Not only are the products great, the customer service is superb. I bought an engraved pencil for my nephew as a gift, and the customer service team was so accommodating when an issue came up. Thank you

I was looking for the perfect Parker that I also wanted engraved and pen heaven was the first to come up in my search. I looked through the awesome collection and found the perfect pen at a fantastic price. Then all the engraving options was also fantastic. I was able to get two crosses on each side of her name. The speed at which my order was taken, pen engraved, wrapped ( and the wrapping was amazing as well) shipped out and across the pond was very impressive. No joke I don't get packages this fast from inside the states! Customer service was always available and very helpful. Gave the pen gift to the person today and it was very well received. I take feedback seriously and use it in my decision to buy so I always leave truthful feedback when it's either a really bad seller to warn people or it's an incredible seller so other buyers know it's a great place. Pen Heaven should get an extra star.

Ordered a birthday present to be gift wrapped and delivered directly my brother, but upon ordering with Apple pay, the shipping name automatically updated to mine instead of my brothers. Not a big deal, but I wanted it to be addressed to him. I rolled my eyes, annoyed as I assumed that this was going to be a complete headache to change and I was probably going to spend the next half hour in a call queue. I was SO wrong. Got straight through to an extremely helpful gentleman called Joe who located my order and had everything amended in a flash. Delighted with this company and the ordering experience. Not only was the customer service impeccable, the gift arrived quickly which was amazing as getting deliveries to NI can be a bit delayed at times. Thank you Joe and Pen Heaven. I have been using fountain pens for years and always purchased from shops. This is the first time I have ordered online and I will never go back. The customer service from Joe was amazing. Their customization is poor quality!! Upon expressing dissatisfaction due to the high price of these pens, they required days of back and forth and photos. Ultimately, they do not stand behind their work. I am left without what I thought would be an heirloom gift. Wouldnt return or recommend.

I found an old pen belonging to my father.I couldn't find a ink cartridge for it anywhere.After a few searches online , I came across Pen Heaven.What a selection of ink refills and great selection of Pens to choose from.Not a lover of using Disposable pens.You cant beat writing with a quality pen

Decided on Pen Heaven after much trawling of Internet, as about to spend over £200 and wanted quick delivery and best quality.Very pleased with range of Parker Pens available. Pen Heaven's description of Parker Sonnet ballpen in Pearl White with Pink Gold trim was spot on. I ordered 2 with different engravings for my wife and I to exchange on our wedding anniversary. We're very pleased with Pen Heaven's engraving quality. Paid extra for 1 to 2 day delivery: ordered late Thursday night and arrived Monday morning - all excellent. Would use again.

In 2019 I received a journal customised with my name. It’s now been to over 20 countries, it’s stuffed full of plane tickets, receipts, photos. Still with pages to go! It is my pride and joy.I spent hours hunting for the same journal I received as a gift the other day and found it on Pen Heaven! I’m so excited to order these journals for the rest of my life, keep filling them up. I brought a Parker pen which was very fairly priced plus the engraving for a christmas gift. The item arrived quickly and the Italic font engraving was well done, not overly large and elegant.It's great that you can check the font on the website.Although I didn't use them for this order, I did appreciate that there is an option to engrave symbols, which isn't always available.The Parker box was undamaged, which is always a worry.Overall, very happy with my experience and is a lovely gift.
