Is pcgarage.ro Legit?

Its a perfect company. Recieved a cpu that was DOA. Contacted them, they told me to send it back. Not a day passed they told me it was damaged and replaced it with a new one. 10/10 customer service

Bought a set of keyboard + mouse and arrived with the mouse been broken and I ask to return it, this is the first time I was asked to call a courier and pay for the transport. (Ben "huh" meme)I mean why are those people even hired for? if they are so lazy to give a call and take responsibility to pay for their mistakes. (Humans makes mistakes right but at least take reasonability maybe?)So, disgusting to have human interaction with those kinds of people, might be better to have AI and just lay off the lazy people.Me personally I would avoid them and buy from another store in the future.

When you pay 2k euros for a product, you expect to get decent customer service. Not with this company! I should've done my due diligence and check the reviews online. Do not trust them, do not trust their policies, do not trust anything they say. You're better off somewhere else.

To everybody out there, I would wholeheartedly recommend all of you to stay away from PC Garage and their website (pcgarage.ro). People there are totally unreliable and most of their products have misleading or wrong descriptions. On top of that, it's extremely difficult to nearly impossible to return an asset if you are not happy with it. Personally I would always recommend emag.ro instead of PC Garage.

So on September 1st I received my first VR headset, an Oculus Rift S. 4 months later, it decides to break and say "USB Connection Not Working" despite me not doing anything to it. I sent my Rift S to warranty, got it back and it still had the same problem.'Don't order from here, 700$ down the drain because the warranty teams IQ is the temperature of Greenland.

Never in your life do not buy anything from PC Garage. I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews here but their customer support is zero. I recently bought PC parts and asked them to assemble it for me, a 199 lei service, and it turned out horrible. Also I asked for a BIOS motherboard update (69 lei) witch they did not do at all and LIED to me about doing it. When I confronted them, instead of admitting their scammy ways, the tried to excuse themselves. I asked for my money back for these services and they only agreed to reimburse me for the BIOS upgrade. Absolute scam of a store, you'll be much better in the long run paying higher prices anywhere else.

Customer Service is really really bad. I just spoke with a rep(Geo.. or something like that), they are called "Computer Specialists", I asked him what video card he recommends based on the motherboard and processor i was getting - he is such a specialist that he ended the conversation. Apparently, he can't even search on google.

The only thing that is ok about them is the price(sometimes!).Warranty is a lie. I have an Xbox One Elite controller(a rather pricey item) and one of the bumpers broke 3 months in(this is a known problem with this product).They refused warranty saying I wasn't using it "properly". I got mine replaced by Microsoft official.I got a series of boilerplate answers from them when I tried contacting them.Filed a complaint with ANPC which doesn't really mean anything in Romania.

I recently bought PC parts ($500 value), and one part ($50, the computer case), was received damaged. I've been refused the refund/exchange based on their lack of accountability (they parked the ball in the courier's court). The package was sent out without insurance, so i found myself in a position where i can't get my money back or use the part. I strongly don't recommend this seller, the customer service is lacking.

DO NOT buy from PC GARAGE (Bucharest, Logofat Tautu) they insert fake serial numbers in the system and when you try to return the product for warranty check they tell you that the product has not been bought from their store. Incredible level of scam!

Saying I was treated with the utmost lack of respect is an understatement. This is the first time in my life that I was ridiculed by employees of a store. I can also confirm the warranty issues. I had a really hard time filling a warranty for an 18$ product. I can imagine having a lot less luck if it was more expensive. PC Garage was a trustworthy supplier before 2016, but that is definitely no longer the case. Save yourself the grief and pick any other store in Bucharest, it's unlikely to be worse than PC Garage.

I was referred to Taz at PC Garage by a friend. Since then, I have had fantastic service. Taz has always been extremely helpful. He has managed to solve all my IPhone or Apple laptop issues with ease and remarkable efficiently. I highly recommend his services and I have also told many friends about the services PC Garage offer.

Bough a motherboard, ram, and an AMD CPU.The CPU came to me with the warranty seal already cut, it had bent pins and was practically unusable.When I reached out to them they told me that is not possible and other excuses and that I shouldn't even think about a refund. Sent them the CPU back, said they can't do anything and it is all my fault, sent it back to me and it came back with some spins now TOTALY BROKEN.If it was repairable at some point then they ruined it completely.Lost 1300 lei just like that, I'll never recommend them to anyone, just stay away from them.

i also ordered an expensive keyboard that came slightly bended via the transportation option (courier) and they said they can't fix it because it's my fault LOL! now my keyboard is stuck in their warranty dep. and i can't get in possession of it....NICE HUH?

Worst services out there atm. They returned my laptop still broken after I asked them to repair it based on warranty. You can't even call them. They force you to talk via messages with "Andrei" who responds in a bot like manner. Horrible services overall. Mai pe romaneste este o bataie de joc, nu mai cumpar de la voi niciodata.

So far have not encountered any issues. Fast deliveries.There were a few cases where the response from the agents was a bit off, concerning a discrepancy between what the website said and what the actual warranty is. That being said, I have to disclaim that I have never had to resort to their warranty service yet, which, according to reviews is where the problems begin.

First I was sent an extra SSD, that I did not order, together with the charger I did order. Ofc I was contacted about it, and being the good citizen I am, I returned it. Just so later I could find out that the charger itself is not working. Tried contacting them, no answer.

I bought computer parts and realized that I ordered too big cases. As I wanted to change them (it was even in 48 hours) they didnt accept to change them. Instead of it they were just giving unseriously answers. That cannot be a serious business.

These lowlifes are under the impression they can skirt legal consequences for selling resealed products as new, just because they added an illegal disclaimer that states (paraphrasing) you either figure it out at delivery time they are trying to scam you or it is what it is. They hire ex cons, I can only assume, ppl that are willing to spend time trying to falsify the original seal of a product to trick you into paying full price for a garbage reseal they either put their grubby hands on to begin with or were returned by other customers.Two calls with a lawyer later it turns out they're full of sh!t. It's true, you need a lawyer and a bit of smarts... if you can't afford a lawyer scout the internet for other ppl screwed by these losers, you can form a civil suit and get them to pay through the nose.Similar illegal practices are employed by other online shops in RO, unfortunately the situation won't change until ppl understand we need to take action. Hit them where it hurts - brand and money - and maybe there will be a change
