Sophia was amazing- she was responsive and put up with my craziness- I spelled my email address wrong - and panicked- she calmed me down, corrected it. I got the digital print which was amazing and can’t wait to see the canvas now. I believe I’m supporting small businesses and yes I was hesitant but I can assure you this is a legit company and you’ll be beyond happy with the product.

Company was great they gave good reviews and answered all my questions. Where my packaging came damaged the other day I messaged them the pictures and they were quick on replying back and they are reshipping with the new one

Agree with all the one star comments. Very deceptive. Was told a canvas print too but just a digital download. All very chatty and friendly until I complained and then ran away hiding! I even shared a copy of the order that stated a canvas print. Interestingly they told me they’d never had that problem before. Over priced for what it is. Please don’t be fooled and avoid!!

We were thrilled with the incredible detail and fun that Pet Creations Art created for our dog's picture. Not only was the product TOP-NOTCH, but their customer service was incredible!!! I have already recommended them to friends in Canada. They were a true pleasure to work with on this fun project!!!

I ordered a digital print of my two cats and they were spot on. Not only is the artwork amazing, but the customer service is top notch. They responded to any emails/questions immediately and were extremely accommodating to my requests. I loved my print so much, so that when I got a new kitten, I had to have a drawing of her as well. I emailed prior to placing the order because I wanted to get a canvas print with all three of them and they responded with instructions on how to do so. They saved my artwork from the previous order so I only had had to pay for one additional drawing. The canvas came out better than expected and I highly recommend to anyone looking to get cartoon versions of their pets!

Very deceptive. You think you are ordering a canvas to be delivered to your door, as their link states, then they send you a stupid digital file you have to print yourself. Or they try to scam you out of more money to actually print it. I think the whole thing is a big scam and would not recommend whatsoever. I need a Xmas gift but am very reluctant to send them any more money as I have already been scammed by them.

This is my second order from this company and I am always impressed with their quick communication and their beautiful product. This is a Christmas gift for my elderly mother of her cat and I'm sure she's going to love it. Quick turnaround and great customer service. Always a positive interaction with these folks. I will buy from them again.

I`M JUST SO HAPPY!I sent one of the very first photos we took of our new dog Radar and our then 8 year old son Josh.After 16 years of love, companionship and fun Radar passed so we wanted a memento for Josh.Our heart sung when we received the artwork!! Absolutely perfect!Not only are they wonderfully talented artist but very patient as well, as I kept going back with questions that they immediately answered and put my mind at rest!I do not hesitate in recommending Sallie & Sophia to you all! GO FOR IT!!

The company were really helpful in terms of contacting me. Very easy to.order and a very quick service. My artwork was completed very quickly and I was really pleased with the finished article.

I added notes to help with the sizes of the 4 dogs in proportion to each other and, from what I can tell, my notes were taken into consideration and the art was excicuted beautifully! The only problem was that the color of one of the dogs was quite a bit darker than the actual dog, but I think the lighting in the picture may have been more at fault. I say that just to warn people to send in well-lit pictures or at least pictures that accurately portray the difference in color between multiple pets, if there are multiple pets and to keep in mind that the artists doing these didn't actually meet these fur babies, so the photos are all there is to go on.

I got all my 3 loves in their own frame. They are all unique doggies. The girls working on my drawings are so patient, and really listen to what you want. I'm beyond thankful!

Better explanation of the actual order & what you will receive!! So upset & disappointed. I spent over $100.00 & received nothing but an 8x10 canvas. What a fool I was in believing I was going to be giving a memorable gift!

I thought I had ordered a canvas, but it was a digital copy. They wouldn’t change it, but offered a discounted price in the original canvas I requested. Overall, satisfied. Wish the website was more clear.

Great service and even though it was during a busy holiday season they always got back to me. The drawing was great and exactly what I expected.

I cannot praise Pet Creations Art enough. I requested a piece of all 6 of our family dogs and Sophia created something that was above what I expected, and even though I was happy with what had been produced, I requested a small change which was done with no fuss at all. The unlimited alterations is a big appeal to this service. I now have a piece of art that will give many smiles for many years to come.

Really great service and the artist is really patient and pays attention to minor details for the requests i made for my artwork. I found Pet Creations after a really bad experience with another art company and i'm really glad i stumbled across them because i will definitely be purchasing again. I read some negative reviews of this company but still went ahead and ordered a canvas of my dog. The canvas arrived today and it's excellent. They have captured his character perfectly. The price was reasonable for the work involved and the canvas was really well packaged. Sophia was really helpful at all times. I thoroughly recommend Pet Creations Art.

I ordered a canvas as a Christmas present, the proof was sent to me to approve (nothing needed changing) so the print was sent to me. Sadly the delivery went astray and I never received it. I contacted Sophia who was so helpful and produced another for me. This has just been delivered today and I am absolutely thrilled with it.Thank you Sophia for your wonderful skill and amazing customer service.
