photoglory.net Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives photoglory.net a lower trust score on the platform: 40.6. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Controversial. Risky. Red Flags.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 40.6 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to photoglory.net's industry. The algorithm detected potential high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Controversial. Risky. Red Flags. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning photoglory.net, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between photoglory.net and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of photoglory.net. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of photoglory.net, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. photoglory.net is a questionable website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether photoglory.net has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether photoglory.net boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, photoglory.net.

Very good for cleaning up all my old genealogy images and documents. Nice preset selection.
I am very satisfied about PhotoGlory and a very usefriendly program!
PhotoGlory is an excellent photo restoration program with an incredibly user-friendly workflow. It does an outstanding job of reviving old or damaged photos. I wish I had discovered PhotoGlory sooner, as it would have saved me a significant amount of money I wasted on inferior photo editing products.
I've been using photoglory for a while with great results in restoring family faded photos. As a novice I needed a one step fix and this was my answer. Getting a notification that the free upgrade period is expiring so I attempted to upgrade. Downloading incorrect file I was faced with an error and contact support.Contacting support I received a rapid response with a link to the correct file to download and a follow up to assure a successful update. The support could not have been any better or faster in resolving my issue. I'm impressed.
I was using colour old photo. I had adjustments to get in the lines, which was fine, but when trying different colour shades, it started to put bright colours instead of the ones I was choosing especially the green, no matter what green I decided on it was always bright green
I have many old family photos dating back to the 1920's. Most are B&W and it's very pleasing to see my relatives in colour. Some photos are in poor condition but this program restores them to a very respectable level. It is very easy to use and now I have had requests from others, who have seen the results, to help restore some of their's. Very impressive.
I’ve used a largish number of photo restoration/rescue packages, and while all have worked to some extent, this one is streets ahead of the rest. Even the colorisation of black and white photos works pretty well, though one has to watch out for thin fingers looking dead. Though even that is a minor problem as the retouch function cures it in seconds. Another thing I really appreciate is that when a save a photo I’ve worked on it adds - edited, after the title. All in all it’s a valuable addition to my graphic armoury, at a price that won’t break the bank.
I am in the process of digitizing 100 years of family photos, slides and film. Using Photoglory has been a great addition to my collection of photo management and editing software. All my scanners are supported as well as my preferred photo format.
Bad software and incorrect company. I purchased a Pro license to use the Restore old photo function. Photos are scaled down and the larger photo size becoming 1024 pixels. As a result, details are lost and this makes buying it pointless. The company hiding this and you know about this feature after buying software. Results are worse than free AI online services.photoglory.net answer is: "If the actual detailing of the photo is lower than the resolution set in the file properties, PhotoGlory uses a special algorithm called downsampling". I make a test with more then 10 photos from DSLR camera Nikon 3400 (24Mpix) with perfect focus and details. All photos are scaled down and the photos size becoming 1024x682 pixels! This is very stupid AI, if is AI.My order ID is #31054754
The program is OK, but their sales tactics are not. Do not accept anything this company offers for free in the way of upgrades, because they are not free. When you go to use the program again, nothing has changed except the demand to pay for something that was offered for free, you won't even be able to use the original program, unless you kept the original download and pass key, in which case you can remove the program from you hard drive and reinstall it using your old download and key. Their sales tactics stink.
I found this software great for restoring the photos and coloring photos for my genealogy project of my familyI find photo glory is very user friendly and is great for repairing photos before using photo works for editing. the price is excellent for retired users like me and i am looking forward to the next version. I highly recommend photo glory
I am passionate about old photos that I discover in my family and in old bazaars. This program allowed me to restore the former glory to photos taken 60 or even 80 years ago. The program is simple and intuitive. Thanks to him, the world of photography went back to the last century, bringing a smile to your face. I'm adding my 6th star to the 5 stars.
I have been using Photoglory 3.5 software for some time to enhance and repair thousands of old family photographs, some taken in 1870. Being halfway through my project, AMS Software advised that they had upgraded to version 4. Unfortunately, I was unable to upgrade and so logged a call for assistance. As promised, within 24 hours, my issue was resolved. A pleasure to deal with a company like AMS.
I have just begun using photoglory. It is too early to provide an indepth review, but have found it easy to access and use. My initial efforts have produced quick results and have allowed me to make adjustments where necessary. I think it will provide me great results the more I use.
The advertising is misleading and the support is non-existent. There are three packages but it is not clear from the website that the Restore Old Photo feature only comes with the most expensive Pro package. So I downloaded the second most expensive option, only to find that I need to pay more to upgrade. I paid the extra, deleted the old installation and downloaded the Pro version, or so I thought. The second download was identical to the first, so I cannot use the feature I wanted. I contacted support and raised a ticket- no response. I chased support - no response. I spent hours manually retouching the photo but the results are nowhere near the standard they advertise. Really disappointing
The timely response for the most part, understanding the amount of help that is needed from others, and solving my needs quickly. As a fairly new user, I have been completely satisfied thus far. I have enjoyed using the PhotoGlory and PhotoWorks very much and am very satisfied with the software. Thank you!!
I have been using PhotoGlory Pro for the past 3 years to digitize and restore old paper family photos from years past. For me, it has been a powerful and time-saving editing tool for that very purpose. I used it for both BW and color photos with amazing results. I especially like the batch processing feature to colorize multiple BW photos. The UI is quite intuitive and the collection of special effects is pretty diverse. I also use it for regular editing of my smartphone photos like retouching, object removal, background changes and vignetting. Very nice!
In addition to the software working as advertised, the customer service is great. I had an installation issue, which was a problem I created on my side, and when I contacted customer service I received a prompt reply from Arthur and he got me up and running. Everything is working smoothly and I am able to restore my old slides, negatives and photos. Thank you.
I have been using various photo software editing tools such as PhotoShop, Cyberlink Photo Directors, and others to enhance, update and repair software. This software delivers what it promised. I had several badly damaged photos, stains, scratches, tears, discolored pictures from several decades ago from slides, paper prints, polaroids that needed restoring. I used photoglory to restore the pictures to almost new, then used my other software to retouch and they came out looking fantastic. I also tested some 1800 photo metal plates that came from an old wooden box camera used back in the " western " days that a neighbor had. The plate was discolored blue, brown, peeling, some rusting, and it came surprisingly looking significantly better that it looked. I had scanned the photo on my scanner first, then sed PhotoGlory and was amazed at the results. I am unable to attach before and after pictures but will be glad to share with anyone who wants to respond
It is just amazing to be able to add the dimension of color into old pictures. And which such quality and ease of use, that's what photoglory does. Tried some other software to obtain the optimal quality in colorising but photoglory is the summit!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

I have just dealt with this company, their photo restoration program is bad, it makes the photo you are trying to fix worse. Very unhappy and am currently attempting to get a refund on the Pro program. They do not offer a sample restoration to see how it looks, and now I know why. You have to BUY the Pro version for almost $50. And I was foolish enough to do so. I believe this company is if nothing else, a borderline scam. I believe they set up a website referring to the Top 10, best photo restoration sites, and of course they are Number 1, with a perfect score of 10. These are no people you want to deal with!

Update: No refund coming. PhotoGlory and AMS Software are scammers. They will not allow you to do a trial restoration on a photo, for good reason. You have to purchase the top, nearly $50 package to be able to try/use the restoration software. If they would let you do a sample, you would never buy this worthless, junk product. I bought the software and tried several different photos as soon as the software was installed. ALL the results of the restoration were worse than the original photo that needed the restoration. And, all came back with a lower resolution that was presented. A total waste of time and money on a bogus product and scam company. Their customer service is in on the scam and will not refund my payment. This company is to be avoided. AMS has a website showing the best 12 photo restoration software, and of course, PhotoGlory is rated No. 1. A total scam and nothing but a promotion of their junk product. You will lose your money and have nothing but a worse photo than when you started, and no refund. Beware!
