Is peacock-bazaar.co.uk Legit?

I am updating my previous one star review of Peacock Bazaar. When their website glitch was fixed, I received responses to my enquiries, and my perfume arrived today. In perfect condition, albeit 12 days from order date, which is not unreasonable, had I known. I would definitely be happy to purchase from Peacock Bazaar again in future. And hope to give 5 stars next time.

Hey!I ordered a perfume in 17October,today is 26((((Noone had been contacted me about delivery and till now i even don't now did they send it ???How long shall i wait?I have to make fair changes to my review. After posting it, the sellers immediately contacted me and I received my order after only 3 days!) Thank you very much for correcting the problematic situation

Awful company, ordered a bottle of perfume for my Mothers Birthday, After 10 days they still have not posted the item. Unbelievable in 2024 that a business cannot post an item within a couple of days. My advice is to pay a little bit more and know you will receive your item within a few days. Avoid this company at all costs, I have learned my lesson. Just received a pathetic response to my review from Peacock BS, I will not be peacocking with you anytime in the future.

Genuine perfume at a great price. Delivery time was slightly longer than expected but all good here.

I ordered perfume on the 11th Oct just got it today 23/10/24Such a long time shame as l won't be useing you again and wanted to buy 4 more bottles but carnt wait all this time.Still to long as 13 days and in the UKNo won't be going with you again.

Boss the scent £90 noop not from hear amazed at the price £28.90 100 ml I got it for so much just ordered 3 more bottles no more paying daft prices for me and they have great deals on lots of others defo will be stocking up on my fave smelly stuffs 10/10 in my book and 3 days to arrive well happy 😃 ❤️

I purchased an item from peacock bazaar on 26/10/24.My money was taken the next day and I didn't receive any email confirmation of my order until 31/10/24.I sent them an email on receipt of this confirmation asking when the order would be despatched and received a response that I had to wait a standard 5-7 working day clearance due to fraud.I have waited 7 days and still no order or email contact.I have sent them an email today 6/11/24 asking where the order is and they have responded ti say that due to an increase in fraudulent activities they are manually checking orders which is increasing delays. Once th order is picked it will be despatched and should arrive 2-3 days later.This is clearly a scam. They do not say the order has been picked and it will be 2-3 days they say when it is. Which gives these people even more reason to delay sending an item that will never arrive.This is 100% a scam. I have sent an email asking for a full refund which is what my bank will expect. I very much doubt the refund will ever arrive as no business could ever operate like this. Especially is today's market when I can order from amazon and receive the item the same day.Please avoid this compa y at all costs.Scam, scam scam.

Very reasonably priced Red Door gift set, bought and received within a couple of days. Item arrived, in immaculate condition, very securely wrapped. I don't buy perfume all that often, but this will be my first port of call when I do.

Very fast shipment, great price but unfortunately received a wrong item. Customer service was fabulous cause they solved my issue in way I would never expect. I was really sceptic cause that was my first order from peacock bazaar but what can I say? Don’t be afraid to buy from them, they really look after their customers. I selected the 2-4 working days shipping and received it next day. Can’t complain. The fragrance came in a well packaged box and the fragrance itself is divine. 100% will buy from here again.

Found this place by accident, it was much cheaper than other places. After checking trustpilot for reviews and seeing how much people rate this place I decided to give it a go. Somehow I got my postcode wrong but after contacting them they changed my postcode on my order for me and my order arrived 2 days later.This is now my new go to place for aftershave/perfumes!!

I got in touch with the company to ask where my order is and I got a copied and pasted generic response about it being 5-7 working days before orders are posted. It’s been at least 7 working days now and I still haven’t had my order posted or received.

Amazing service, I ordered on thursday night and realised I put the wrong delivery address. Emailed them that bight and had a response first thing Friday morning. They updated the delivery address and the product arrived this morning. Will definitely be recommending to friends. And the price is so competitive as well.
