Is petprosupplyco.com Legit?

So far, not so good. Placed my order but have not seen it shipped. Have tried checking on it - if you call in, you have to leave a message (two calls and messages left with NO calls back); if you try the "live chat" on the website you are always #1 in queue with no one ever joining the "chat" and have emailed them. First response was that the vendor was at a trade show all week and they would check on a shipping date (got no further information) and I now currently have another email out to them to see what is going on. This was not an inexpensive purchase and I would like to know if I am getting the grooming table.

Horrible!!! I was told my product would come in 4 weeks or soo. It took all most 7 weeks. I called, email and had poor communication. Then, to make matters worst they call at the end of day right before they closed on Friday to schedule a Monday drop off knowing they would take calls or voicemail on weekend. Come Monday no product blamed it on me. Then, Tuesday no call and was going to leave on side of road because the delivery stated I didn't have inside pick up. They didn't give me that option in any paperwork, email . Just horrible service and communication. I will never recommend fir anyone business. It will cost more headache and money than it's worth.

I bought a replacement motor for a dog groomer dryer. The motor received was not the one pictured on the website. Incorrect color, physical size and had an external capacitor added. They refused to take it back. Their only explanation is that the original motor is no longer made so they sent one that is of similar specification. Their website still shows the incorrect motor.

I am experiencing the same issues as the previous reviews. I ordered the pet pro grooming tub and they said it was in stock. That was July 9th. I am still waiting and it is now September 8th. They gave me the same run around about contacting the manufacturer and gave me a ship date. Still nothing and no response from emails to customer service no response from the messages left on the phone. They are awful.

I purchase an Edemco dryer on March 5, 2021. Pet Pro Supply said that the dryer will ship on 6/25/2021 due to Covid-19. I have emailed costumer service multiple times and they keep saying that the manufacture will ship my item soon. They are not giving me an specific date. Pet Pro Supply should make it clean that the item is not in stock before costumers purchase their items. I need a refund so I can get my item else where. This company doesn't even deserve one start. I ordered an expensive item and a month later it still has not been shipped. I emailed and only received a reply that they will get back to me and haven't. I called and was on hold for an hour and then an automated message said there was no one available in customer service to speak with me. I have yet to hear back regarding my request for a refund. Horrible customer service.

Placed an order on September 13, order went around the world. Received 1 box of 2 on October 25. Still awaiting second box. Canceled the order, now company wants me to pay to ship back and 25% restocking fee. I will never order from them again.

Supplied me with a part which was damaged when it comes to us parts missing in the passage to do only refund it if I send it back but I had to pay for the post packageNot very helpful don’t use they are only the middle person and don’t care

I paid for a double Rhino dog kennel 6 weeks ago. I was told it would be 3-4weeks before shipping and that Rhino has already started to fabricate the kennel. This was 5 weeks ago. My order # 103212557. To date, I can not get a CS Rep on phone and I get a generic email "that they are checking with manufacturer ". This cost me $3600 and I NEEDED for medical purposes!Still no kennel or real response from Pet Pro Supply.

I ordered a grooming table for my dog grooming shop almost a month ago on June 10th and it still hasn't been delivered, though they charged my credit card when I ordered. Even with the COVID-19 crisis that's excessive. I don't think I would order from them again.

We ordered a dog playground in March for our dog daycare. They said 30-90 days until delivery. I checked in to see how far away delivery time is. It took 3 emails and 2 weeks for them to tell me it wouldn't ship until October. They could have reached out when they knew it would be a six month delay. Go suck an egg pet pro supply

I have called and emailed several times to get questions about a product answered. One month after e-mailing still not answered. My calls from a week ago not returned. Trying to e-mail one more time today and hopefully someone can help. Why can't you just put people on hold for a customer service agent like a normal experience? Very strange.

This place doesn't seem legit.I placed an order 10 days ago and now was just told the item will not ship till the end of July. That will be a total of 8 weeks at the earliest. This is crazy. I have asked for a refund and I am still waiting for a response. I will report this place to my local state attorney General. Very misleading to say the least.

I purchased a new dryer for my grooming shop and the entire process went flawlessly. Upon ordering I was able to customize the color as well as set up a payment schedule that suited me to break it up into 4 smaller payments. My dryer shipped EXTREMELY fast which was perfect because I desperately needed it! I would 100% recommend Pet Pro Supply Co. and I'll definitely be purchasing any future equipment through them as well!

I've never seen so many popups while trying to make a simple purchase. I will never buy here again unless no one carries something.

I purchased a Ruffland kennel from Pet Pro Supply Co. and it fits perfect in the back of my '88 bronco with no problems! My GSD Sasori loves it and now has the room he needs 🥰 it also arrived early and the communication with the business threw their customer support was amazing! I would definitely purchase from here again ❤💯

I purchased 2 5x5x4 square dog kennels by Aleko from Pet Pro. The order arrived quickly, well packaged for 2 large items so that they were not damaged in transit. Iam a 70+ woman, who barely weighs 100 lbs and have a bad shoulder, yet this was easy to assemble. I was able to figure it out from the directions provided and it seems to be a very secure place to contain a active dog. The kennels latch securely together, allowing several to be used together to enlarge to any size. It's easy enough to move. The company neglected to send enough connectors which theu sent out promptly when I called them.

I recently ordered a KLIMB platform and accessories kit. I was delighted to receive free shipping, as the KLIMB is heavy! (KLIMB itself does not offer free shipping.) My items arrived within a reasonable amount of time (shipping times are unpredictable with pandemic restrictions) and in excellent condition. I will shop at Pet Pro Supply again, and I'm already telling my friends about them.

Reading some other recent negative reviews on here, I was anxious about placing an order with Pet Pro Supply for a crate. Everywhere else online, the crate I needed was sold out or backordered. But it was available with Pet Pro Supply. The company quickly responded by email in under a day to my questions and concerns, and shipped the crate within a day or two of my order. It arrived yesterday in perfect condition and is exactly what I needed.

I purchase 4 intermediate and 2 XL (double door) crates. These are amazing. I feel less worried about my dogs traveling in these crates. Super easy to clean. Pet Pro Customer service was excellent. These were backordered by the MFG and customer service kept me up to date on when they would ship. I would definitely buy again!
