Is pharmacydirectgb.co.uk Legit?

Ordered on the 17th July and the delivery company they used either didn’t deliver or delivered to the wrong house… tried to contact the company and as yet, ZERO response. Do not use this company

Made an order at 1000hrs and paid for next day delivery. Item not sent on time so delivery is late. Now out of pocket as have to take another day off work to be at home. Poor communication and happy to charge for services not provided. Tried to leave a review on their own platform but fails to load from email and fails to save bed review online.

Terrible service, sent the wrong medication and refused to change it! My advice is steer clear and use the local pharmacy

4 stars at the mo only because I hasn’t seen the items I order yet, let’s be honest they hasn’t got great reviews on here and everywhere I looked up on of this site ain’t much different, I was like 90% sure I been scammed. And I had expressed them via web messaging but did not hear anything back(which was fine coz the order was only processed the day before). One thing did kinda gave me hope this wasn’t a scam, was that they seem to replied to those on here who have concerns quite quick and seem reasonable with their responses. But still I Was genuinely surprised when the tracking number actually shows up on Royal Mail,which is a pretty fast dispatch if I might add. hope it would arrive soon and of the exact order I placed. Thanks update here when it arrived.. back to update my review to5 stars. Delivery was right on time(even tho I understand once it been shipped they actually have no control over the matter coz only way they able to do abit more is to use a delivery company like Fdx UPS) exactly what I ordered, from my experience I would definitely order come them again. (2/92024) since I have made my 1st order I had now re-ordered from them 3times and superb dispatch and arrived right on times. Appreciated team thanks

Really poor service using a useless courier. Very difficult to get delivery dates. They keep saying the product has gone to the courier but cannot give any progress report. I’ve used couriers which allow real time tracking. I think it could be a scam company .... 2 weeks tand still nodelivery of my essential prescriptions. I’m back to my high street pharmacy onto these con artists.

I had to give one star sadly because I couldn't give zero. Twice now they have failed to deliver my prescription. On both occasions the items were returned. I believe they sometimes use evri, so.... Complaints fall on deaf ears and they refuse to resend without me having to pay delivery a second time. Furthermore the threat is made that should I cancel they will only refund the drug cost and keep the nonsense consultation fee despite being part of the same single transaction. Awful company. Avoid at all costs.

Placed an order on 12/5/21. Got the email saying payment completed, then nothing after that. Phoned them up and spoke to a man driving his car telling me the woman was not there who deals with the ' phone number '. Logged in to my account and sent a message. Still nothing, then tried loggin into my account and no email or password is recognised, clicked their twitter link and their twitter account is suspended. DO NOT USE.

Had a bad experience with Sildenafil. Bad Headaches , vomiting and totally whacked out - took product going to bed at night and couldn't drive or even keep awake until around 5 or 6 -o-clock the next day. Check out the address and premises at 560/562 Green Lane. Birmingham. B9 5QG. I don't think you would buy reputable medicines around there.

100% a scam site. Don’t use.Ordered on 3/6 and paid and since heard nothing back. I sent a message on my account and no reply. The order is still under review. There’s no section on the website regarding refunds or even just customer service contact. So essentially they’ve just taken my money. Do not use!

Ordered goods over two weeks ago payment was taken immediately but still no delivery! Very disappointed.I have now had a response & my goods have been received together with a full refund. Many thanks

Ordered a product online, which was advertised as being in stock. Received an email telling me that it had been dispatched and the money was taken from my credit card. A week later, when the product had not arrived, I telephoned and was told that they did not have any in stock and so obviously it had not been dispatched. Unacceptable behaviour IMHO.

Really the nub of this is, if you require a prescription by post, PharmacyDirectGb should not ask for an upload of it OR make it VERY clear you will require a posted copy too. As it happened, I binned my prescription after ordering successfully, considering it spent, waited for my meds and a week later noticed a note saying they needed it by post. End result, I ran out of meds. Now I must pay for another prescription. The customer service person felt there was no issue with their processes as you would have to take the prescription into a shop if going to a high street store, kind of missing the point of why on earth they ask for it to be uploaded then. Foolish staff with no interest in providing a well run service.

A repeat prescription should surely be just that. Having to pay a full consultation fee for the second order is a bit steep. Yes some admin fee would be fine plus the cost of the drugs. It also necessitates completing all the details again, which should be stored centrally. Probably look elsewhere next time.

My experiency: * Very good communication the emails are replay str8 after. * Packets to Uk arrives normally on the other day... * Everything i got there is good. Bit space when you need to get prescription on my opinion could be cheaper... anyway.. I recommend ist: @DOZILDA

good reliable service but they need to take more care when sending packages abroad as the medications often arrive half opened due to poor packaging. At that price they should really make sure to properly protect the item for shipping

Despite the poor reviews, I've had a reasonable experience ordering a private prescription and received it quickly. The website doesn't work very well and is quite confusing on what to do. The communication could also be improved as I had to send a number of emails to make sure everything was correct as the instructions are unclear. I would suggest a new website and also a more forthcoming and helpful attitude. However, I will go back in the future.

I trust this company...I have used them before and will use them again... it's sometimes a little bit scary to order goods online but I have never had any problems with PharmacyDirectGB....They had what I wanted and delivered it quickly (actually within 2 days), you just can't get much better than that. I recommend them without reservation.

Terrible .... they never respond to emails I have placed an order that has never arrived .... I have solicited several times without response money thrown away ... scam

Researched online and this company provided what I wanted at the best price. Ordered on a Wednesday and package would have been delivered to me on the Friday if the postman had been doing his job. Had to ask Pharmacy Direct to provide postage info, which was done within minutes. The reference number provided was enough for me to collect the package from the Post Office. Happy ending.

Although my order was placed about a week ago, still no sign of an arrival. Disappointed so far as postage is quite expensive.Alan Jarvis-Grimwood
