Great provider of the insurance for your pet, I highly recommend

Using this insurance is like pulling teeth. You don't have an account you can see, you can't track things, because you don't even get a number when you submit a claim. You only get a number of claim when they accept or reject it. They are absolutely unable to manage when you have more than one pet. Worst of all, we moved abroad and had to cancel. This process is now over two months of headaches. I've had to provide proof of moving for each pet separately. Combined with the fact that they've answered less than 50% of my emails regarding the cancellations, they managed to canceln two out of four insurances too late and now expect me to pay a month for these, which is insane - I've left the country over a month ago, why would I pay for a month I wasn't there and they knew about it? In addition, they are now threatening with sending to a collection agency, but again refuse to answer. One last thing to note, their phone support sucks, when they even answer. They are always confused, never have answers and if you explain a situation that is more complex than "take my money" they tell you that they don't want to continue the conversation.Honestly, don't do this to yourself! I thought they were passable, but I can now promise they are not worth it even if you didn't have to pay for the service.

Avoid! You are never going to get any compensation! Everything is a "pre-existing condition" even things we had no way of knowing. And legit claims get lost, unanswered, while rejections are immediate. Never, ever use them. I did, and I regret it. Cancelling as soon as possible.

They have so many exceptions in their policy that it's almost impossible to take some money back. They don't cover literally anything. In my neighborhood all the dog owners say the same. We got scammed but we won't continue with them of course. I am sure that they will lose most of their customers soon because it's a fraud... Update: I had requested the cancelation of my dog's "insurance" (sounds like a joke) more than a month ago and they did nothing for that. They just ignored my request. Then, they tried to charge me for the new year's contract and I sent them again an email but this time I had already reported them in the The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets. Only then they confirmed my cancelation. Although, they still ask me to pay them and If they continue, probably I will address this issue to my lawyer. They think that they can do whatever they want. They don't treat their own customers with respect.

After few months of usage I feel like it's necessary to write a review.This company is not transparent.They promise up to 90% of refund with the most expensive plan (which is 19€ per month) but in the end, they don't pay you back.They reject all the requests even if part of the list you paid for. And they reply you after weeks.The concept is: we will let you pay 25€ monthly to have 50€ of refund per year.Definitely not worth it.

Not a great experience and not worth it. Hardly anything is covered, and if it is, only to a very low maximum amount. So together with the own-risk you need to pay to even be eligible to get any compensation, it's nearly impossible to get a compensation that is anywhere close to what you pay in annual premium. Also, to need supplementary insurance for preventive care is an absolute joke! The insurance directly benefits from you taking preventative care for your animal. It's like your health insurance telling you that they won't cover any preventative medicine until it's basically too late, and the damage is already done.It kind of gives the impression, that they want you to pay the premium, but have your animal die as fast as possible when something comes up.Besides, when I cancelled, I received a message together with a PDF, that stated two vastly different dates to when the policy will be terminated.

I have never received a confirmation email that my insurance is starting, yet the amount was booked from my bank account. When I called, they could not do anything about this. I booked the money back on my account and blocked their bank.
