Is photoserge.com Legit?

I signed up for a free service from PHOTOSERGE with an offer for monthly services which i declined to agree to. Never used his free service nor his offer paid service.. I DISCOVERED DURING AN AUDIT BY MY CPA THHAT IN WAS CHARGED FOR MULTIPLE MONTHS.I wrote tp Serge and explained this mistake . They would only refund Me one month charges. I expected better response . I feel that is a slimy way of doing business. Im filling with my card for fraud.I will never come c,lose to this units action.

The conversations I had with Photoserge ran along a parallel path that neither party realised. Eventually it was established that I had unfortunately registered two email addresses. As soon as that was figured out, the solution to merge the data from both into one was effected rapidly. Top marks.

A small problem with a missing link was quickly sorted without any fuss

PhotoSerge posted free software on FB. I tried 3 different times to download and kept being asked to input credit card number. Refusing, I could not download the free posted product. Searching I found there were an number of other people on Facebook experiencing the same thing. I wrote to PhotoSerge directly and explained what was happening. First response came within 24 hours asking for a little more information. The product was uploaded to my account the next day. Support was great and quick.

All of the webinars I have attended have been extremely helpful. I understand how set up the composition, use lighting for better effects and so much more. I am a novice and can capture decent pictures while applying new skills.Try one of the webinars out - you won't be sorry!Nancy

I am very frustrated with the email spam I have received every day for years. I have unsubscribed the newsletter dozens of times, blocked the email address and still receive spam messages. The only solution seems to be to create a new email."You are already unsubscribed." - Well, it doesn't seem like that.

I've followed Serge for a few years now and it was he who cost me a fortune, convincing me to migrate completely to Sony (initially A7R), from Nikon, back in 2015! 😄 I have used his Lightroom techniques to great effect and found his videos extreme useful. The 'hard copy' of Lightroom editing which I recently received, is a terrific reference, for dipping into when needed. Keep up the good work Serge and thank you.

I have chosen Serge to be one of my 3 mentors. I have purchased several of his courses as well as grabbing his free offers. I have had a few issues with duplicate items, billing issues, merging accounts and changing e-mails. Patrik in Support has always responded in a timely manner and has been able to make the needed corrections. The quality of Serge's courses and the support that goes with it is why I choose Serge as my mentor and why I give him 5 stars.

I have been a fan of Serge for a couple of years. Constant email alerts are the only downside to subscribing. There are on line videos where magic and sales happen. Downloads of books, info, guides into your personal library. I can revisit my library to review items. Plenty of ideas are given, as are free presets. Tutorials. Free skies to import into editing programs. Photos to study, advice to try. Methods to incorporate and a vision, tried and tested processes. Well worth while.

I’ve been a member of Serge’s institute for almost three years now and, through social media, I have experienced a vast improvement in the quality of pictures I creat. Through the institute and Serge’s personal interest in your work, you almost feel there is always help at hand if you get stuck. Even when Serge is busy with his workshops there are likeminded colleagues on the FB forum who can add guidance. And of course, there are the LR presets which vastly reduce time spent on post production, freeing up time what we love doing the most! I definitely recommend his new Black &White presets just launched

There are a lot of terrific photography and image processing teachers on the Internet. Over the past 15 years I have learned a lot from many of them. I can honestly say that Serge's courses--especially his black and white course, his cityscape and landscape courses and his Photoshop courses are unbeatable. Fun, informative and super easy to learn from.

I have followed PhotoSerge for many years. I am a long time Photoshop user but was totally lost in LightRoom. I purchase the course had have been well on my way to producing much better photos. I signed up for a course but became ill and was not able to take course. I kept thinking I would be better, but after 8 months was still not able to participate. I sent request asking if they would consider a refund. Serge kindly approved partial refund with credit towards class in the future (I am determined to return to the point that I can participate). Serge Ramelli has a very special skill when it comes to passing on his extensive knowledge in photography. He doesn't just tell you how to do things with your camera and post processing software he actually shows you how to art with your photos.

I have purchased many courses from PhotoSerge.com and have learned a great deal from watching them (I still have many hours of viewing still ahead of me). My photos (according to others) have gone from "good" to "breathtaking" and "stunning". I have used Light Room Classic, Photoshop, Luminar 4 and Luminar AI (and I am waiting for the Luminar Neo to be released and hope that Serge will create a class for it as well.) The classes are incredibly beneficial and very affordable. The support team has responded very quickly whenever I have contacted them.

Super service desk; 2 accounts were merged, correcting my mistake quickly. Serge his trainings are good and I'm learning quite a lot. The only downside is the continuous number of e-mails from his marketing machine. But then again he's not the only one doing this.

Hi friends, the first times I saw some footage of Serge, I confess I was a bit skeptical. Then I bought the package of presets and filters at a discounted price and my photos have changed for the better considerably. Later I purchased a new package "Confession of art of Photography", I had to solicit the download but than it all worked out quickly. I've been using serge's courses for a couple of years now, some free courses and some that I've purchased. I've found the courses very helpful and has not only have they dramatically improved my post processing skills but also helped give plenty of ideas and new skills when out shooting photos. So much publicity on discount to get you to purchase. Too good a deal but when its paid for the products was not accessibility. It simply says, poor internet connection. Try again. Try it we may, for as many, it simply said... wrong password.! Dodgy business.

Personally, I've never had any issues with double billing or access to courses as others have said. I've found the courses to be excellent, and indeed, Serge has a very unique talent in suggesting how to make your photo's really pop vs other courses I've purchased. Yes, there are lots of courses out there, lots of free youtube courses also. But between Serge's youtube videos and his courses I've learned a lot and learned how to put pizazz into some of my photo's.

Have bought a lot to courses from Surge in the past but like others it seems this time I got nothing but a receipt. I emailed and initially got great response from Patrik. After some further correspondence he pasted my issue on to the 'It' manager and that's were it all stoped Emailed Patrik again after a few weeks and got an instant refund so at leased he is doing his job. I have purchased several courses from this website. Every time I use a site provided discount code, I don't get the discount. In the past I have tried to contact the site and never got a response. 2 weeks ago I purchased a Landscape Master Class using the discount code and was charged the Full price! ($147.00 vs $79.00). I've sent 5 messages asking for a billing correction and it still hasn't been fixed. The two messages I have received from my complaint have said, I'm busy right now I'll work it later. Now to add insult to injury this week, they've lowered the price to $59 dollars! The courses are pretty good, however, I strongly recommend that people do not purchase the courses Until their support staff becomes more responsive and the discount code issues are resolved. It is clear to me that no one on the other end cares that we pay double and now triple the price we should have for courses. I recently downloaded Serge's 2020 Toolbox and purchased his associated Lightroom presets. Then I purchased his Fine Arts training series. I purchased the presets as part of this series not realizing they were the same Lightroom presets as the first set. I sent a request to customer service on the weekend and on Monday had a reply that my reimbursement was taken care of. Now that's fast after sales service. Perhaps marketing could make it clearer on the website to identify the presets better. As a side note, I have learned many new tricks and techniques watching Serge's training programs using Lightroom, Photoshop, and Aurora HDR - all software that I use. I would never pay over $400 USD for this (I'm Canadian, so the cost would be well over $600 CDN for me). But the cost of $27 USD was spot on and I could not resist. Thanks to the team at PhotoSerge. Keep up the great work. FYI... I get a good chuckle when Serge applies his "American" accent during his training!
