Is perfumeshopping.com Legit?

Do not buy from here!I bought a spray from here which broke after one use, sent the company a video of this and was refused a replacement. The man from customer service was very abusive towards me, he kept calling me an ”idiot”, whilst swearing lots. He also reffered to the item as his spray, which leads me to believe this store sells counterfeit items.Don’t be fooled by the price, pay pennies get poor quality.Update regarding their response: they have not emailed me a prepaid label, they have just told me to return the item.

High quality and a huge selection. The offered goods and price/value ratio are very good. Compared to the prices of similar webshops, it is by far the best. The communication with the admin is impeccable, fast and correct. To my great regret, they do not deliver to my country. I'm also sorry because I couldn't find the perfume deodorant I chose in any other webshop, or if there is one, the webshop doesn't deliver to Hungary either. So all in all, I highly recommend it to everyone,Katalina Szentesi HU.

There was a one digit error in the delivery postcode, Royal Mail sent it on a torturous journey around East Anglia, many times. The customer services department of Perfumeshopping.com were excellent and I could not fault the assistance I was given. Would I buy from them again, yes very pleased.

I was severed today by Tal in the Sunderland Bridges Store.She was fantastic, not pushing to sell and assisted me to make the right choices.Hers wrapping paper skills are top notch too.Excellent visit today and a happy customer.

After reading all the negative reviews on here I was skeptical about ordering. Needn't have worried at all. Great prices, genuine aftershaves and all arrived really quickly too. Good email comms keeping me up to date on my order and was delivered through Royal Mail so got an email and text telling me when my parcel would be delivered. Personally couldn't fault anything about my experience or quality of the products ordered. Will definitely use again.

Excellent! Placed an order on Monday delivered after 48h on Wednesday. Parcel was packed safely and Royal Mail requires a signature before giving it to me. If it comes to a product I've purchased I already knew it before, so no surprise, but I've never bought this one as such a bargain 80ml Carolina Herrera 212 VIP for £34.99!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would highly recommend this company:) Thank you

Please be aware this website is absolute scam!! I have ordered Burberry London men's fragrance 100 ml as this is one my favourite fragrance that I have been using since it was launched in 2006 therefore I am very familiar with the smell that stays on for many hours and can be smelled from long distance. They sent me a fake, counterfeit Burberry London fragrance the smell faded in few minutes, the bottle and packaging looked very cheap too.

Easy to navigate website, good selection of products.Bargain prices, good communication. Delivered as promised and received a couple of freebies ( took an extra couple of days due to postal strike) not the sellers fault and no big deal. Very pleased and will def buy more

After reading some of the reviews on here I was concerned about the order I had just placed. Couldn't have asked for a better customer experience. Bargain price for a 80ml bottle of my favourite perfume (bought two for less than the 50ml in shops). Email communication was great and they arrived by royal mail recorded delivery within 3 working days. Perfect. Will use again!

I purchased a perfume from here that has been hard for me to find at a decent price for 100ml. I admit I didn't read the reviews before placing the order and panicked a bit after reading them but I'm happy to say the perfume arrived within 3 days at no extra cost and I was even given 2 free gifts of ghost perfume body cream! There was no need for me to have worried at all. Will order again from here.

The perfume I was looking for was the best price with this company. Estimated delivery time 4 days but delivered early in 2. There was also a lovely tester for a new perfume and 10% off my next purchase with a 3 month expiry date. Packaging was substantial. I cannot fault this company therefore 5 stars

My partner ordered some perfume for me for Christmas & that arrived 2 days after placing the order too. We're extremely happy with this site & will definitely use again.

Ordered ladies version of 212, received the men’s.Finally got through to someone, who said would send a prepaid envelope to return.No envelope, left trying to get through to them again, no idea who the phone number goes through to it, but there is zero customer service. Emails bounce back as undeliverable. I’m going to raise dispute with credit card company. Avoid

I have used obsession since it was first put on the market. The price has gone up and up... I thought I was seeing things when I came across the offer at perfumeshopping.com a definite bargain not to be missed. I won't be looking anywhere else for myself or family when it comes to buying expensive perfume or aftershave at bargain prices!

I had been looking for a particular perfume at the best price and when I found perfumeshopping.com I was very impressed that I could get a gift set with body lotion and a little handbag size roll on perfume with a case together with 100ml size bottle of perfume for less than I would pay at the airport duty free for just the perfume. Also prompt free delivery, I would highly recommend this company.

I actually didn't think this website was legit, sounds a bit silly but the font of the logo actually made me think this for some reason. Some products are cheap but a lot of them are just what you pay else where, delivery was free and was sent on 48 hour tracking, i ordered it Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday. The biggest down side is the lack of choice their isn't a lot of variety sadly, but if i ever come across something cheaply priced on there again i will definitely order again from them

Ordered quite an amount of perfumes before Xmas.Parcel arrived with some perfume missing which was meant to be a Xmas gift. Been chasing this now for about 3 weeks, still no replacement, very slow at responding to complaints, will not buy from here again

This Paloma Picasso Eau De Parfum has a fragrant aroma and is not overpowering. The scent lasts for a few hours well. I have been using this perfume for about ten years and now that it's finished, I have had difficulties finding a reputable supplier in the UK. Whilst searching for this perfume I was fortunate to find it on sale at perfumewholesale at a competitive price. Their customer service team are very knowledgeable and respond to queries immediately.I shall use this perfume very sparingly, only on special occasions.I have no hesitation in recommending this perfume and the seller.

1) They sent me aftershave instead of EDT2) They haven't responded to emails3) They don't display a telephone number4) Their website is broken - only way to search is via Google5) When I demanded a refund under the distance selling law they said that could only be done if I returned the item with an unbroken seal - which was actually a bit of clingfilm which I had to remove to see what I had been sent. They also said to pack it in its original green box when it did not come in any box except the brown outer packaging which has to be destroyed to open it.6) When I told them this they said that the item was correctly described on the packaging which I cannot confirm as there was no inner pack and is anyway irrelevant as the product is unused and its orginal condition but without the shoddy packaging it was delivered in.Highly recommend avoiding this dodgy outfit.
