Terrible. Pictures came out looking like a generic dog nothing like the image, probably just the same one used every time. Quality of the material was awful, really cheap. Asked for a refund. Sent items back, apparently they didn’t receive them… bull. No refund.
The company screwed up my order and then I got blamed for putting it in wrong even though I put the names of each of my pet in the number order as per stated I should do.. like what? Completely unacceptable. Then they told me I had to pay to have a replacement shipped? Absolutely no. Not worth the risk of them screwing up and then charging you for THEIR mistake.
Very bad quality, the animals look like a joke, not detailed and noch even like on the website. Unfortunately i am not able to oost a pic here…You have no chance to get your money back, because it‘s custom made, even paypal rejects a refund. So do yourself a favour and stay away from this crap!
Disgusting company daughter spent nearly £100 on sweatshirts, portraits were so bad . Told her to send back to China , cost her 20 pounds to return now stuck in customs. Will not refund . Do not buy from these Chinese scammers
Awful quality! I ordered 3 jumpers and the embroidery was so bad, it didn’t resemble my dogs at all. Also the jumpers arrived with stains on them. I emailed customer services, they responded in French and said ‘Stains on clothing are factory dyes. You can wash them with hot water, they will disappear with hot water.The embroidery may not be as well done as you think.’ I requested a refund but they said no as they are personalised products, I ended up with 30% refund. I have also submitted a review on their website but it’s not showing, I guess they don’t publish or delete bad reviews as they only have good reviews on there!
The stitching has nothing to do with the promotion pictures - it looks different (cheaper) , overall disappointing- I wouldn’t order here again. 2 stars for the idea. Also I bought 3 items and only received 2…Also I found outbreak the pictures are stolen from a company called „membroideries“ - do not buy from petfiestas!!!!
The received products are NOTHING ALIKE to the promoted products and they were delivered and made in CHINA. They used cheap materials to make the sherpa blanket and the sweatshirts I purchased. The end products don't resemble my dog AT ALL and they put additional marks on my dog and portrayed it in a circle unlike what is shown on their website.What they are promoting on their Instagram account at "pet_fiestas" is not real. A post was made and someone tagged them as product stealers. They copied other's products and pasted them on their page. They would also delete all bad comments as the others stated and only leave good reviews on their page. Obviously, this company is a BIG SCAMMER from China.What they are promising on their website is also inaccurate. They have written they will do everything to fix the issue. But guess what, they won't accept product replacements and only replied to me saying they are sorry for the experience, but won't do anything else.On their website, it's written that within 30 days from the order's arrival, they will take full responsibility if the product is significantly different from what was ordered. The sweatshirts I received have a circle around the dog, which was not the same design as shown on their website. It falls under the conditions for a free replacement, but yet they refused to do so and told me to accept the 20% difference as stated on their website. No refund, no replacement, end of story.THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD.

T-shirts received were incorrect. 70% of the images were mislabeled and the t-shirts were unusable because an area we selected as “no text” instead said “Dawg Mom” - which is inaccurate for the intended recipients. We promptly and respectfully notified Petfiests of their mistake and requested replacement of the incorrect items. Petfiestas refused, saying their policy is ‘no returns for personalized items.’ We reiterated that the items were not as ordered, and that the need for an exchange / return was to correct their errors. We confirmed that the order of the photos we uploaded matched the order in which we listed the names. They required that we send photos of what needed to be changed. We spent over an hour taking photos and adding text and circles to each photo specifically identifying their mistakes and how to correct them. After a month of communications solely attempting to get Petfiestas to provide us with the items as ordered, the ‘best’ solution they have offered is a 20% refund. This is unfortunate, because if they just put the right names with the images and didn’t print “Dawg Moms” in an area we instructed to be left blank, we would be very happy with the product - even though the cost was over $45 for each t-shirt. We are active in veterinary medicine and the local animal shelter’s operation and would make other purchases from Petfiestas and recommend them to others - if they only would provide items as ordered and, if they make a mistake, correct the mistake at no cost to the customer. THEY REFUSE. We have only asked to receive what we ordered and have not even asked for any discount for the hassle and for still not having the correct items after over a month. These items are so important to us that we would place a new order and pay AGAIN if we could be confident that we would receive the items as ordered. The way they have handled this leaves us without that confidence. As it currently stands, we must caution: DO NOT ORDER FROM PETFIESTAS - THEY MAKE MISTAKES AND THEN REFUSE TO CORRECT THEM. (They made several critical mistakes and then say that “personalized items cannot be returned.”) TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR COMMUNICATIONS. NO FAIR OR CONSTRUCTIVE RESOLUTION.
