Is paylatertravel.com.au Legit?

I have booked with Paylater over 4 times now and have a trip booked for June next year also. I love the convenience of paying fortnightly and the length of time to pay. Sometimes prices can be slightly higher than booking with the airline directly however the convenience of paying the trip off outweighs this in my opinion

It was quick and easy booking so I thought it was going to be a great way to book but not long after booking I got told there was a mix up with the availability and they wanted an extra $150 to book the same flight and seats or cancel so I had to cancel. I then went onto the airlines page directly and the same flight, same seats were available for the same first low price that I booked. They tried to get an extra $150 out of me when it was not needed and then tried to tell me it always happens when booking a flight with Jetstar so maybe I should try booking with another company through them.. all of which were over $200 dearer. The refund was quick and easy also though which was great but overall a big let down and almost had me paying $150 more for absolutely no reason at all.
