The Lenovo Think Pad I purchased has been renovated to a high standard, everything is working beautifully, and it all feels clean and new - even though it isn't!

The true mark of a good firm is how they react when something goes wrong. Computer arrived with old operating system but the matter was sorted within two days. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I bought a renewed Lenovo Lap Top, it was in excellent condition, clean looking like new. Delivered on time in careful packaging, runs fine, with Windows 11, upgraded to 24H2 absolutely fine - really pleased.

Absolutely brilliant service. My Lenovo ThinkPad P53 was exactly as described and I could find no difference between the renewed unit and a brand new product. If you are considering a renewed laptop do not hesitate to buy from PC Renewed. They have an EBay store as well as their own website. Either way you will not be disappointed.

Description of goods were exact and a good price. Goods arrived promptly, spotlessly clean and in good working order. We had a small problem at our end and had excellent customer service to solve it. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

I really want to give this a 5 star, If we base this on the laptop alone it's hands down a 5 star, even the company responding to me was excellent. The delivery time was 9 days and DPD brought it and I was more than satisfied, My only issue was not being giving an estimated time for delivery.Give a standard time of 5-10 days advice I think most people would accept but the fear of paying and hearing nothing about delivery does strike fear into people.Excellent service though honestly thank you guys.

Very glad I chose PC Renewed. Was looking for a laptop to practise Linux (maybe to adopt it when support for Windows 10 ends). Website very clear and well organised. After I found some likely options I phoned and immediately got knowledgeable and friendly advice. Selected a fairly recent Thinkpad, T470, at a very reasonable price. After ordering I had one or two questions, which were sorted by chat. I realised I wanted a laptop with Bluetooth, and this was swiftly accommodated. Ordered on Thursday, despatched Friday and arrived the following Monday.Altogether very professional and relaxed service and a nice machine with a year's warranty. Took all the stress out of buying secondhand. Very strong recommend.

Amazing customer service. They tried to fix over the phone, were very patient and then sent helpful links but ultimately it had to go back and be fixed after I suspect my son had been clumsy with it. They fixed it totally, under warranty and returned it supernaturally fast. Hugely impressed. I won’t buy anywhere else now.

Brilliant service, refurbished laptop was like new and worked perfectly out of the box. Initially I was sceptical at how cheap the prices were, and was worried about not buying new. But as other reviews were positive I went ahead and I am really glad I did. Arrived really quickly too, I would definitely use them again.

This is the second laptop I've bought from PC Renewed. An ex-corporate laptop, in A1 condition, is every bit as good as a new one, and considerably better value for money!It comes with a digital license and a clean-loaded OS (with a local Admin user account), so it works straight out of the box. The packaging is excellent, thus ensuring a safe delivery.I'd highly recommend this company.

Purchased 2 (well priced) laptops from these guys, they came promptly and were well packaged. They were in proper Grade A condition as advertised (unlike some refurbs who stretch the idea of Grade-A to it's limits). One of them wouldn't update and started to blue-screen. Their customer service was simply excellent, they paid for the return of the laptop, and then even though they couldn't diagnose the problem sent me a replacement Laptop that was better then the one I purchased initially. This was all done with good communication and a no- fuss approach. I cannot rate their service highly enough and the replacement laptop is perfect. Thankyou very much for a great experience!

You need to update customers on delays or if you haven't shipped out the order, I have to contact you more than 4 days after paying because I have no updates on delivery or courier details. Remember people need to take time off to be in for deliveries so bare that in mind. The laptop is absolutely perfect, clean, no issues, glitches and even works better than the one I use for work. Definitely will be buying more for my other bits I'm doing. My daughter bought one and she LOVES hers also so quality of items is 10/10, communication is lacking.

Laptop looked like new. I was unbelievably surprised at the quality. They also sent the next model up from what I ordered (may be I should keep quiet about that).Despatch was a little slower than I expected (3 days) but good things come to those who wait.

Always very wary of online IT suppliers.... However messaged them setting out my needs, they came back with their recommendation. Visited them, prebooked appointment, viewed the Laptop and paid a very reasonable price for it, and took it away. Got it home set up quickly. Very happy indeed, as I had very specific requirement's that they understood. I am a Mac user and could not use a Mac for a very specific purpose. Thank you PC Renewed. Five stars.

The best custom service. Joey was there to answer any questions I had prior to buying. He gave honest advice. Never trying to upsell me things I wouldn't have benefitted from. Laptop was in great condition, replaced a faulty charger the very next day. I will be recommending to everyone I know
