Union should investigate this big scale scam and ban such airlines from even existing.
