Everything advertised and promised has been delivered. We have been with Phoenix Capital for 11 months and couldn't be happier with the experience. Especially enjoy the quarterly updates. Have worked with Devin, Natacha, Alexis, Matt and met Lindsey in the Dallas office. All are true professionals and respond quickly with clear information. We feel blessed to be a part of the Phoenix family.

The bond market was new for us - usually have our money in CD's and real estate, but after some research we found Phoenix which looks like a great deal in today's investment options. Joshua helped us to get thru the initial paperwork hassles. And their customer web site is fine.

I would love to see Reg A investments offered with compounding interest, but they have not reached that point yet. I spent considerable time working with Cameron Smart to invest in a 9% bond. My IRA funded the investment in May and Phoenix Capital returned my invested capital in June. It was supposed to be held for three years. I did hear from Cameron and he said the rules only allow them to handle a certain amount in bonds and I will have to wait until July to invest after all. Hopefully things still work out.

Worthwhile investment and excellent service. Team answered every question and stepped me through every part of the complex investment process, which for me included setting up an IRA. Easy to navigate their website. Plus, it's hard to beat the returns, if you have some funds to tie up for a short 3 years. Recommended!

Cameron Smart has been awesome. He explained everything about getting accredited and coached me through the process. We are accredited and invested in the 7 year 12% bonds. I have complete confidence in having enough money for the next 40 years.

I've read all the wonderful reviews. But I would not invest with them. They have purchase land and mineral rights with people who have invested with them. The funds are not back by any FDIC. So they are paying you back with your own money using a junk bond strategy. Has anyone ask the question what happens if the business fails ? Remember it is a family business. The owners will make sure that they will always land on their feet.
