Is phonedaddy.com Legit?

I was looking for an upgrade phone, and phone daddy had just what I was looking for and at an affordable price!. The phone I purchased is a Samsung Galaxy A13. The phone works exceptionally, and the company shipped my phone within hours it seemed. I have never had such a great experience before! I am recommending Phone Daddy to all my friends and family. Does anyone notice they only reply to people with 3 stars and up? 3 months away til 1 year and they still haven't resolved the issue. Keep saying that they are waiting for ups. And I know for a fact that it's not the case. ups does not take that long to resolve. Horrible I just want my money back

Beware of changing prices!The website has all sorts of GREAT prices...UNTIL you actually CLICK on the item, then the ACTUAL PRICE is SIGNIFICANTLY higher. This company likes to play games with the customer...I got two different prices for the SAME item using my phone browser vs my computer browser. Go figure!Another annoying surprise...you have to SIGN for the item, even when it is just over $100. This is a real inconvenience because FedEx drivers expect you to answer the door in 30 seconds or they leave a tag for you to then have to GET THE ITEM YOURSELF at their facility.

Good price, quick delivery. Phone listed as "like new" really was, + battery life was at 100%.Would have liked some more information about the 'we'll email you when a specific model is available'. Is there a list of people requesting the same phone and can we learn where we are on the list? Or is it a mass email to everyone looking for that particular phone and the first one to respond gets it?

When I received the watch it was put on charge until fully charged. I set up to sync with my iPhone however was unsuccessful several times. After the fifth try it finally responded.It now is functioning as expected.

I paid for their insurance which is advertised as a resolution in 1-2 days. It has now been months and they have told me that it has been denied. A bunch of clowns working here stay away. Terrible customer service and misleading all around. Order was in JULY....

I purchase a phone from these people.The phone looks good a the outside but it was garbage 🗑️ phone start malfunctioning after a few days and very difficult to charge. Not recommending! Very bad experience with customer service, I wish I could give a zero star

The phone was a great price, especially with the screen protector and case already installed. The shipping from PhoneDaddy was good, but the carrier took way longer than the promised delivery.

My experience was stressful because I was not given an option to pick up my phone if no one was going to be home to sign for the package. I had a hard time to find the option on FedEx to have the package redelivered when I can be home or pick it up elsewhere.

I received my phone within 4 days of ordering it. I ordered a phone in good condition and I was more than pleased with its condition. I didn't see an sign of wear and tear and not a scratch on the screen. It looked like a brand new phone and definitely runs like one. I WILL DEFINITELY use Phonedaddy for all my phone needs!!! Great experience and product!!!

They have great prices, the only thing is the tracking number they gave didn't want to work, I got it to work somehow though. Other then that it was a great experience. Also the phone works very well!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I got my phone today all excited popped it open and saw the case wasn't installed. No biggy. It still came with a case. I put my sims card in and it states it's locked to Verizon and a prepaid Verizon account non the less!!!! So now I'm panicking because I'm making payments on this phone just to afford it. It's a huge purchase. When I bought the phone it said unlocked to mint mobile which is my carrier. I even contacted mint before I bought it and they said yes we support this type of phone no problem. It will work as long as it's unlocked and I stated it says it is. So here we are. I'm pissed and I don't get pissed. What makes me more made is I contacted them via email like it says to do and they just gave me some professional typed b.s. which is code for I can't help u. I emailed back and said I want a full refund and/ or the phone unlocked. This was my Christmas gift. You have been warned. Just go to the store. Don't use this company. I run a business and I know first hand this is not how u conduct business. Just sell unlocked phones especially if they say they are unlocked.

“Scam Like Tactics”

I initially bought an unlocked phone on 1/10/23 and received it 1/12/23. The phone did not work for my carrier so I requested a refund 1/17/23. The phone was mailed back 1/18/23. A phone daddy representative, requested the password to unlock the device, I emailed the requested password to them. They did not use the password, instead they held on to the phone and waited until their "30 day return period" was over then returned the phone to me on 2/16/23. That is unacceptable and I want my money back. Phone daddy.com used scam-like tactic and I am requesting a return label and a refund immediately. They owe me $394.18. Tip for consumers:Beware of their tactics to not refund your money. Products used:I phone 12

“My order was stolen and NO REFUND!”

My order was stolen and uploaded proof that shows fedex never delivered the package to me and they said it was delivered to a black guy. I'm nowhere near the color black. The signature says CJ and I have a camera that shows the fedex guy was NOT at my door anytime that day which I can include proof of. I don't even have family here so "M. Lowman" how does that make sense why would they know their full name? And why does it say CJ when it shows M. Lowman? Makes no sense. I want my refund I want my refund. Next process will be a lawyer and a chargeback when I've clearly shown that this was not delivered to me.
