We have relied on Pet drugs on line to supply our late poodle (Winnie's) dog food. For around 10 years, one of her conditions she had was IBD, and she could only really have Royal Canin low fat gastrointestinal tinned and dry food. Even in the most challenging of times such as covid, we had the most excellent service from this company. From the friendly staff taking orders over the phone, to the prompt delivery of all parcels and packages. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks, Ian Exall

Totally appalling company , sent prescription. A number of times still claim it’s blurry paid an over inflated delivery cost for next day delivery as my pet was running out in four days and still messing me around can’t call as it says wait time 37 minutes emails say response 48 hours I now have a very poorly pet because of this Company .. paid £80 for Medication they can’t supply

There was a potential problem with my order but it was dealt with very efficiently and quickly by a lady who I think was called Julie.

Once I had placed my order things moved speedily and I received my dog's medication in good time. It is cheaper than obtaining the same medication from the veterinary surgery. The customer care was very good, too.

As per normal, very friendly, nothing is too much trouble and go above and beyond what you expect. I got sent all my receipts going back a year to enable me to try and claim on my insurance. They're always helpful and knowledgeable about products.

Repeat prescription easily dealt with online. It took 10mins to complete from start to finish. Very satisfied.

I am so happy this company. Always I receive the insulin for my dog in time. The last time, the delivery was not really good, they change the delivery company. DPD was for me the best, DHL isn’t really good. I will order still my insulin, I hope my order coming next time better. All people who attended me by phone was very kind and polite.

My recent order for Apoquel, pretty much same price, no problem, but shall no longer be placing long standing order for royal canin medium adult kibble, approx £30 increase, totally unacceptable !!! Not happy at all !!!

I spoke to a customer service lady about a difficulty getting online. Complicating factor was that we were going away imminently PLUS our lab was soooo itchy. She advised I should set it all up on the phone, she took the order, and advised paying for quick delivery. She explained prescriptions take 2 days to clear. BUT I received the tablets the next morning! Miraculous. Something was shared and acted upon and I am so grateful. Well done you and thanks again.

Accidentally ordered my dogs tablets late as all my family had covid. Called them up and the lovely lady I spoke with made sure my order would be ready for post that day ensuring they would arrive the following day, I couldn't have been more grateful as my dog needs his meds, he has a blood disease. I could have cried honestly as I was worrying since friday as we had to get through the weekend. Emailed them telling them how grateful I was and the lady who's name I forgot needs a raise.

Great service & so very very helpful staff.I have used this company for a few years & have always been happy with the fast & efficient service. Recently I asked if I could return an item & they told me I could. The parcel was posted immediately unfortunately the mail company was very slow. Pet Drugs Online staff were very patient & informed me when it was eventually delivered to them. They certainly went beyond the call of duty. I can't thank them enough.

Avoid this company. I bought medicine for my dog from them. Supposedly, the courier left the parcel unattended outside the building but I never receive it. When I contacted Pet Drugs Online, they were less than helpful. Refused to take any accountability. In their minds, outside a building, exposure to the elements, animals or even people is a delivery. Anyone, with less than half a brain would understand that it is not a delivery if it's not delivered, not pet drugs online, though. After a week of back-and-forth emails, I escalated my claim to PayPal. Hopefully, the associates at PayPal understand the consumer's rights and will refund me. At this point it's not about the money anymore, it's about the principle and the lack of accountability from Pets Drugs Online. “Disappointing”

Have been ordering from this company for a while, have a chronically ill houserabbit who needs regular medication and syringe food and they USED to be very good, very quick service etc. Unfortunately recently they have gone downhill, they offer different delivery options but fail to mention that the actual despatch time depends on when they choose to get round to posting it - so if you pay for first class postage they can easily leave it for over a week before bothering to post it. Very disappointing. I think they should remember these are not luxury items, they are items to relieve a sick animal's suffering, and days can make a difference. They'd be wise to bear in mind there are plenty of other suppliers out there.

“Avoid!”

They will take your money, not deliver your item, keep you waiting on the phone for hours and then cross-question and patronise you as though you are the problem and not them! All the while keeping tight hold of your money... Also their Feefo reviews are fake as if you try to leave one on there, you can't. Avoid!

“Poor Service”

My dog has constant ear problems so I use Posatex Ear Drops. Obtained prescription from the Vets and ordered the drops on 6 July. Have chased my order and they said they were looking into it. They re not answering the phone and so I have asked for a refund. No response!

“Someones dishonest!”

I ordered £44 worth of cat food online as just home from hospital suffering from Cancer I was unable to go out to buy! I was home all week waiting for it and constantly checking! When i notified them of no delivery I was fobbed off with a YEAR OLD PHOTO by DPS scanned and sent to me by Pet drugs online as proof of purchase! And it showed delivery of 4 parcels when I only had ONE ordered! I asked for the original pic so I can get the Metadata so as prove its so old... and they would NOT send! Someone committing fraud and theft here! And I am left with nothing!

Watch out, this web site is VERY misleading. The 'basket' page clearly says free delivery, yet they add a delivery charge once you get as far as the checkout.
