Is pcnation.com Legit?

Made a purchase on their site. Get a voicemail the next day that I need to contact them back or they will cancel my order. Called them back and they stated I needed to wire them the money for the order or they will cancel the order. Told them I’m not wiring them the money it’s already pending on my credit card. They cancelled my order.

Quick service, the right product at a discounted price, I'm a happy buyer.

I'm not rating the laptop I got from them. It was hot garbage. What blew my mind was that when I called their customer service, I only had to press a single button to speak to a real live human who was able to understand my situation and process a refund for me in minutes. Holy cow I don't remember the last time I actually had customer service over the phone that felt like actual customer service. Will shop there again.

My Toshiba Notebook started making increasingly ominous noises 4 days before an important business trip. I found a good deal for a 17” Acer Notebook w/Intel Core i3 processor, 8gb DDR4 sdram , 1 tb HDD, w/Windows 10 for $566.00 (including Ewaste fee and tax) at PCNation. I added 2-business day FedEx shipping for a grand total of $604.00. Lidia Cortez of PCNation called me about an issue and we had good communication thereafter. I received a FedEx tracking number and the Acer Notebook arrived in two days. Everything was in order and I had a day to configure the Notebook. I prefer buying electronics in person. However, PCNation made the entire transaction very smooth. I would definitely buy from this online vendor again.

I have regularly ordered items saved as favorites. Saves a bunch of time and takes any stress / worry out of placing the order.Shipping is fast and the order is correct.Plus my sales rep reached out to see if he could be helpful in any other areas.

Excellent customer service. Ordered printer and site said free shipping but when checking out shipping fees were added. After a phone call, customer service straightened everything out. Very happy. Would order from them again.

I received a telephone call from a young man (in Chicago) clarifying if I was aware that the toner cartridges (that come with machine) are not "full" cartridges. He thinking that I had many people printing to the machine. After I explained our printing "load", he understood that I understood why he had called and that I was aware that I would need to be order cartridges soon. He was correct in that most people don't realize the toner cartridges are sample cartridges and not as full as the replacements would be. Thanks for checking, shows good customer service intentions by the company.

Shipping is very fast of PCNation. I Ordered Lenovo Laptop on this virtual Store. I got this laptop in a very reasonable price with a fast shipping service. When I purchased a laptop I was confused that, whether this laptop will running okay or not. But within months after using this machine I am satisfied now because the laptop is running very well without any problem.

I found a great product on PC Nation's website, however I was fooled by the pictures posted. I was looking for a specific backpack which was depicted in the item listing online but I failed to look farther down in the fine print to see that it was a different model than the one that was pictured. The title of the listing was too vague to include the specific model as well so I thought I was getting the one I originally sought out for. The price was great though so all said and done the purchase was worth it. I would just say that PC Nation should do a better job of accurately describing and providing correct product pictures for their item listings.

Our new high speed scanner was received right away (2-3 days max from order) with no issues whatsoever. We have always had success with this vendor over the years.

One package did not arrive until two days after order. I paid for next day shipping. My boss however made me go pick up the cable at the FedEx office because it arrived 1 day late and the plant was closed that day. Not sure why two little cables were in separate shipments. Other that that the cables work fine and all else on this transaction was excellent.

The company was reliable because they sent the package by the due dates. They emailed me before sending the first package which was courteous but some may consider it inconvenient. I say overall reliability is most important criteria for business so I gave 5 stars

Selection, pricing and shipping were as promised. Fine follow up and communication throughout delivery.Sadly, the unit would not power up, and so I'm getting a replacement directly from the manufacturer, but this was NOT the fault of PC Nation.

First order went ok. They had to call and verify me - that was done quickly and the associate was very nice. Items said they were in stock and I chose expedited shipping. That's where things seemed to get shaky. I had to inquire as to where my order was - never got an actual reply, but finally got tracking # a week later (ordered 1/9, tracking e-mail 1/17, items arrived 1/18). So got the items, but communication could have been much better and 5 business days to ship seems excessive for in stock items.

I was happy with the delivery time and the ease of the website. My one gripe is that after I placed the order, I was called to confirm payment and the Customer Representative lied to me about requiring a 2nd phone call to further confirm the payment. I dislike being lied to.

If you enjoy LIP SERVICE, do not need your order for a month, once received not correct and returns are on you this is the folks to order from.. Still dealing with their vendor Ingram and Manufacture Blackbox to get this handled. First and foremost was told they stock the product we ordered, come to find out this transaction went through 3 companies / points of failure and we are still feeling the pain. Incompetence at its worst award goes to________________.

Never received tracking number three weeks after purchase. Contacted the company everyday (some days more than one call was made) for over a week with no resolution. Was told numerous times they would call me back. No one EVER called me. People I spoke to said they were having issues with communications with the distribution center. Not sure how a company can have problems with the same order and communications with another department for three weeks. I will never do business with them again

Excellent ordering experience. Customer service (Arnie) response time was quick and from very knowledgable people. Prices are comparable to other sellers (I bought a gaming Monitor) but PCNation's inventory is better specially on new arrivals. I would recommend PCNation to everybody ... DB

Go on to purchase the POS Printer from Star Micronics. It was the SM-S230i Model, which explicitly list under the features of the purchase page that it has a Magnetic Stripe Reader included. I received it and it does not, so I get in touch with customer service and they tell me I ordered the wrong model. Ummm, no, you listed the wrong model and falsely advertised the features. The low Trust Pilot scores seem to be pretty consistent.
