My brother and I lost our dogs within 6 weeks of each and got matching Pet Portraits to remember them by and we love them. They are perfect.

First order of a two dog framed pic was easy to order and was so accurate. Second order was our new rescue and it was not accurate, several tries later it still wasn’t good. A rep stepped in, gave the photo to another artist and first draft was perfect! Love this site and will recommend them to anyone!!!

The ordering process was extremely easy and the response was quick. The artists I worked with on my portrait were incredibly patient with me and it was clear they genuinely wanted to capture every detail of my dog’s essence in the portrait. I had high expectations and they truly were exceeded upon receiving the canvas. They quality is top tier and it looks so elegant hanging on my wall. I absolutely love it and get complements from visitors on it all the time saying, “Wow! That is gorgeous and looks exactly like him. Where did you get it?”

Customer service from Courtney was awesome! Had cartoon style portraits done of two cats. They are both delightful and whimsical; yet still captured each of their personalities. One of my cats is slightly cross-eyed and the portrait captured that so well. Absolutely love both portraits.

Even after multiple revisions, clear instructions and professional photos, my 2 cats still do not look like my 2 cats. I strongly believe this is done via random AI and not by professional digital artists as mentioned on their website. Very disappointed for this type of art and cost.

This was my first order with Pet Portraits. From start to finish the experience was great with prompt, friendly customer service in regards to any questions I had. The artist did an amazing job and took time to capture my bunny Mocha so well. I placed my order on august 4. Shipping information said it was in Pennsylvania on august 12. Still have not received my picture. I’ve been in contact with the company and I wanted another picture created bc it’s clearly lost. I was told they would create another one and send it to me by September 7!!!!! Almost a month since I purchased it. It was supposed to be a gift for someone. Totally missed their birthday. Super disappointed with the company and the response to the issue. Would not recommend.

After submitting the photos of my furry best friend, I anxiously awaited the first glimpse of the artist’s work. I was not disappointed! It was beautiful and made me so happy. I requested lightening of the background only b/c I knew where this portrait would hang and the color that would compliment the room. I was sent two color options and loved both. I managed to make a decision and gave them my approval. After that, it seemed as if the portrait arrived in no time!! It was even more beautiful in person. I am planning my next order already!
