Risky. Danger.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 12.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to perxreward.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Untrustworthy. Risky. Danger. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning perxreward.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between perxreward.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of perxreward.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of perxreward.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. perxreward.com is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether perxreward.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether perxreward.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check

A very friendly, helpful and efficient service by the EML DAC team. The simple process took away the hassle of admin and logistics. Everyone appreciates the flexibility of the Perx card where they spend where they choose!
2nd year receiving Perx card from my company at Christmas and second time having issues , invalid surname Sent multiple emails , recieved automated response which was little or no help Rang the support line was on hold for over an hour When my call was answered I was told the problem was with surnames with a hyphen or coma , and IT where looking into it and it ll take 2/3 working days to sort Dreading trying again in 2/3 working days so bloody frustrating, surely after years providing the service it can be streamlined to work efficiently
Their activation process is broken and their support waits about half an hour before disconnecting you, costing about £3 for the pleasure each time. It appears to be by design.Their support line is now a message telling people to email their sales department which does not respond.I finally got through after 4x 30 minute attempts by asking the sales team to transfer me to support, they gave the PIN code that they did not supply originally to use their product.
Terrible customer service hung up on more than twice finally get through to them and the say they dont have the clearance to help and to just send an email with account deatils now waiting since thursday without an update. work collegues having similar issues would give less than 1 star if possible. expect to be on helpline multiple times for over an hour and still none the wiser1
Usually can get the card activated fairly easily but this year is a nightmare .Email bounced back , over an hour on the phone and was then cut off . Rang again and used the call back facility- needless to say we are still waiting !!!!! Disaster . 100% wouldn’t recommend. Customer service is non existent and now I’m left with a useless card .
Well... I guess 1,6 score on reviews says it all. I have received a card from work as Christmas gift, as last year.I went to add the card to my account, and activated, until there everything it seems ok, however when I have tried the 3D enrollment there is when all the nightmare begins, it always failed, it never showed me any step to setup the secure login pin, so how comes it asks me the pin ? and after trying, now when I click on "View" to view my card it doesnt show me any other screen or page. I have sent email, and didnt get any reply.
- Horrible website design- Too much 'security'- Unhelpful customer serviceI can't use my card, because I can't set up the security code. I called customer service, and although the waiting time was '1-2 minutes', it took 35 minutes for someone to pick up.After they picked up, they told me I called the wrong department and put me on hold again. After almost another 15 minutes of waiting, I gave up.
Couldn't get into my existing account to add the new card, then forgot password functionality didn't work. Called and sat on hold for nearly an hour and when I got through the guy couldn't fix it and told me I'd have to email in and they'd raise a ticket with IT. Then the call ended suddenly. Somehow managed to login on a different device but then it wouldn't accept the card. On hold for another hour. Eventually got card sorted but then 3d secure enablement wouldn't work. Logged out and eventually got it working. Tried to use the card this morning and got error message. Awful service.
Rang the costumer help line and they hung up on me rang them back and the voice call said not taking any more calls or taking any more emails.Tried to log in and forgot my password they send a email to change password but says I have to log in 1st so makes no sense.Reading reviews here and they company able to reply to them no problem but when we try contact yous different story.
Received card from company for Christmas. contacted Perx over a week ago on email about the valid surname and being unable to validate card. Rang and was told it was an hour wait time on the phone. Disappointing so close to Christmas
Shocking customer service. Will never use this company again. I feel so bad as I am the one who purchased thousands of euro's worth of cards for our team in work and nobody can get through to customer service. Never again, I've been on hold for over an hour yesterday and 20 minutes today so far! phone bill running up :( please do not buy from Perx
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Perx. I recently received a card from my employer, and the activation process has been nothing short of a nightmare. The online activation system does not work, and when I try to input my surname, it keeps telling me it’s invalid. I’ve tried multiple variations, but none of them work. This is not the first time I’ve faced this issue—last year, I had the same problem. To make matters worse, their customer service is abysmal. I’ve tried calling multiple times, and the waiting time is always over 60–70 minutes. When I finally got through, the call disconnected while confirming my details, forcing me to start all over again. Emails go completely unanswered, adding to the frustration.I strongly advise others to be cautious if considering using Perx. The inconvenience and lack of customer support are simply unacceptable.
Dreadful, locked out reset password but need a pin. no pin. Circular unfriendly site.Designed to wreck your head so they can claim the monthy fee and eventually zero your account. Sadly, I have to complain to get a response simply to reset a password. Will be advising my employer not to use again.
Fintan in Perx always gets back to me which is very reassurring when it comes to ordering vouchers for our company. He is always polite and professional. Thank you Fintan!
Absolutely shocking customer service. Emailed last week, was on the phone for over an hour today, still no response. Can't get 3d secure to activate. Also requested a call back and nothing. Work has bought over a 1000 of these cards hope they change next year!
My experience has been as bad as everyone else on here. Couldn’t log in to my existing account. Tried multiple times to get through to customer service and same issues as previous reviews. In the end, set up a new account with a different email address. For my new account I used all the same information as on previous account such as name, address and phone number, the only difference was the email address. This worked and within 5 minutes I had my new account set up, my card registered and unlocked. Overall, a very stressful experience but would advise anyone with a similar experience to set up a new account.
Very bad customer service. Rang 3 times before I got through to someone. We bought cards for our employees and cards can't be allocated to their account. Sales said it's card support issue. Eventually got card support and they said the cards are empty with no information or balance on them.
Thank you David for helping with our order during this busy time of the year.
Absolutely shocking customer service. I emailed last week and have been on the phone every day for over an hour, yet still no response. This is the worst company ever. I have a card I got from my job, but every time I try to activate it, it says it's associated with a different user.
Terrible web platform, terrible system, terrible support. Maybe, just maybe, they should test their site BEFORE deploying it. And then still fire the dev team, because they suck

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
