I do not see how this company ever got any good reviews. I wasted hours of my time on email and attempting to call which is very difficult when you have had your cell service cut off in your entire area when 3G was killed. First I could not get a copy of the contract from them to look it over and that went on for months, then I got a new person to deal with and sent in all my photos and info again but it was all a huge waste of my time. After sending photos and a list of most of the renovations I had done for the SECOND time to the them they obviously looked at the old photos on the internet of what it looked like when I bought it many years ago and not at the current photos.
