Scam avoid. Poor quality only looks pretty in the picture only.Awful customer service when I ask for refund. Many items I bought from US but this is the worst.

Delighted with product which is a gift for relative. However had issues with delivery company UPS. Who could not locate my address. Had to re-order and collect from their local collection point.

First watch arrived damaged so was sent out a replacement which arrived within days beautiful looking watch love the face size customer service was really good as well

Beautiful time piece looks good on the wrist and I get a lot of compliments on the watch.

Bought a watch for my husband for our first anniversary in October.The quality is horrible its already fading not even a year later and hes only worn it a handful of times. If you want something that will last definitely don’t purchase . The quality has possible decreased, he has one in another colour he bought the year before and that one seems to be fine .Customer service was also unhelpful , they suggested we take the watch to get cleaned, its not dirty just CRAP.

I usually wear an expensive watch and I loved the look of my Star dust Gold dial.But its really bad craftmanship, the watch falls apart after 3 and a half year and its not airtight. My watch is suffering now bc of this, and the Crown has fallen off.I have used the watch roughly 10-15 times(usually wear a Rolex).If your looking for a watch i cant recommend this one as its not a good made watch at all. I have watches thats half the price that has double the lifetime. Also with only 2 years warranty it screams dont buy.(watches should hold longer)Update:After Paul Rich Flagged my review as Defamation content. it has been deemed not defamation. because its a real experience i have. It just shows that Paul Rich as a company is not to be trusted as their try to get my review removed. I even have an email where they state i got a "faulty" watch. But no try to help the customer with compensation or a new watch. So instead i share my experience with them.

Customer service sometimes took a lil while to respond get a hold of but when you get them there’s nothing to be dissatisfied about. Got my watch in a timely manner was a lil scratch/defect on the dial to set it but that’s a minor thing nobody is gonna see

My very first impression within this company of buying frosted star dust watch and having it in my home, is really good! Very nicely packed watch came to Lithuania only within 1.5 week, extremely fast, and a watch itself is not only looking pretty well designed and quality made with shining gold color, but also a movement makes an impression too, with everything made very precisely and for long-lasting.So definately I can say I am very satisfied!

Very mediocre quality watch...Do not wear into any depth water, rated 5 or 10 ATM (I don't remember) but it doesn't keep water out of case at any depth. Not really happy with my purchase. Looks ok but 0 functionality.

Ordered in December… 1. Did NOT get in time for Christmas!! 2. The phone number listed for this company is NOT a working number. 3. You CANNOT speak to a human for any questions, complaints or concerns. 4. Pins fell out of the wrist band. I had to EMAIL this company on 3/18/24 to inquire about repairs. Received an email back on 3/19/24 requesting pictures, sent them immediately and now it has been 4 days of NO RESPONSE to my follow up emails. I will say, the COSMIC SILVER watch is beautiful… although is in a box… broken.

DO NOT ORDER, save your money! Ordered a watch for a birthday gift, package was always due to arrive 28th August, checked delivery status update every single day. All of a sudden it randomly show as delivered on 23rd August. The package? Nowhere to be found. It was never received! Contacted them to follow up and got no help whatsoever, they basically just say 'not my problem'. A total scam.

Paul Rich is Such a great company, I have received my watch which later on I had problems with and they Have been so great and helpful exchanging the watch. The best and fastest customer service ever, They won my Heart by their Kindness, And the watches are unique with a great design, I will definitely be buying from them more often 🫱🏿‍🫲🏾

I got a wristwatch gift for Christmas. Never wore it till sometime in March and the second hand fell off. I contacted Paul Rich in April thru email and a customer service rep replied me that same day in less than 30mins. That was very impressive I must say. Kelvin worked me through the process and I got another replacement in less than 5day. I was very impressed with the smooth process and hope the new watch last me longer.
