Is petpoochie.co.uk Legit?

Avoid....Awful product, awful company. Flimsy and stopped working after just using on my dogs a handful of times. They agreed to send me a replacement but it never arrived. I kept chasing but to no avail.

I have purchased a few times from this company, I can honestly say I have received amazing service every time, some of my orders and queries haven't been straightforward yet I haven't felt a burden on them. The products that arrive are of fantastic quality. I use them again and again because I appreciate the fantastic customer service, they go above and beyond. Its 11pm at night and I'm still getting messages to help me sort out an order, thank you and keep up the good work we appreciate it.

Horrible company as they don’t stand behind their product. We ordered the product and it arrived on time. The problem is that it stopped working 72 days after it arrived to my home and they only have a 60 day refund policy. Not worth the $89.99 CAD I paid! That could have been many pedicures at the groomers. When I contacted the company, they said there is nothing they could do. Really? I sent a video showing them it is no longer charging or working?? I only used it once on my puppy. Buyer beware!

What a great company and product. I ordered the dog nail file and I made a mistake at the beginning of the order and I was offered help and it was all resolved at there end which was so less stressful. The product is great, you just have to get your dog to adapt to it, however it’s easy to use, small, quiet and helps save on vet fees and stressful dogs. A big thank you 5* service 5* product

My girlfriend ordered a Poochie Zen Pro for £70, the order was placed over a month ago and the item still hasn't arrived. At this point we are fed up of waiting and dealing with their frankly shocking customer service.Update: PetPoochie got back to us after noticing this review. They have since apologised and we have received a full refund.

Pet nail grinder took quite a while to arrive, but owner of company was good at communicating and we got there in the end. Works well, it has to be said.

This is a review re Customer Service. I had to return the nail grinder since my fur baby was diagnosed with an inoperable tumor. He has a month to live. Alex was so compassionate and understanding and refunded my money and told me to donate it to somebody. This is a company that cares about their customers.

I bought two pooch chews for my Labradors recently and they weren’t quite tough enough for my destructo boys. I contacted customer service and received an immediate response. Alex suggested I try the indestructible dog toy , which he sent out immediately and refunded the difference. My labs love them and they’re still in one piece! I wish this company all the very best and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them. I’m delighted.

This nail grinder is Amazing! It does the job without my dog pulling away or jerking his paw out of my hand. Smooth quiet operation with different places to grind the nail. I have a 28 pound Miniature Australian Shepherd.

This is my second review in 2 weeks. A new chew toy arrived for our dog yesterday - an Indestructible Dog Toy for aggressive chewers - she destroyed the previous one (a PoochChew). Alex immediately replaced the PoochChew free of charge, no questions asked when I told him about the damage caused. Our dog loves her new chew toy (I smear doggy toothpaste on it to maintain her dental health). We love it too - because she can't break it (the soft bits in the middle were chewed off pretty quickly, but the rest of it will last a long time). Thanks again, Alex

I ordered the nail grinder but unfortunately my pup is very very sensitive about her feet so i was not able to cut her nails with it. I had replied to a follow up email from Alex asking how i liked the product, i let him no it wouldn't work for her and it wasn't the product it was my pup. He did something very unexpected. He told me to go back to the store site to check out the scratch pad and see if there was anything i would like to try that equaled the amount of my first order, plus i could keep the grinder! I was truly shocked at this, i figured id have to pay shipping at the very least... I went to the site and found 2 things i was interested in so i emailed Alex and told him what id like to try, he placed the order and sent me the invoice with a zero dollar balanced $00.00! I did not have to pay a single penny and Alex was so quick with the replacement order and so helpful with everything! My order did not add up to the same amount as my first order and I'm totally fine with that, it was all worth it, i think everyone who owns a dog should check out this store and other small family owned businesses should take lessons from there customer service people, thank you so much for allowing me to share my experience with Pet Poochie

It is good to support a small British company who are so enthusiastic. They did not disappoint, quick service and a note of appreciation. I purchased a dog nail grinder, which is excellent and every bit as good as described, and thoroughly recommend. I wish you well!

My review reflects the fact the item I ordered was shipped directly from Hong Kong so took longer than the delivery advised on the website. Also, the item arrived faulty.I have mixed feelings about the service I received, because I’ve had a lot of contact with the support team, and received an excellent outcome of a full refund. However, pressure to change my original review, which I have done, makes me feel future customers may not have the full picture.I really wanted to give PetPoochie a chance, but if I had known my order would be coming from Hong Kong, and I could have bought a similar product form Amazon at a fraction of the price, I wouldn’t have ordered at all. That said, they’ve done well to resolve a situation I was pretty unhappy about.

I ordered the poochchew, unfortunately my boy is a prolific chewer and so it lasted around 10 mins. After sharing a photo Alex go in contact and offered a relacement or something up to the vaule. We now have the Wobble wag giggle ball and he loves it, its also just a tiny bit too big for him to chew to bits. Great customer service, i've not experianced that kind of responce in a long while and will definately be using again.

I bought the dental chew bone and toothpaste for my Jack Russell 18mnths old. He lived it but managed to chew bits off. I wrote to Petpoochie they were amazing such fast response and offered an alternative. I can't praise them enough customer service and pet car of utmost importance to me that is priceless. Thankyou

I purchased a dental chew toy from pet poochie...it arrived but unfortunately my dog looked at it and was totally uninterested. Must be the poodle in him!! I contacted pet poochie via the web site and asked for a refund. The item was unused and in the same packaging.The return collection from my house was organised very efficiently with excellent communication from Alex, the owner. Thank you.

Great customer service by Alex the owner. I ordered 2 dog toothpastes but only 1 turned up. He was straight on it and I received my order a day or 2 later. Even better, I got to keep an extra toothpaste for the inconvenience! My miniature dachshund loves the toothpaste too! A great buy as I’ve tried others and not a patch to the organic ones that petpoochie sell.

I ordered 3 items on 11th September and after two weeks had no updates so contacted customer service who dispatched 2 of my items on the 23rd of September, eventually receiving nearly two weeks later. I still had no updates regarding the third item, contacted customer service who didn't give a response for about a week. Then I was informed that my last item was dispatched on 12th October.. now nearly two weeks later and I still have not received it. The royal mail tracking info merely states that they have been informed that it has been dispatched to them. I have also not had a response from customer service regarding this.

I am so impressed by this company and the way they do business. My dog was unable to effectively use the dental toy as intended and the company responded to my concerns right away and offered a solution. They were prompt, courteous, thankful and appreciated my situation. Most of all they hold to their promises. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again and will keep perusing their site for my dog, Cedar!
