I have always been impressed by how quick I receive my orders. But the status of my order for Xmas has not been updated for 4 days, I therefore phoned the client service and explained how stressed I have been for not having yet seen the change of the status of my package even though I know it is also a busy moment for them too. The lady on the phone was really nice and helped to contact the service. My order for Xmas arrived the following day!

I made an impulsive purchase and in addition I accidently purchased 2 of the same as well. I contacted the company by email on Friday 1st late at night as that's when I made the purchase to cancel the order. On Monday morning I got an email confirming my cancellation and my full refund. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Medi Pharma again. Thank you for your prompt response

The input form required that a state or province be given as part of my address. This doesn't apply to addresses in Belgium.
