Is pelsbarn.nl Legit?

Like many of you, I am skeptical of ordering online. However, after checking with Trustpilot and customer reviews, I went ahead and ordered cooling mats. I'm so glad I did! The company is great to communicate with, and their product is high quality.

I placed an order about 2 months ago, and unfortunately the initial order was lost in transit. I contacted customer support, and they quickly sent a replacement order with expedited shipping. My dogs love these cooling blankets! They are very heat intolerant bullies, so I take them in the car with me every time we travel.

My pooches love the cooling bed and car nest. We purchased the beds bc they looked pretty cool and cozy and based on other reviews. Endorsing Pelsbarn as the products are high quality, easy to put in place/install and to keep clean. Our pooches prefer the products over other dog beds and car seat covers at their disposal. Service and communication with Pelsbarn is very prompt and effective. 5/5 stars for Pelsbarn products design & functionality and service level.

My Sassy (Pyredoodle) loves this new cooling bed! She comes straight in from outside to lay on it! Was looking for something to help cool her on these really hot days without wetting her down.It came quickly, everyone I have emailed with is super helpful!

Communication post order from seeing them on Instagram was very positive. They let me know the order would be delayed which I appreciated. But when I received the product it was much smaller than anticipated and terrible quality for the price. My emails to request to start the return process have all bounced. I’ve reached out through DM on instagram and they shared another email address that also bounced, and they’ve completely ignored my requests to receive the information over DM. I believe this company is a scam and would recommend that others not falling for their marketing. If they are legit they need to get their act together and let people return products as their website indicates.

Bo Loves His Pelsbarn Cooling BedCustomer service is Top Notch! The product does what it says and is made well besides. The fabric comes off and is machine washable so it stays clean.

The pet bed I bought my dog has been helping with his car anxiety. He seems to have settled much better since I bought this. It is so soft and beautiful. Great company to deal with and it arrived very quick.Thank you for your wonderful service.

Worth spending a few extra pounds to ensure my dogs comfort and health. The mats are a lot thicker than one I’ve already got from another company and ones I’ve seen in various pet shops. My dogs love them- it made such a difference at night time, I was able to sleep knowing that they would be comfortable and safe. After a long walk in the morning they are perfect for cooling them down. They really do work!!

Agree with the other reviewer, this is a SCAM company! I ordered a bed and the return policy at that time (March 2024) was 30 days (now I see it is 14 days) unopened and hidden in their web verbiage was no returns on SALE merchandise. My purchase was not on sale-I received a coupon for $10 I believe for a first time purchase. I called and wrote to them and was only offered credit towards another purchase. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they lied and said I never intended to return the bed!

I ordered the 1+1 cool mat. Took forever to get tracking number. Guess what my order placed on June 22 was said to be delivered in April!. They sent info on an order they had nothing to do with me in Hagerstown MD. I live in covington ga. Finally received package and only half my order! They shipped replacement but guess what it got shipped to Hagerstown MD! They can't get anything right....

Excellent product (cooling silk dog bed and cooling pads) and excellent customer service and communication when there was a slight delay on my first order. I will definitely recommend to friends with pets.

I ordered the cooling bed which, when it arrived, was really poor quality and looked very cheap. I've asked to return it which is quite an effort as they have a 72 hour response time that they've missed so I've had to send follow up emails. They have since responded and I have the returns form which is telling me I need to pay between $20-$30 to return it plus there's a restocking fee of $7.99. I would say only buy something from Pelsbarn if you're absolutely sure it's what you want. Otherwise you're going to end up with something that looks pretty cheap (but wasn't) and it's going to cost you a lot of money to return.

The new cooling bed doesn't work at all! It's just a cheap nylon exterior that looks like just another cheap Chinese product. Terrible quality and it doesn't cool my dog.

I had purchased another brand of cooling matts and my pit baby laid in it once. My Aussie wouldn’t touch them. It is hot in Phoenix and both dogs were hot panting and looked uncomfortable on the hardwood floors trying to cool off. I was nervous about trying an instagram hit but so glad we did. Great communication on the shipping product arrivedmin a boutA week and my dogs are both constantly in the beds. They are so happy and look uncomfortable all day and night. We put the beds in the car forA recent road trip and both dogs immediately relaxed and stayed calm the whole trip. These beds work and I think are helping with the anxiety of my Aussie doodle as he loves to corn on the fabric while he is relaxing. Absolutely worth every penny. Will be checking out the warmer beds when the weather cools off.

To be honest, my dogs were never that happy with new things but these Pelsbarn beds are something else. It gives my dog a lot of comfort especially during the heat. Thank you!!

I bought the cooling mat for my Newfie. He loves it! He has severe orthopedic issues and the traditional gel mats slide and are too slippery for him. No such issues with this one. It recools itself very quickly, also. Newfies are always hot and this makes him so happy, which makes me very happy. Great quality at a great price.
