Is pelopel.com Legit?

I ordered a pair of shoes 1/1/24 and they said it will take about 25 days as they are coming from Hong Kong. It was a persons name, not the co on the shipping receipt. It has been 8 days and I checked my USPS and it says the shoes are coming today. and also that I sent out TWENTY packages to SEVEN different states. I believe Pelopel is fraudulently using my address to ship things. I just got notice and pic that my shoes are delivered thru fed ex. I will see when I get home but using my address is mail fraud. I contacted Postal Inspection and Federal Trade Commission and filed a police report

Complete scam! Refused to refund my order 30 minutes after I made the purchase, saying the shoes were already "in transit", although they refused to provide me with any tracking details. A week later I got an email with a fake DHL tracking number. Still no shoes or refund.. This is nothing more than a scam!

I tried to return an item I purchased as gift. Through email the company responded quickly to my original question however once it was established that a refund was needed, they completely ignored all future emails. In the end the company never offered assistance and basically kept my money.

This site is part of a Vietnamese network of fake sites, the addresses are fake, check for yourself before ordering

It is a complete scam.I got tricked also and paid for sneakers for my son s Christmas gift. No need to tell you how sad he is at the moment.I paid via visa through paypal.I called both paypal and visa to submit a claim and refund request. Luckily they insure us against fraudulent scammers.Funny enough they operate under pelopel.com et probably also under other woocommerce based templates.My visa paiment via paypal went to KhanhDuyDong indeed nothing like this is mentionned on the website and it is not a business account indeed.Good luck if like me you have been tricked and let s hope Google will derank them as soon as possible.

I purchased a pair of sneakers from Pelopel. After the wait period for shipping I contacted them because I hadn’t received a tracking number. They got back to me in less than 24 hours with the tracking number. The sneakers ended up being too small so I contacted the company to exchange them. They sent out a new pair immediately before I even sent the small ones back. I am incredibly happy with the amazing customer service! Thank you Pelopel!!!!

I purchased a new pair of Jordan's but this particular pair ran a little big. I emailed the support team at Pelopel and within 24 hours they had a new pair in the correct size in transit to me. Free shipping, no fees. I was also impressed with the personal care and attention provided by the service representative.

Complete scam, and those customers that’s have had great experiences, are probably fake customers. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering, I would have never made this purchase. The “non return “ policy and emailing back and fourth for 3 days, has added to my Anxiety, I’ve been tricked, it’s very upsetting. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I saw shoes on your site ordered and paid for them. I got an email confirmation the order #316218 has been received. Then I get an email stating an oversight that Pelopel does not have the shoes. I have been emailing back and forth to get a refund as I have bought the shoes elsewhere.I keep getting pressured to buy another pair of shoes that I do not want and cannot afford, instead of giving me my money back. Pelopel is making me have a hardship because the won't refund my money. I would not recommend or buy anything else from Pelopel.REFUND MY MONEY

I ordered Jordans for my husband's birthday. I placed the order through PayPal and it was an easy process. I presented him the shoes on his birthday only to discover they run big and I should have purchased a half size smaller.I contacted the business inquiring how to complete an exchange for a different size and their response time was nothing but exceptional! Daniel returned my emails promptly and assisted me in making the exchange. The customer service was amazing. I would definitely order from this site again!

While doing a Google search for a sneaker I wanted, Pelopel was one of the first sites to pop up. I was skeptical at first but figured I’d give them ago. After ordering my shoes I realized I had them shipped to the wrong address and reached out to customer support. Right away my agent handled my issue. After receiving my item I noticed the size was also not correct. I was able to reach back out through that same email and the same agent responded to me in the matter of hours. I truly appreciate their patience and the help I’ve received.

Don’t even think about to buy something here!!! THIS A SCAM. Shoes are FAKE!!! Firstable after almost 3 week I got my delivery and they sent me the wrong size but I saw the shoes and I could tell they were fake, I sent pictures with my complaint and requesting a return label because they sent me the wrong size and also I made a check for the authenticity and off course they didn’t pass!! They send me an address in china obviously and the want me to pay for the shipping when it was their mistake and also I specified that I WANT MY MONEY BACK, after that they sent me another pair of shoes with right size when I didn’t asked, I just want and requested a refund, so don’t do it, I’m still fighting with PayPal for my money back for this website selling fake shoes for original prices!!!

I would definitely order from them again! Their customer service is excellent. They have gone out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I ordered a pair of retro Air Jordan’s, but once they arrived, I noticed a small mark. I immediately took and picture and sent an email to customer service asking for a replacement pair. I wasn’t sure how long it would take to hear back or how they would respond given that the mark wasn’t huge. Nevertheless, customer service responded right away and worked with me to find a replacement pair. They also offered a discount on a future purchase. I was impressed with how nice they were and how much they wanted to make sure I was pleased. You really don’t see this type of customer service anymore. I will order more shoes from them.

Absolutely the worst sneaker company out there. This company is completely dishonest. They refused to return a pair of sneakers because they said the cost to ship back to Hong Kong is too expensive. Meanwhile, they have a Florida address on their website which I have since looked up and it's a fake address to a strip mall that does not have any sneaker store and the sneakers shipped to me from Queens, NY which is a zip code away from where I am. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and the Fraud Department of the Federal Trade Commission and the fraud department for my credit card. BUYER BEWARE....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wouldn't be surprised if their merchandise is all fake as well.

This company is a complete scam. Sold me fake sneakers. Stunk like chemicals beyond belief. Not refunding my money. Put claim in with PayPal. Let’s see what happens now. The store said they are in Florida but is a fake address. There’s nothing in the shopping center. My shipment said it was coming from Queens then all of a sudden something from Hong Kong. TOTAL SCAM FAKE PRODUCTS!! DO NOT BUY HERE. Look at all of the other reviews there are so many just like this.

Absolute garbage website. They say there’s a 12 hour cancellation policy, they will not honor it. Impossible to get a hold of anyone and good luck getting your product. I would say I’m the outlier with this bad review but judging from the other reviews, this seems to be consistent with other customers’ experiences. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE DISPENSABLE CASH TO THROW AROUND. Very disappointed in myself for falling for their crap scam.

This seller/site is a scam. When you initially place an order, a charge goes through Paypal to a random person (mine was sent to someone named Ngo Van Cung). When I finally received my order, I found that the shoes were not the correct color as what was advertised on the site. Also, if you check the details on their website (address, customer service contact #), you'll notice that they are not legitimate. I'm going to see if I can initiate a return, get a refund from the seller, or submit a claim through Paypal. Unsure if customer service will even respond to my follow up emails at this point. Save yourself the trouble of getting your hopes up only to find out you were scammed of your money and time.

Pelopel, customer service was so good to me! They helped me with sizing as we went back and forth on what shoe size would fit me best. I love the quality of their shoes. I will definitely be purchasing more shoes from them.
