FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!I ORDERED 2 URN NECKLACE BUT RECEIVED ONLY 1 FILLING KIT!! Instead of the METAL FUNNEL, which was shown in the advertisement,THEY ADDED A TOOTHPICK AND PAPER FUNNEL!! 🙄😵‍💫 IS THIS A SICK JOKE?? 😡😡😡🤬🤬

My wife and I purchased the Traditional Cross Urns. The ordering process went smooth over the phone. The urns arrived via FedEx in a timely manner. My only disappointment was concerning the finish on the insides of the two urns. The finish was rough with a few sharp edges around a weld. Our urns were made of aluminum. Other than that concern, we were well pleased with what we got for our money.

When I saw the weeping angel urn I knew it was perfect for my beloved Son. The order process was smooth and everyone responded to my emails very quickly. Sean was very helpful. They very quickly engraved my plaque and sent me a proof. I received my, nicely packaged urn a week after the order. I am very pleased and highly recommend.

My father and I went through various websites before choosing Perfect Memorials and I can't even put into words what a beautiful decision this turned out to be for our family. We made the order over the Memorial Day weekend and it arrived in perfect condition yesterday.(the 2nd) We highly recommend this company.

Plus I wanted to add an inscription created by my sister, brother and I. I was also able to have a choice of fonts. “Looks cheaply made and a waste of money!”

We had to put our dog to forever sleep. We had taken him in by our elderly neighbor's request (he begged me to cause he wanted him to be with a young family). We had him cremated and planned to split his ashes in half to give half to our neighbor, his original owner, but he said all he wanted was a gold heart shaped necklace with a little bit of his ashes in it. The charm looks cheaply made. The chain is very thin. I got the engraving on the back and you can't see it unless you're in a certain angle of light. I ordered it with a velvet box and only received it in a printed box with the chain and charm separated in different baggies. It says it comes with a funnel (the one I have for my Dad from Amazon came with an actual small plastic funnel and a small scoop that looked like a measuring cup) but you have to make the funnel yourself out of paper they include a template for. The only good thing about my experience with it was the fast shipping. Still $150 wasted. I'm afraid of it falling apart so I refuse to use it. Tip for consumers:They need to clarify the funnel is self made, not a real funnel. Include a small scoop for ashes to use with the funnel. We didn't really know what to expect with a "biodegradable urn" but it is beautiful and nice enough to display at the Celebration of life for my Dad. The website was easy to negotiate and the shipping was very quick. I had made a phone call to customer service to ask about the timing to be sure we would have it on time and it arrived even ealier than we first expected and the customer service person was very nice and helpful. We purchased the urn for a close loved one recently, it was a hard time to say the least. Perfect Memorials product list had a lot of variety which made the decision a little overwhelming due to all of the beautiful products. We wound up choosing the Large Serene Angel Urn on a Sunday, and it was delivered in four days. The Urn is beautiful, and all the family was extremely pleased with the quality and design. The craftmanship is simply stunning and it a great memorial for a great loved one. Everything came out perfectly! Everyone said my mother's urn was just her style. It was very beautiful and ornate. It turned out to be gorgeous. My mom would have been thrilled with the purchase. (Looking back, they had a keepsake smaller replica. I should have purchased it.) Customer service was to notch as well. They were very caring and compassionate. They answered my millions of questions. The only issue I had was the delivery, but that was not Perfect Memorial's problem. Our postal service does not know how to read an address. Fortunately, I received it. Tip for consumers:Don't quit till the last minute. Although they can expedite your order, it is not good for one's heart.

Solidly built. Extra care was taken by PerfectMemorials to deliver with certified pickup at the USPS. The quality is fantastic for the price point. I have a forever home for my beloved child. Engraving and bag were a little high priced, but very good quality. My only future wish which I know is a logistical nightmare would have been to have a Tuxedo cat marking on the sleeping kitten. Beautiful job PerfectMemorials. It makes my sadness more bearable.

I ordered 2 necklaces for my grieving best friend and her husband who lost their fur baby of 11 years. The necklaces arrived the same day they picked up the cremations which I felt was perfect timing. However, the artwork on the back of the necklace was incorrect. It was supposed to be a paw print. I called and spoke with a gentleman in customer service, he apologized for the mistake and asked if I could please email a picture as well. Upon receiving my email, within minutes they replied back they would remake the necklaces and I received the replacements that same week! I'm very pleased with the customer service and their prompt response. A little compassion goes a long way and it definitely made a difference. I highly recommend Perfect Memorials. Thank You!

“Taking advantage of an Eighty One year old woman.”

My mother ordered an urn for when it's her time. She is in her eighties. She doesn't always remember what she orders and she ordered four additional urns for a total of five. The company never questioned the orders even thought they were all the same urn with the exact same inscription. They charged my mom and shipped all of them. When my brother started getting all these boxes, he contacted the company and they said in a nutshell. Too bad, tough luck. They are inscribed so you're stuck with them. I cannot believe that Imperfect Memorials is such a large business that they did not notice the duplicate orders, especially when there were so many ordered. The lack of sympathy and unwillingness to help is unreasonable and unprofessional. Terrible company morals taking advantage of an 81 year old woman like that. Tip for consumers:Don't! “Revised review”

Just received my jewelry after having it sent directly to the place where my mother's remains were, so they could be filled. Imagine my surprise when only one out of five pieces was engraved. Been crying ever since. Will never order from this incompetent company again. I added a star because this company gave me a prompt, full refund on my order. Although I would much rather have the jewelry the way I ordered it, I appreciate that they refunded my money.

A little inconvenience is when an appointment is running late. Waiting on an Urn in order to bury someone you love and then told, oh sorry, we haven't done it yet was totally wrong! And more than just a little inconvenience to say the least! Would not recommend this place at all.

I've purchased items from them before and it didn't take nearly as long for me to receive my order as it did this time. On top of that I paid for the 3-4 day shipping and that totally was not honored whatsoever. I never received a refund or anything due to the fact they could not honor the shipping. I contacted customer service and only received very vague responses from them and one response was a bit sarcastic. Let's just say, with this experience I won't be using them again.

They sent me someone else's urn for their loved one recently passed. And promised me a 2 day replacement that never arrived and all they said to me was to contact FedEx. The nerve of a customer care rep and to make me inconvenienced for a careless mistake on their part. I do not recommend using this company. You might end up with the wrong product and your loved one still not resting peacefully.

I have purchased several solid oak urns from Perfect Memorials over the years and I have always been pleased until now. The engraving on my most recent purchase was unacceptable. It was barely legible. When I asked the company to redo it, they said their engraving process had changed so it was likely to produce the same results. Why would a company change their engraving process if it produced negative results? I returned the urn for a full refund and purchased another one from another company. I won't be purchasing from Perfect Memorials again.
