Frontline Flea Treatment for Cats is a national brand at an excellent value.Pet Care Supplies has name brand, high quality products at exceptionally reasonable prices. I am very pleased with Pet Care Supplies. Yes, one must plan ahead because shipping from overseas takes time, but it is worth the wait to obtain their products. Their prices are less than half of other retailers, and even less than half if you go to a veterinary clinic. I am very satisfied with Pet Care Supplies and will continue to place orders and save money.

This is my 2nd year ordering from Petcaresupplies and never had an issue. I get my cats the 48 mg Credlio 6 pack x 2, and works fantastic for fleas. It's a once a month flea and tick pill and it really works. This website saves me money, is easy to use, I pay the extra money for tracking and it also has a guarantee of delivery. The longest I had to ever wait was 3 weeks, the shortest was 10 days. The product comes sealed from overseas...this last time from France, but it varies. I trust them, never an issue and am a repeat customer.

They will take your money and cancel without notifying you. I ordered on the 4th and didn't receive any emails, calls or anything. When I followed up on the phone on the 11th the individual was rude and couldn't handle an upset customer trying to find out where the animal meds are or atleast the full refund. When dealing with animal meds you can be interfering with their lives. Would you be ok with this if it was your human family? I looked over every email possible and never received anything (as they say they had to confirm stuff) if this is your protocol don't take any money until you have full confirmation. Many average people can't pull $1K out of the sky just to cover your "not able to verify information" that should have been confirmed before you take our money and give us a confirmation number. Seems to be not a legit business, but that is the risk you take when you try and get anything a little discounted. So be prepared to cover the bill 2x if you want to go through this company, still not sure if you will even get the meds or your money back because I haven't seen either. Better off with petmeds or chewy to ensure you get your animal meds on time unless you have money to put down the drain. Goodluck and hope you have a better chance then I did

The prices are great, but once an order gets messed up it remains that way, so far. I have sent four maybe five emails to get things straightened out, no reply. I have called which was more successful, but ended up with two orders instead of 7 scripts one for a fat cat, one for a skinny cat and 5 for regular cats in one order, they get parcelled out.

Placed an order and they emailed me saying they needed some type of verification before the order ships. I called and left multiple messages. They kept sending emails saying I needed to contact them. Now I get an email saying the order will be canceled. Never saw a company so incompetent in their communication. Will be filing with my card company. Judging from some of these other reviews I'll be filing a fraud claim with my card company. Looks like they just steal money and don't actually refund people.

I appreciate the pricing from Pet Care Supplies. Much more reasonable than anywhere else I have checked. Shipping does take a bit longer, that is why I order early enough so I do not run out of medication for my pet. I appreciate I receive brand name medication in the box. Place order of dog medicine on this website on Oct 5th. label made on Oct 7th. It was taken to a USPS partner facility on Oct. 14th! Yes, it took them a week to take it to a USPS partner like Going Postal. There it sat for two more days and on Oct. 16th. was sent to the USPS. Today Oct. 19th. 14 days after my order was placed, the order hasn't made it to the post office. Mind you, this is not free shipping, I paid $7 for shipping for a box of six pills. And by reading the other reviews, now I have low expectations that I will receive what I ordered. If I have to fight for a refund, I rather spend my time leaving review everywhere to save others the pain.

I was a bit leary when I first saw this website, could the prices really be that good? Well, they were! I had an issue that I needed clarified, the rep I spoke with was very helpful and polite. I have seen where people are saying their banks flagged this company, mine sent a fraud alert, but discovered they do that any time you shop out of this country. I then remembered trying to pay for a Walmart gift card to be sent to grandkids in Canada, same thing happened. If shopping out of country your debit card may be rejected, always try to use a credit card. Products arrived much quicker than expected.

I mistakenly order from this website thinking it was another company. I was immediately flagged by my bank that I had a charge from Mauritius! A tiny island in the middle of the Indian Ocean. A month ago I was told my order was canceled and I would get a refund in 3-5 days. Nothing.This place is a scam. I’m planning to report to the US department of international commerce. This has to stop and animals will suffer!!

I stumbled across this website by accident and have been ordering from them for a couple years now. I will say this, the products are coming from the United Kingdom so, do NOT expect to have your products in a few days. I usually order ahead and allow 2 to 3 weeks to get to Mississippi. I have been ordering Seresto Dog Collars and just started ordering Simparica Trio. Now, package could be a little better but the product has always been fine.

I have been using Seresto collars from petcaresupplies.com for over a year. They are authentic, with the Bayer trademark. Some reviews here complain that the spelling of words on the package are not "American." That's because the English spelling of those words is the United Kingdom spelling (real English). The product is obviously packaged for the UK market, Australia, etc. I will continue to save $$$ by shopping with this company. Seresto is the best flea prevention I've ever used.

Was charged twice. When I called them to enquire, they intimated me with the information about the payments and refund process. Well, when it comes to money how can someone not worry but somehow the executive’s polite and reassuring behavior made me trust him. Fortunately, after some days I got my money back. I placed an order with them and received an email asking me to call them for verification. When I called they informed me that they were based in the UK and the order would be sent from Singapore. Then they sent me an email requiring my signature, a photocopy of my credit card, and a photocopy of my ID. They are not entitled to any of this information. When I informed them of such they began to back peddle on the required documents which is very suspicious behavior. I thought the prices for the Revolution Plus were too good to be true. I purchased a 12 month supply for 2 cats. The company accepted the order and the payment. About 2 days later I get an email to call about the order. I've never been asked to call on ANY online order ever! 2 hours later I get another email that the company cancelled the entire order and issued a refund. “Fake Frontline?”

I ordered Frontline from this company just like I have from Amazon or Chewy many times before. It came with damaged packaging and the writing on it was in some foreign language. And let me just tell you my dog has never itched more! I found a ton of fleas on him that I've never found with using frontline before that were bought from other companies. I can only surmise that this is a fake product. I would ask for my money back or put in a complaint but it looks like that it would fall over deaf ears anyway so I'll just make a review. My dog Frontline came without box. Instead 6 sealed vials. No instructions, either. My cat frontline came with box of 3 along with instructions. The instruction paper actually indicated (CAUTION South Africa, Namibia, Zambia & Zimbabwe reg. Numbers)... Very creepy, to say the least. This company looks seriously shady! Rating should be -0, however, did not have that option.

Ordered Frontline and didn't realize this was coming from outside the US. Product is made in Africa and packaging doesn't look at all the same. That made me nervous. After reading the reviews I called and asked to return the 100% guaranteed product. It cost me $24 to ship back $61 worth of product that weighed 1/2 pound to the UK. The customer service team was very helpful, but just know the free shipping only goes one way. If you're unhappy with the product, you have to be willing to pay a lot to return.

I ordered 12 doses of frontline plus for big dog on this website, the pictures and product info were exactly what I wanted, but the packaging i received from this supplier was completely different and it looked really cheap made packaging, my boyfriend has tried this one for a while and this product did not work at all, my dogs were bite by flea all over the bodies and I need to take them to see vet now. I will never order anything from this web again and you guys please dont purchase anything either, this website sells fake stuffs!

I placed an order for Frontline for 2 dogs and a cat. Unfortunately when the product arrived the packaging was different than the package advertised on their website. I have no idea if this is legit or not, but I wont take any chances with my fur kids. (If it was legit, why not show the packaging they sent me?). I'm not going to even waist my time trying to get my money back. This company is not honest for two simple reasons: no where does it inform you that they are based in the U. K., and the packaging did not match what I ordered from their website.

Like other reviewers, I am incredibly dissatisfied and concerned with this company. I called and sat on the phone and listened to it ring at least 15 times before hearing from a representative who told me that my package was somewhere? And that it would be here eventually? I purchased two seresto collars for my dogs. It took forever to arrive and when I got them they were fake! Thank God I didn't put them on my dogs. “OMG!”

Unbelievable! These foreigners are making money by selling fake, non-genuine, counterfeit material and medical supplies. How can this even be happening. Just call their customer service line if you remain hesitant about these scammers. A distant representative a long way from the USA who speaks broken English. I called and waited ten minutes and finally got an Asian person on the line and I said I wanted my money back, so he said he could not hear me because they were having difficulty with their phones (BS). So I called again and cleverly told them I would like to make a purchase and they suddenly could hear me fine... then I told them actually I wanted a refund for the counterfeit, non-genuine collars I ordered.
