Indestructible dog toy - baloney!!! I ordered 2 bears and my small Peekapoo had the stuffing out in10 minutes! False advertising. This company should be blocked on the internet... Reporting to the Better Business Bureau......

Useless object. Loud unpleasant "chirp"My cat was terrified . Turned it off . Later on, it spontaneously started again without any interference . Did this repeatedly till it ran out of power . Absolutely useless .

I ordered two "indestructible" toys for an aggressive chewer because that's how they advertised their toys. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. They didn't last even one minute! To add insult to my already smouldering ego, they offered a 15% refund for a $20 toy that was already 30% smaller than it appear on their website. Shady company. AVOID.

Do not waste your money, ordered a flapping bird toy for my cat, took 3 weeks to arrive from CHINA, half the size as advertised, wings do not flap, how I wish I had read the reviews first, then I could have saved £25 very inferior products

Bought a dura bear for my rescue he had it for a half hour. Contacted the company. At first real nice oh we will send you another. Oh wait I have to pay shipping. After asking about the free shipping they said.it was free. Then why am I paying $9.90. Bad product. Bad customer service. Do not buy repeat DO NOT BUY

I would have given 0 if it had been an option. I purchased a dog dental toy that they advertised as indestructable. After my toy breed Shihpoo chewing the toy for 10 minutes pieces of plastic were breaking away. Even though I forwarded photographs of this they offered me a 15% refund and said I could keep the toy or give it to a friend…what !I have had to fight to get a 50% refund from these people and I have now lost out. DO NOT buy from this cheating company.

Total scam F rating with the Better Business Bureau! Toy arrived my Lab destroyed it in 5 minutes. Pulled the arm off in 1 minute. No refund offer to send a new one but I had to pay shipping! Not a safe toy regardless and certainly not as advertised. AVOID!

I got sucked in by buying a bird toy for my cat. The toy was shown flapping its wings and chirping costing me v $50. I could have bought the same non flapping non chirping bird for about $2. A complete rip off. Web site on goggle pop up looks genuine but don't be fooled like I was.

Rating one star is one too many. Calming duck received is made of completely different material and squeaker doesn't even work. Paid $64.99, on sale from $124.99 ha ha!! and it would be worth less than $10 in a pet store.Found the duck sent to me on TEMU for $4.99.Learnt a valuable lesson. Written to Emi and Kent but reading through reviews I do not expect a refund. Parcel came from PO Box 5018 Chullora NSW 2190.

PAWFECTWAY . Definite scam. DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY . They say they are selling dog toys that they can play with and not destroy. The one I bought and they delivered lasted for exactly 13 minutes before my SMALL dog ripped a leg off and pulled stuffing out. Today I have been ripped off too. They need closing down .

I bought the set of three supposedly 'indestructible' dog toys! Our cavapoo had chewed the ear of within 10/15 minutes!! It is unsafe to give these toys to either our cavapoo or our 9 month old puppy. I emailed the company, they replied in a timely manner offering a replacement. I refused the replacement and requested a full refund. I have, to date,not received a reply! I will email the company again stating my intention to contact trading standards because the description they give of the product is false.

I purchased a DuraBear for AUD$39.99. What an idiot. I wish I had checked reviews on the company prior. My bad. Meant to be indestructible, was destroyed by my 10 yr old dog within minutes. Even the manufacturing tag says it's made in China. The website says its situated in the USA, but is not, as any communication I had with them was not in the USA time. The reviews on their website make the toy look fantastic, but these are obviously fake reviews. Website looks so professional though. I sent photos & asked for a refund. Their response was they would send me another toy to replace it, but I would have to pay for postage!! Meanwhile the delivery company (Yuntu) started sending me scam emails asking me to click on attachments etc. I received 19 of these in 24 hours. Dug my heels in and the end result was a 40% refund ($16.00), so they still made a huge profit from my ignorance....By the way, you can buy the exact same toy for under $10 on Amazon. But even $10 is pretty expensive for such a low quality toy. I always warn my elderly mum to be aware of fake websites, but I fell for one!

Deliver was great. I bought the set of 3. Came with a dog. Not sure what the other 2 are. Suppose to be for aggressive chewers. Within 20 minutes my pit/lab. Had them destroyed.

I purchased 3 Bite-Buddies, toys advertised as “indestructible” even for “the most aggressive chewers.” They were destroyed within 1 hour by my 30lb mini Australian Shepherd. I reported this to Pawfectway and requested a refund. I have spent the last month jumping thru hoops, responding to questions, trying to call and being stalled. Today, I received an offer for a 30% refund and I could “keep the product,” which is totally destroyed! I asked them to do the right thing and refund my total purchase. We’ll see. I will let you know.
