HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE/SCAM- Dont order from this company- in case you would like to return they do not follow the refund law, you CAN NOT change the product not even when the size is incorrect (which is ridiculous in case on online shopping) They offer you to keep it and they will refund 5 Euro (purchase of 100 Euro) . I did not agree, pushed it back and back again (took me weeks of nonsense discussion via email, sending them rules about my rights, etc) when they agreed to give me a return address in Dubai. I sent back the items, paid an other 17 Euro for the shipping and the package returned in few weeks due to non existing address. I learnt my lesson.

As it was the first time I ordered from this website & I was wary & I usually stay away from American $ purchases - I only purchased 1 item - HoweverI was so happy with my purchase - the Fit,Colour & Style I am about to order anotherThank you

SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY. The quality is terrible- nothing like the pictures on website or facebook. I am currently trying to return items to which the aren’t even apologetic or interested in the issue (because they are clearly aware) there are holes in the seams!! Order was nothing like I ordered. Material or color. If you try to contact the service email address it bounces back on an automated system. If you use a different email address other than the one you used to order, it won't bounce back. So my tip is use a different email address when you want to return something. Although, they don't respond to the emails anyway. I'm still waiting.

I ordered a Pink dress for my daughters wedding coming up this July 2023, the dress arrived in a peach color and the material is so thin you can see right through it. I've asked the company for a return form and I was told it would be cheaper for me to keep it and they would refund me $11 I said no I want a full refund, then they offered me $21 I said no and then they offered me $26 their final offer. I said no I want a full refund, they said it will cost me more money to mail it back to them in Dubai. This company's website calms easy returns. I would never use this company again. I feel totally deceived and lied to by this company.
