Is petalandpup.com.au Legit?

Do not order from here. I see people praising Sonia in their reviews and believe they are most likely fake reviews. I ordered from here, have yet to receive items that were supposed to be delivered a week ago and when I emailed Sonia because you can’t call I was essentially told “dispatch” “fulfilled” order, therefore too bad, I without my order and money. I now have to be inconvenienced more and contact my bank.

Items are either extremely small or too big, they do not send you the size that you asked for then it’s hard to return it!!!!!!!

Avoid ordering anything online from this place. I ordered a dress that was decent quality but too big so I had to return it. The cost to buy the dress was $95 but with all the shipping and handling charges I was only reimbursed $75. So it cost me $20 for nothing. I would NEVER order from this place again. I feel gouged. Beware.

Kiran was fantastic, she was able to process my return quickly and went above and beyond to help me out in a difficult time. I hope they know what an amazing employee they have within their team!

Excellent experience despite the issue with the quality of the item I received. Very prompt and effective communication with Sonya - she was excellent! She cared, was very professional and knowledgeable which very promptly totally neutralised initial disappointment. I loved the quality of the garment, size was well described and was easy to choose. I love the dress I ordered from Petal and Pup, but I love the customer service more. Abby gave me the most personal customer service experience I’ve ever had. She responded quickly, was friendly, and helped me navigate through an exchange. I was a rather needy customer because I needed the dress quickly, and she was so friendly and patient. Will absolutely be shopping with them regularly.

Petal and Pup is the best online store i have ever come across. Their customer service team - Abby in specific - are just lovely humans to deal with. So kind with their solving problems and supporting their customers. Their clothing is good quality and all items have come to me as the description reads and sizing info etc. Its so nice to know that if i reach out to them , they get back to me quickly and efficiently and always happy to help. Return Item is horrific! I returned Items that I will use for my Prenup and wanna re-purchase instead but takes forever for them to put my credit into my account. Not interested anymore to purchase anything. I will dispute this Item.

I wanted to say thank you to Bless who helped me with my first app order. My order went through and my bank account was debitted but didn’t receive any order confirmation or order number. Bless firstly returned my call and helped me track my order and kept me informed via email. Great customer service in my point of view and even more appreciated when purchase are made online only. Thank you again Bless!

Refund process was terrible. I was told I will not receive a refund because the dress had an ‘odour’ or smell on it. All email correspondence was generic and went on about it being ‘challenging times’ and that its part of their policy. I am now out of pocket $100 for a dress I will never wear. Disgraceful policy

Petal n pup is my go to online clothing store! The customer care team is very responsive, friendly and helpful when contacted. Julia helped me recently and was so lovely. Love their style of clothes, I’m always buying my dresses from here and always get lots of compliments!

Had a size issue and was not able to exchange. When I emailed customer service theory reply was immediate and gave explanation of the exchange issue. I did a return and repurchase. Customer service helped with the additional shipping costs a d the return was very easy. It was a very professional, efficient and satisfying resolution. Best and quickest I have had with any company in a long time.

My fiance loves the style of Petal & Pup and I have to say I love it on her too. We live across the country and get our orders fast! We've had to return one item that was a gift that was too big. The customer service (Natalie) responded back fast and helped us out in a pinch she was great!! Very impressed with the customer service and quality of this company. Highly recommended

Love my new date night outfit!I initially bought a dress that didn't look quite right for my body shape and tried to start the "return process" via the P&P portal where I ran into issues. Abby was kind enough to sort out some minor issues on the backend system that were stopping me from submitting the return/exchange request. One super quick fix later and within days I had a new dress that fits like a glove and looked just as amazing!

Natalie is a gem. Outstanding and proactive customer service...... many of the larger companies could learn a lot from you guys. Best customer service I have had in years. Fast, proactive, knowledgeable and just really nice! Great dress too, fantastic quality, especially for the price.
