So far, my experience working with Chris Reed and his team has been fantastic. The communication that Chris displays and the fast work are greatly appreciated. He has been completely professional and honest with his insight and feedback. I am looking forward to continuing to work with him and the team to complete my project. I will update my comments at that time.

Wrong company to review. Penguin Self Publishing so far has delivered what they promised.

SHAME ON THIS COMPANY FOR NOT FACT CHECKING SADICK KHAN MAYOR OF LONDON BOOK.. AT NO POINT AS THE SAY NO TO ULEZ CARAVAN EVER HAD SWASTIKAS ON THAT CARAVAN

I was scammed. They gave me a choice of having my book edited by someone with more than 10 years experience or less than 10 years. I was told that someone with more experience would be easier to work with. There is no transparency. They would not reveal who edited the book. I could not talk to anyone other than a project manager who said he would pass the information on. This project manager continually gave me misinformation about when something was going to me done, or that he would call me and never did. I noticed some inconsistencies in the editing as if multiple people were working on it. I am a novice writer and relied on the accuracy of their editing. I sent their publish-ready files to a number of people for review and found out there were an extensive number of errors. I tried to correct as many as I could but then 2 different experienced editors found many more errors. Were talking 15 or more errors in the first chapter alone. I now have to pay someone else to have it done correctly. They sent me a PUB file and when I looked at it, the title of the book was on one page, my name was on the next page. My name was so large that it couldn't fit on one line so they hyphenated it. They couldn't have looked at the product before sending it out as a "final" publish-ready file. They were to include a cover design as part of the contract. Again, I was not allowed to communicate directly with the designer. The designs that were submitted to me were horrible. They ignored the image for the cover I sent them. After 6 weeks of frustration I told them to just forget it. Maybe others have had a more positive experience but I would be very very careful of paying them up front for a service that you may be extremely disappointed in and have to pay someone else to do it right.

I have been working with Chris Reed for a few weeks now and the experience has been wonderful. He responds to my messages quickly and accurately, he has great project management skills, and he ensures that my intent is met. This has been an enjoyable process; I am excited to see the finished product. As a first-time author, I feel comfortable at this point in the process to recommend other authors to consider this service!

I have been working with Penguin for a little over a month on my publication. At this stage of the process I am very pleased with the work they have performed for me. Both my original agent Austin and my project manager Danny have been excellent. They respond to my questions quickly. The editorial review of my manuscript was on point. Most of the editing is precisely what I need. The topic is so specialized however, it requires me to refine, regardless of who would be editing it. The cover design truly divinely inspired. I cannot speak yet of the entire process but up to this stage, I've been very impressed. Once I have my book in libraries as my contract includes, I will update my review.

During the process, I was assisted by Chris Reed. He is a very good professional and he assisted me with all phrases of publishing my book. We were able to work together in team effort. I am very satisfied with the services.

The company assigned a very efficient project officer to my book project in the person of Mr. Danny Brown. Danny is a very effective communicator and he has expertly liaised between me and the editing and design teams, to everybody's satisfaction and quite timely too.

Penguin Publishers did exactly what I asked for and kept all their promises. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs help in evaluating their manuscript and polishing it for publication.

Penguin Publishers assisted me with publishing my book on Amazon KDP. They handled the process efficiently, guiding me through every step, from formatting to uploading. The team was attentive to details, making sure my manuscript met all platform requirements. I appreciated how Straightforward they made everything, and the book went live without a hitch.

I am in my 3rd month with them and am pretty disappointed. They are doing what they said in that they are posting to social media--and the posts are pretty good. They also said they would maintain my website, and they have done nothing there. And they've "guaranteed" sales, 150% ROI. I guess I'll get back to you on that. But I cannot attribute any sales to them. I am doing my own selling.

Chris Reed and team have been excellent in editing my book. He was on top of the cover changes and back cover info as well. Things have worked smooth so far and we are almost done! I feel I have my manuscript in the right hands- I recommend him and Penguin. I only gave 4 stars because we aren't finished yet- but check back when I am done and you'll probably see 5!

I appreciated the consistent updates and communication, it made it easier to keep up with the status and have the proper input to the project. Danny Brown was very helpful with informing me on the processes as this was my first time self publishing. He was always easy to get into contact with for my many questions, and provided excellent feedback to me during the project.
