Purchased Windows 10 & Office to upgrade from Windows 7. I needed help with both installations and received immediate answer at their help line and friendly assistance that got the issues resolved first time. Very satisfied with this company…they are the real deal !!

Not only great prices, but extremely fast and thorough help after the purchase.When I had trouble with my software license number, and since the price seemed too good to be true, I emailed support and literally asked if I had been scammed. I should've known I hadn't. Within a half hour they did all the registration for me and all I had to do was start the program. A+++++!

Had to chat with your help desk to find out I would have to got to call Microsoft to activate the software. Took quite a long time to get the software activated. First time I've ever had to do this when I have a key.

My problems were several and it seemed everytime I was given a solution, some other problem would pop up. But Customer Support was fantastic! I wish I knew who it was who helped me because I'd love for that person to get kudos!

They are Amazing! I got a Windows Activation Key for my personally built computer, and I was struggling get windows to activate. Not only did they tell me step by step how to do it, but when I was struggling and unable to activate it on my own, they helped me by activating it themselves. They sent me the confirmation key and all I had to do was enter it in, and everything was golden. Thank you so much!

Being old and not understanding how fast things change doesn’t help working with only using texting messages back and forth.In my haste I put a bad review out giving this company one star. I guess my problem was a new way of installing windows I haven’t done before. Years behind the power curve. This company was on the spot getting back with me communicating my next step in updating my windows software. My problem was me! Not them. SorryEverything is working like they said. Maybe just a little consideration to explain on a personal note and not just throwing the information out dry and thinking that we meaning me understands what’s going on. 4 stars for that reason. Again mostly my fault. Thanks for getting back to me so quick!!

Unfortunately, I have to give a poor review. I downloaded and installed the Win 10 OS just fine. However, upon applying the product key, I an error message appeared stating it was already being used on another machine.

I was having issues getting the download and then getting the product key to work the online chat was amazing....they were so helpful and got me through it all successfully!

They helped me with installing windows 10 on my computer all kinda of issues with my PC but Angel stuck with me. She was very skilled and made it happen.

I purchase a license for Windows 10 pro, i too was emailed a license that i could not activate it says this license has been used before. They refused to answer my email , at the end we contacted Microsoft and they as a courtesy they activated it. We use this on our laptops for our Security patrol cars. I also contacted my bank because we used a business debit card and file a fraud claim to get our money back. buy at your own risk

i used to do my own computer tweaking, but had a bad headache spell that disabled me and its hard to think at times. the guys at PC Masters walked me through all my many issues, and got me up and running. my laptop was so outdated, slow and almost, can compare to, a bad headache day, but staff and support was patient and knowledgeable. i'm so happy to have my old laptop acting normal again.

I thought I could just enter the key but instead I needed to call a number and then have them text me a 6x8 digit code that I had to enter manually. This should be explained on the site. What happens when I need to re-install and the process has expired or the company no longer exists? If I would have known this was the method to activate the software I would have gone somewhere else.

Purchased Office 2021 Professional Plus. During the activation process the Office install wizard said it had been activated the maximum # of times already so I called Pcmasters support line. Dan was super nice and had me on hold while he called Microsoft, had me up and running in 10 minutes! Thanks Dan!

Great experience with PC Masters. I worked with them through both email and chat. Phone is an option too. I didn't try it but I'm guessing that would be a great experience as well. Email support got back to me quickly with the info I requested. And then Alexander when online chatting went above and beyond to get us back up and running. I don't leave reviews often but had to this time.

You left out "destructive", didn't you???Start to "really "listen" to what we say and follow up!Being pompous only confirms the true you!When your agenda is left to geeks and nerds, customers are subjected to abstract, conflicting, confusing and infuriating situations!LOSE the DOWNLOADING " B U T T O N " !!!!!!!

The price and process are gest. I just wish the download completion notice was more obvious...
