My enquiry was replied to promptly, I was sent an email asking me when was the best time to take a call from Patient Claim Line.I was called by someone who then helped me to go through all of the paperwork and everything was explained to me as I signed each page that needed my signature.I feel confident and glad I chose Patient Claim Line to help me with my case.

They took their time to really understand my issue and my worries about dealing with other teams that would be necessary in getting my claim sortedI was under no pressure to answer any difficult questions They really looked after me
