Delivery time to Ireland wad surprisingly quick. All round a great experience and I will definitely buy again.
If I could give a zero rating, I would. I have tried several times to order a doormat for my son’s birthday. Every single time I try to pay and I’ve tried five different cards, they decline it. Every card has plenty of money. This company will not stop emailing me asking why I left something in the cart. I finally got a response from Riley stating I should try using Google Chrome. She asked that I send a screenshot of the issue, meaning I had to redo the doormat with pictures of the three dogs. I have yet to hear anything else. This has been going on for a week. I’m done. It is not worth the stress and aggravation.

I purchased their premium T shirt. It was most definitely on the small side. As a 6’3” man, My husband wears a 2XL. This shirt is borderline on being an XL. At $31 for a T Shirt, I will not pay to purchase another one even when offered a cheesy discount to do so. The description should state that the T Shirts run small and I would have went up a size. I ordered a shirt for my MIL and she loved it, the price and ease of website ordering was great. My only issue was shipping and communications. I ordered on 4-16-24 and a tracking label was created and nothing was shipped until like may 6th which made me nervous. Everything arrived ontime, but when I inquired I was told the shipper was backed up yada yada which really wasn't the case the shipment was never sent yet. I have tried ordering an eras shirt with my dog, love the design. The first shirt the black ink washed off immediately (even after following specific washing instructions) Their customer service (which is quick and helpful) sent out a second shirt for me. This one instead of the ink printed on the shirt had a weird plasticy feel and was smudged like it had been packaged while still hot. Customer service has emailed me back already and hopefully can get this fixed

Order a product, it has not come yet. Was mailed out on April 29, 2024. Tracking number says it will be delivered May 6, 2024, did not come. The next evening, it says will be delivered May 7, 2024, before 7 PM, did not come, that night it showed it will be delivered May 8, 2024,which is today, carrier does not deliver it, not on truck. Now it is showing will be delivered May 9, 2024 by 7 PM. How can it be delivered on all these dates and tracking shows it hasn't moved since May 2, 2024. They do not do anything but lie. They will not respond to messages sent to them. so be aware, I just found out this is a company operating out of China (Singapore) supposedly has an office in States also, so US Department of Justice is investigating them and North Carolina. Tracking showing it is sitting in Butner, NC since May 2, 2024, less than 140 miles away. What is wrong with this picture and the lies and not responding.

The web site gave us a lot of customization choices. I was suspicious when I got a notice from my credit card company that the charge was not in the U.S.A. HOWEVER, we got a nice thank you right away. A couple of days later we got a notice that the T-shirt order was in process. Then a day or two later we got a notice that it was shipped, and we got a tracking number. The T-shirt arrived today, in good shape and the customization is perfect. Would shop here again.

Received my father's day shirt in time; however, I forgot to specify a size. At first I thought a disaster & no time to order another custom shirt. Company sent notice that item was shipped on 12/21/23. However, DHL did not receive item until 12/27/23. Personal Fury only created a label but did not ship for six days. Still waiting for my package 1/8/24Poor management practices to say the least. Do NOT buy from this company.

I received the pillow I ordered. They truly did not make clear that it was cheap junk made in China. Not even real fabric; looks like paper on the pillow which came in a small envelope with all the air removed, terrible. I am not satisfied at all. It seems like an operation to over-price merchandise and collect $$$ on cheap stuff made overseas.
