Is partsforwatch.com Legit?

I should have listened to the commentsI have just received the watch strap I ordered and it is rubbish. It is not the one in the picture that I ordered, but an inferior cheap Chinese junk strap I could have bought from Aliexpress for a fraction of the cost, they are con merchants

There is no shipment whitin 2-3 week in Europe.After 1 month "Your order is waiting to be processed" .Thanks to this review and an email, there seems to be progress.

Purchased a strap for Porsche P6612 didn't fit at all poor quality lugs missing tried contacting no response surprise surprise. Wasn't cheap either 39 euro don't be fooled by glossy website far better buys out thereUpdate: they have since contacted me and apologised and gave me a full refund within 2 days

I should’ve listened to the multitude of reviews speaking on the issues with this “company”. I was desperate to find a strap to fit my unique situation, and this was one of the few places to seem to have an option. Unlike others I at least received my package, but it is not the item I ordered. I ordered a 21mm “calf leather” band, it says 21mm on the band itself, but after installing both sides immediately fell off my watch. This was odd so I measured the band, and got 20mm for one side and 19mm for the other. On top of that the “calf leather” feels extremely low quality, and looks terrible as well. Finally, the company site is mainly in Euros, lists a UK address, but the order ships from China.An extraordinarily shady “company” at best, and a complete scam at worst. Now I’m out nearly $100, can’t get a hold of anyone in “customer service” because their online submission form doesn’t work, they don’t reply to emails or Facebook messages to their business page, and the link to their social media page either doesn’t exist (IG) or goes to an account with 16 followers (FB). Stay far FAR away from this one.

No credit refund policy rules on website when asking for cancellation - having problems to log in at the website and getting your email is not recognized message - ordered a wrong strap and want to cancel - no response to my email!12.2.24: I have been contacted by Parts for watch after they have read this review. They promised me to activate refund and today I have received back my payment. They will add the cancel order policy at their website. I am increasing the number of stars to three!

Paid for an express delivery Saturday January 27 for a wristband but didn’t hear from them until I reached out to have a status on my order Tuesday where they promised to get back with a tracking number the following day… of course nothing happened.I reached out again today, this time with a request for a refund then finally I got a tracking. I paid additional for an express delivery but didn’t get any express… also the package is coming directly from China.

I purchased a "Black Leather Strap Crocodile/Alligator Grain For Patek Philippe Nautilus 25mm".Arrived very different from the one in the photo: very shiny leather (rather than matte) and of poor quality, similar to plastic.The strap does not fit the watch well.I tried to contact them several times via the form on the site but they never responded.On the website it says "Parts for Watch 71-75 Shelton St, London, England", but the shipment comes from Hong Kong.Very bad experience.

I am a first-time customer, and the two Watch bands I ordered are GREAT, especially for the price! But one of them wasn’t compatible with my watch, unfortunately. However, when I contacted Christine about a possible exchange for something else, she simply sent me what I wanted after I’d sent her photos of my lug measurements. No hassle, totally treated me with trust and sent my replacement after only some brief correspondence. I will definitely buy from them again! 5 stars from me.

I have bought different straps and clasps for my IWC, Audemars, Hublot and Cartier watches. They have always sent me good quality straps and as advertised.In my last order I requested 2 straps for my IWCs and only 1 arrived. Christine managed the shipment of the missing one very quickly.Highly recommended, good quality, wide variety of product and optional. This is an honest company you can trust. My Omega Constellation needed service and cleaning and they did an excellent job. Responsible for the scrapping of my bracelets and the cleaning of my watches. They have great shipping options and when I got the watch back it looked like new! I will be their customer for life from now on!

My wife is very pleased with the refurbishment of her Rolex Lady Datejust. This watch looks great. She also added an extra link to make the watch more comfortable to wear. I will definitely use Partsforwatch.com service in the future

I’ve been asked to leave an honest review by the team, and I was surprised to noticed this company have such a low score I know the slanders travels 10x faster but still! I personally was delighted by the experience I had with them, I contacted the customer service cause my strap was marked delivered by USPS but probably got stolen or something. They took my word for it and shipped me a remplacement. Since my first purchase in 2001, that’s the only company with Amazon who did that.I believe if you’re welling to contact the customer service and wait for an answer they’ll solve any issue.

I tried purchasing a strap and it took over a month to arrive. I don’t need to go into details as I had the same exact experience as everyone else with the bad reviews on this page. If I knew, I would’ve just spent the extra money on a better quality item.
