pfister.ch Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives pfister.ch one of the lowest trust scores on the platform: 12.4. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Untrustworthy. Risky. Danger.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 12.4 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to pfister.ch's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Untrustworthy. Risky. Danger. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning pfister.ch, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between pfister.ch and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of pfister.ch. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of pfister.ch, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. pfister.ch is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether pfister.ch has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether pfister.ch boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, pfister.ch.

Awful customer service. My story is too long to tell, but I’ve been struggling with Pfister for months over exchanges, problems with low-quality merchandise, and an atrocious lack of accountability. They used to be much better. Their stuff is just overpriced and not worth it. Buy your furniture abroad and import it. It will arrive 150 times faster, as well. Pfister’s lead times are insane, even for products that are (supposedly) made in Switzerland. These people are a joke. Save yourself the trouble.
They sold us a dining table that got stained after one use (we used placemats and there was no contact with water or food but still the table got stained)! Moreover, they do not want to accept the return and after a month of email exchanges, they told us that there should be no contact with water. How do you sell a dining table where you cannot place water glasses on without warning the clients first?!Horrible customer experience, will never recommend them to anyone!
The customer service gives you wrongful information, or even worse, no-one replies to the phone. I have received twice lamps that I cannot use and they refuse to send me a label in order to return one of the lamps because they say I should send them pictures of the lamp and apparently this is mandatory. They will not see in the picture why the lamp does not work because I simply cannot assemble it. Also there is no mention of sending a picture in their CGV so they are basically lying when you talk to them. Worst internet shopping experience ever, I will avoid Pfister in the future.
Pfister was announcing to give 15% discount on all items yesterday and today. The restaurant was not excluded in this discount, but in Affoltern am Albis the discount was not given on the food consumed in the Pfister Restaurant (which is inside the Pfister store). The store manager was contacted but did not solve the situation.
They are the most fraud furniture makers in Swiss, they lied to me and when I told them I ll not continue our deal coz the specification u gave me is completely different, they cost me more than I have to pay. They re big fraudulent in the world
I just bought a bed for my kids and the quality was extremely poor. Parts broke as I started screwing, other parts were not aligned, some other just very badly built.Pfister changed the parts, but the general quality remains poor.We are clients from Pfister for a long time, but since XXXLutz bought Pfister, the quality seems to have dropped significantly. Very disappointing.
I am moving to a new flat and I need to move a sliding doors wardrobe bought at Pfister almost 10 years ago.Since I had it delivered and assembled from Pfister, I have no instructions. I've asked the customer service for it and have received it within hours.Nice experience :)
I am extremely disappointed with Pfister, it used to be good quality now it is really the worst and their customer service associates are clueless, they give you the worst responses.I bought a product sold as wood, which it was not, and then all the pieces that came with it were incorrect so impossible to set it up. If I wanted to return the product would be 30% additional charge. So I had to do go and buy what I needed to make it work. The response is that I should not expect more from Pfister. Do not buy here, better IKEA, cheap but customer service is good and at least you know what you are getting.
This business, in Contone to be exact, has the worst customer service ever.I bought a baby toy this summer which broke down after a month's time. I do not live in the same country, so I contacted Pfister by mail and through their own contact service through their website regarding complaints, that could be done through mail, as I also had contacted the company that makes the baby toys and they just had to use a complaint over mail. But I get no response from Pfister. Only after the third attempt does an answer come back. I answer back quickly and have heard nothing since, which was this summer. Over the fall, I have written to them several times and also directly to the personal mail I received replies from. But still no answer. So now I am left with a broken baby toy that I still cannot use. That you can ignore and treat your customers in that way is simply not okay.I have bought many things from Pfister over the years and recommended the business to everyone I know. But that will stop now.Embarrassing, disappointing and disrespectful !!
Delivery was right on time, assembly fast. I just wish they put some floor protectors. But overall very happy with everything.
I ordered a bed to the amount of around CHF 7000.-, and it was delivered according to the 8 week delivery time. CLIENT No: 11.983.176 However, due to failing screws (just screws), the headboard could not be mounted. I have sent many emails to the „Customer Service“ - which clearly doesn‘t exist, and just get automated replies stating that they are overloaded with „an unusual amount of customer enquiries“, and mine will be addressed. You can forget about reaching their „Customer Service“ by calling them - it just won‘t happen - because it simply doesn‘t exist (have tried for hours, and days and months). We are now a full two months later. I paid Moebel Pfister a good amount to remove my previous bed, and to replace it with with CHF 6’588.85 order. But I have been ignored in the meantime, and my dream CHF 7000.- bed still is still only partially there (wish I could upload a photo) a full 2 months after delivery, and I have not received any concrete replies to when it will be resolved.I already paid the deposit (around half) for this order. And the company has even sent me a reminder for payment in the meantime (now all reminders stopped, as at least their invoicing department appears to have staff and answer the phone). But again - „the standard excuse - „our customer service has been overloaded“.So, if I don‘t receive anything but a computerised response that „we have received an unusual amount of customer enquiries (this since over 3 months), then I have threatened with legal action. Because I do not expect to pay around CHF 7000.- for a bed that is bearly useable since it‘s delivery over 2 months ago. The delivery person (after having been paid and removed my perfectly good bed according to my „please dispose of previous bed“ order) said „the old bed is gone - be lucky that you don‘t need to sleep on the floor in this case“. Nice. This is quite unbelievable.
Great customer service. Quality products for a fair price.
Very wasy to order online and collect the furniture

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
