Is pedalmafia.cc Legit?

Warning if you order online your order bounces from Australia to US back and fourth. Now in US bouncing all over So CA. I am not the only one. This is a joke I have given up on receiving my order.Its almost a month now.

I’ve been buying Pedal Mafia kit for 5 years now and have always been extremely happy with my purchases. The team are great to work with and very responsive with any queries I’ve had. Quality material and attention to detail with all garments I’ve purchased. Will shop with the PM team again.

This cycling kit has changed my life. The first week of wearing my new bibs+jersey I got a promotion at work, got a smoking hot new girlfriend and my FTP increased by 40+ watts. Highly reccomend this kit.

I purchased a pair of bib shorts and two jerseys, both Jerseys are too small in the body but too long in the arm and I didn't even try the bib shorts on because I didn't want them without the jersey to match. I just tried to initiate a return to find out that bib shorts are non-returnable and the jerseys only offer exchange or store credit which I don't want so I'm stuck with £227.14 of gear that I don't want! Absolutely fuming.

I made a recent purchase and waited patiently for updates on shipping, only to find myself in the dark even after 10 days. After reaching out via email, it took an additional 5 days to receive a response, totaling a frustrating 15 days post-order. To compound matters, I learned that one of the items I ordered wasn't even in stock. While the option to choose another item or receive a refund was offered, the delay was already too extensive for my liking, especially since the out-of-stock item was the one I was most eager to receive. I opted for a full refund, appreciating the promptness with which it was processed. However, the overall experience left much to be desired in terms of customer service. Waiting that long for any sort of communication regarding my order, coupled with what felt like a lack of concern for my disappointment, falls short of satisfactory standards. Hence, I can only rate this experience with two stars.After that, I made a purchase with another brand and received the items in 2 days.

My husband and I recently ordered some PMCC knicks. My husband has worn his and is very happy with them, however I found they weren't quiet what I was looking for. PM were more than happy for me to return them and give me a refund, however my preference was to try a different model (from their Core range). I have since received these knick and love them and they are definitely my first choice for longer rides as they are so comfortable.

The worst customer service I've ever encountered.The courier lost the package, far enough this things happen, However PM didn't honour commitments to chase the courier, Only did something when I chased. Requested a refund but still nothing after three weeks. Another two emails to get a response for them to tell me it was at the drop-off point. A check with Tracking number tells me it wasn't and also no collection code.

I’m not the only person to experience customer service issues with this company.They put lots of money into Facebook ads etc but don’t respond via email or Facebook when you attempt to reach out.I made a £197GBP Order to then discover a £79 customs charge on top!I’ve cancelled my order with my credit card company and am hoping they don’t subject me to the 30% restocking fee I managed to find post purchase in their T&Cs

Pretty awful customer service.Good luck returning or exchanging anything.I tried to return a shirt because it was too large and they refused to accept the return without giving me any reason. I wore the shirt for about 15-30 minutes and realized it was too big so I put it back in the original package along with the original tags and went through their clumsy return policy. I sent the item back to the company within 48 hours.10 days Later I received curt email saying they were refusing to return/exchange offering no explanation.I was finally able to get a refund but only after I reported the transaction to my credit card company.It’s a pity because I actually like some of their items but I would never shop with them again knowing that if I had to return or change an item it would be a massive hassle.

Worst Experience Ever with PMCCI bought products, closed my cart with the final payment, and got the package with a 33% upcharge. Called CS ( Plus the sizing was wrong ) , make me pay the return. Received a gift card, but had to pay freight and duty again.No empathy to solve my case from them. Never Pedal Mafia again!

Well they made an error but after finding out what had happened they stepped up and were gracious and sincere about the mix up. That speaks volumes about any company let alone online. These are nice people. Order with confidence. Thank you Jack.

Item took a bit longer to arrive but quality is good.
