Excellent Product and ServiceMy 5 year old German Shepherd has suffered with awful ear scratching since she was a small pup. We have tried everything our vet suggested, from steroid tablets, injections, allergy testing. Whilst she still requires a low dose steroid tablet, the Stop Bloody Scratching product has worked very effectively and there has been marked improvement. The customer service is also second to none. All in all, an excellent experience.

Feel we had to write a review as Pets Calm Down has given impeccable customer service (which today is very rare). About 7 months ago we ordered our first tub of Calming Treats for our reactive collie after trying many others on the market, at the time we were under a Canine Behaviorist, to be honest, the difference in his behaviour changed within the first week, therefore we didn't hesitate to subscribe with Pets Calm Down. However, after a few months, the recipe changed and he did not take well to the treats, they had a different smell and texture, after speaking to Sally and explaining the issue. She immediately took back the unopened calming treats at no cost to us and explained they took on board our feedback and were still reviewing the recipe and would let us try the revised calming treats a few weeks down the line and would welcome our feedback., The revised treats were a great success and Jax, our Border Collie, is once again enjoying his calming treats. Great customer service.Always respond quickly to my emails.Very helpful.Itch treats do help our dog, along with homeopathy and careful diet. He doesn't have such horrid sore skin anymore. He still rubs his chin a bit but nothing like as badly as he used to.

With the change in formula in the scratching tablets our dog would not touch them. Consequently I telephoned Pets Calm Down and explained the situation. A replacement was sent to us containing the original formula and our dog has ‘woofed’ them down. The customer service is second to none and we highly recommend that if you have any issues whatsoever then do speak to Pets Calm Down.

Our Jynxie is a border collie of chaos and she loves her chews! Her coat has never been softer or in better condition! On top of that the team are utterly lovely and dog lovers themselves, no faceless corporation nonsense here!

We’ve had our Cockapoo on Calm the Eff down now for about 4 Months and it’s been brilliant. All though out dog is calm at home he can get a bit over excited when out and seeing other dogs and his barking was getting a bit too much. And barking was increasing at home everytime a van or people went past. We noticed a difference within a week or 2. I forgot to order last week and ran out of them on the Friday and we went away for the weekend and he was fine over the weekend but as the week went on we saw all these behaviours increasing again, one morning he took off across the park with excitement which he hasn’t done before. So we knew that the calming treats really did make a difference. I was straight online ordering again! Highly recommend! We even sprinkle them in a pancake for him on Friday mornings when my son has pancakes!!!!!

I cant recomend enough!i am realy happy that i did trye these treats four my 14 years old dog,it did neded some time four these treats to start working,but it did worth to wait,Pets Calm Dovn give us coupple good advices,and after about two weks we started seeyng results,before my dog was scracching so baddly that she did wake me up at night,she was exhausted and i was exhausted because we couldint have good night sleep,she was hawing bold paches on her fur,she was ripping her fur,chewing her paws,scraching till the blod.But after almoust two weeks using these treats she slowly stopped,her hair grew back,she started feling much better ,She started felling much better,become more plaiyful.thank you wery much Pets Calm Down! xxx

We have tried numerous calming treats for our reactive rescue and these are the only ones that have really helped his anxiety. When they didn't seem to be making much difference after a week, Pets Calm Down suggested we tweak the dosage which worked brilliantly and they followed up too. Love that they really want their customers to be happy and these calming treats have made walks so much easier for all of us. Highly recommend and have already reordered.

I love my frenchie she healed mine and my husbands hearts so only the best is good enough for her. I understood frenchies had allergies and I can honestly say I’ve exhausted the market searching for stuff to stop her itching and scratching before the last result of having chemical stuff injected I stumbled across these chews and skipped past several times but kept going back and thought one more try. Got the calm down chews for my noise phobic pup, she was frightened of workmen noises ets when on walks, they have really helped her, she is loads better, just got my second tub so hoping they give her a bit more confidence. Because these worked for her I have just bought the mobility version for my old lad, he’s 12 and a half and slowing down, he has a heart murmur and dementia too, hoping these help with his walking. I just wish the company made a human version for my back!

Have tried other products in the past from different sources with little to no change in my dogs reactive behaviour. The calming product has helped successfully wean him off vets prescribed medication for his behaviour. We see a big difference in him. Still a bit barky but not as wired.

Fantastic product! Changed from another well-known brand after they changed recipe and weren't as effective even giving more than the dose costing much more. Switched over to calm the eff down and feeding the recommended amount (3 treats a day) she's not so loony! Still my bonkers dog but definitely without the edge!! Have tried several remedies for my spaniels digestive problems to no avail.Tried”stop blooming farting” and they have made an amazing difference in a short space of time.
