Is paulaschoice.com Legit?

Been about a week since I ordered, they didn’t confirm my order or send any info but charged my card. Tried contacting customer service and took like 30 minutes to reach a person as their chat bot doesn’t work. Said they’d send me info for shipping and that it should be shipping soon, they can’t cancel my order. I’m going to just reverse the charge with my bank, I’m not waiting a full 7 days to have an item confirmed.

They have amazing products no matter what your skin type. Their customer service is always outstanding.

I tried returning stuff but I have to pay shipping and handling that's ridiculous it costs more 14.50 to ship and the product was 19$ come on you guys need to do better temu doesn't charge lady time I order from you guys

The company's help support staff Hannah is quick to respond with detailed and easy to understand intructions. She also did not ignore that there are other products (not Paula's Choice) that I want to include in my routine.

Paula's choice has agents who will set you up with a personalized skin care regimen. Many skin care companies do not offer that service. I don't understand why; they offer so many great-sounding products, and even tho they often have basic kits, sometimes there may be additional products that suit your needs. This is what Paula's choice did for me. Also I needed to reorder some products and had a question. I chatted with an agent; she both understood and answered my question promptly. The info she gave enabled me to take advantage of major discounts. And last but certainly not least, the products are cruelty-free and make my skin look and feel great!

The products work very well, now our whole family uses them. When I had an issue it was resolved promptly and efficiently.

I've been purchasing from Paula's Choice for more than 20 years. At age 71, I still get lots of compliments on my skin, thanks to Paula's terrific product line. Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. Although prices are fair, Paula's can appear a bit expensive for first-time customers. Taking advantage of their frequent sales and discounts makes their products very affordable and a real bargain in light of their effectiveness.

I swear that I owe my beautiful skin to Paula's Choice and their products! Quality ingredients, non-scented, clear ingredient lists and instructions. And if a product doesn't work for you, they let you return or exchange it within 30 days. It's a relief to find products that work well and don't cost a small fortune. I no longer look at cosmetic ads and wonder whether I'm missing some great secret formula, or the "latest thing" that they're hyping. No more wasted money on expensive crap!!! I get compliments on my skin all the time!

I have been using Paula's Choice for around 8-9 years now and recommending to all my friends for almost as long too. My skin feels and looks amazing, which is probably the best testament to their products. Even my husband is a convert and uses PC routine twice a day. I order/replenish products every few months. Shipping is often free (over a certain amount), prices are great and customer service even better.

Service is professional, friendly & very helpful. Paulas Choice is one of a very select few brands I can use with my sensitive, rosacea, reactive skin.They have a fantastic returns policy too.Keep up the GREAT work!

Paula's Choice reps are knowledgeable, clear, and quick to respond. The products themselves are noticeably effective, and while I might miss the pretty fragrances of other brands, this is a tiny trade-off for for reasonably priced skincare that is just awesome to use.

I think all of us (the Paula’s Choice fans) love the same qualities. Paula’s Choice products are well made, thoroughly researched, well thought out, responsibly packaged and manufactured. They back up all their products with great customer support and they are more than happy to answer all your questions. Finally, they deliver all of this at a very very reasonable price point. I am a loyal PC client for life!

Paula's Choice has high-quality products that are reasonably priced. Bought them from Sephora in the past, but decided to use their own website this time because some of the products I wanted weren't available in Sephora. Was not disappointed. The order arrived at my door in 2 days and I got updated on every stage of the shipment. All products arrived intact and ready to use. Definitely going to keep purchasing.

The products I have sampled such as the peptide booster, 2% bha, and mandelic acid exfoliants have been well tolerated by me and sit well with my serums and moisturizers from other brands. Kim in customer service helped me with an ordering issue and went above and beyond what I would have expected from any other company. Will definitely remain a loyal customer.

Ever since finding Paula’s choice products I’ve never looked back. My mom constantly asks me to repurchase for her. I love that their products work well for all skin types. Customer service is on point! Shout out to Briana for coming through for me when I had delivery issues! My face has been acne free, and extremely smooth from using that BHA, holy grail I tell you! Thank you for making such excellent products. I’ve upgraded in life, I’m a physician now and can start splurging on some of those serums I’ve been eyeing since like 7 years ago. lol.

They're really hit and miss. They have some great skincare items (although it seems like the best ones get formula changes or discontinued?). They also change product packaging a lot which is annoying when you're trying to reorder. Their subscription plan is good and you get about $4 off on each item, so that's a plus if you have an item you always use. My big issue with them is they have a "money back guarantee" but they make you pay for shipping to return, so not really a money back guarantee. I will continue to use them but I never try anything out that's expensive if it doesn't have a trial size or sample to test first.
