We ordered online on the 13.12.2024 and I have to praise the packaging ~ I felt that I was as important as a patron in the restaurant. I have never seen such care put into a takeaway. And to top it all off the food was fantastic. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Great night in with the girls fabulous pasta very little time cooking and lots of time enjoying ourselves. The meal finished with heavenly Profiteroles

The pasta from evangelists is consistently good. My partner and I always normally opt for a carbonara but decided to mix it up and try something new. The lobster, crab and prawn ravioli paired with the tomato vodka sauce was a standout dish

Massively disappointing service. Have used before and had great recipe kits delivered. This time unable to change recipes to what I wanted due to a glitch in the system and poor customer service, then the order dumped on the doorstep in a storm so wet through. Doorbell not rung - two people in the house when it arrived. Will not be using again. Waste of money and now have to source a replacement meal for a special occasion. Stressful from start to finish and didn’t get what was wanted/needed and received in a poor condition.

As per usual, when there was an Issue, Customer Services sorted it out, quickly and without Fuss 10/10

Food is good but the delivery service is terrible. You’re lucky to actually receive what you order. You keep waiting long past the estimated delivery time but nothing happens and no one will give you an update or let you know what is going on. Very stressful experience and not worth the hassle.

Tried for the first time today ordered on their website for cooked delivery. The food was quick and delivered in nice packaging. The carbonara I had tasted great and was a generous portion. The profiteroles were awesome.

Just ordered - awful - cold, way too expensive for what was being delivered

I order the recipe kits about once a month and they're always fabulous. The pasta, sides and desserts are delicious and super quick to cook, so great for a midweek dinner. Customer service have also been really helpful and responsive when I've needed to speak to them, most recently I was credited the value of an entire order after it was delivered a day late and therefore unsafe to eat. This was actioned really quickly 😊

Not sure I'll get a reply to this but my pasta, ordered via Just East this afternoon, was shocking. Uncooked, not mixed together and not the larger size I'd paid for. I had previously positive experiences but won't be returning now.

If you haven’t tried Pasta Evangelists yet, have a look at their website. A little expensive if you are a good cook yourself, but delicious and fresh pasta and extras. Our most recent experience needed an exchange (short) with customer service who are always helpful. No problem to solve any issues.

I ordered mac and cheese and chocolate gelato and I was so mesmerised with the flavour of the pasta it was so creamy and cheesy and was completely worth the price and even the gelato amazing just melted and made me drool over. Worth it and it is a must try and also cute and lovely packing.

Having recently enjoyed our visit to the Richmond branch, we couldn't pass up the opportunity to try the new one in Chiswick and it felt just as welcoming. I had the focaccia with garlic and a burrata to start which was creamy. My wife had the Angry Vodka, which packed a kick and I went for the Carbonara - a hearty and tasty choice! The complimentary glass of wine went down a treat too. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Truly dreadful. I ordered venison cannelloni. Instead of thin cannelloni pasta around a rich meat sauce, I received thick overcooked pasta around a thin sliver of meat sauce. The meat sauce was so thin, it was tasteless. This is a cynical exercise in pretending to care about pasta.

I was gited a free box through Huggg.me from work for picking up shifts. And wow, one of the best lasagne's I have ever had, I didnt have much expectations as I have never heard of them so I was blown away. I am really excited to try the ragu tomorrow and will definately concider ordering a box for myself one day. And the box arrived fully intact and chilled, with sustainable packaging including the ice packs, I am thoroughly impressed!!
