Is parsecsabers.com Legit?

The product was to the letter. Good stuff. The customer service was a bit slow but they still responded after awhile. They provided me with the wrong tracking number so I couldn't track my items but they did arrive on time.

After my initial order from Parsec Sabers, I received a confirmation but did not hear anything about fulfillment of the order until 3 weeks later (after I emailed customer service). I also had an issue with the screws falling out of the hilt of the Saber Smith lightsaber. When I asked what type of screws they are, customer service said they didn't know but would reach out to the supplier. After a month, I still haven't heard back and am currently trying out different Torx screws in the hopes of locating the right one.

Shipping was fast and it was very easy to actually assemble. The only thing is when it’s on there is a line at the top of the saber from where the reflector is on the inside. Would be great if there was a way to redesign so it wasn’t showing but that’s just me being OCD. Otherwise very great product and worth the money!

Best sabers for the money I’ve seen. Once you pair them with the Xeno app, which is intuitive and easy to use, you have what looks like as many tweaks as a Golden Harvest board but at much less money. Caveat: comparison of functions comes from YouTube video research only; it’s possible there are unseen differences in a GH, Proffie boards are certainly more granular but I don’t want or need that.

a little confusing to put together and control but overall a good product, it came in after a couple weeks and when i gave it to my bf for his birthday he had the biggest smile. a very good product that has withstood lightsaber fights and an amazing gift for those who love starwars or just lightsabers in general

I've bought 2 sabers from Parsec. One xenopixel, one baselit. Both had the same issue. About a month or two after receiving a saber, it just stops working. This can be for a variety of reasons; sometimes the SD card just stops working, the battery stops working, etc. The core of my xenopixel had to be replaced because of this, and the new one broke quickly after I got it. The baselit, one day, just stopped charging. I made sure the SD card was okay, I even replaced the battery, and still nothing. Nothing has happened to the saber for it to be damaged, too. So yes, the sabers are fun until they inevitably stop working.

Saber is great. Shipped under 2 weeks and arrived in good condition. Their customer service never got backed to me about my questions however, nor did they notify me the saber had shipped. That's my only issue. Besides that highly recommend them for the price of their sabers and speed of shipping they offer. :)

Although postage took a long time, light sabers arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The Echo light sabers are fabulous as are the sounds.Unfortunately my son ordered the wrong length blades and they are too long to use the sabers for duelling. Will now cost £28 for postage for the correct size ones.

Great prices. Quick shipping. I think the sabers need shipping boxes though, for extra protection during transport. Just to note, I was skeptical to order from this company at first. However, I ended up purchasing multiple sabers from Parsec. Happy customer.

Jordan from customer support is a godsend. Whenever I had a question or concern, Jordan was there to help me immediately, every time. They even stuck with me through the arduous process of getting the saber delivered, but that was due to the awful customs in Germany, and no fault of Parsec Sabers. The website is easy to use and the process of choosing and buying a saber is transparent and simple.Everything that Parsec had direct control over worked well. The things they didn't have control over, didn't work well.

Honestly I don’t know what to say, the quality is amazing, you will struggle a tiny bit when trying to figure the system out but once you do it’s just great, everything is so smooth and it just screams quality. The only downside I will say is that the battery runs out within about 2 hours, and I think it takes an hour or two to charge, but you still get quite a lot of playtime with it. The thing I noticed straight away is that you get a hilt that is compatible with both Xeonpixels and baselit sabers, so the switch between them would be seamless, this is amazing and I really hope I can order from you guys again! -Bradley

Good customer service, only complaint is that a couple of my hilts have broken fast but they have sent replacement so 👍.

My saber arrived in perfect condition was unsure how it worked at first and thought I had broken it so I asked parsec sabers and they were very helpful and told me how it worked and how to assemble properly. Now my saber works very well Best company ever thanks parsec sabers definitely gonna buy again

Had a few sabers from here and they guys are amazing. helped with choosing the sabers when i was unsure and have been great with answering my questions about the sabers after I received them. Ive got the Red Five (Luke ROTJ), Dark side Revan (The Dark), The Kaytoo (Apprentice saber) and ive just received The Brick (Lego Saber) for my Son this christmas. I ordered a Xenopixel Shadow on May 4th and received it today, on May 25th, just 3 weeks later. Counting the days from receiving the tracking number to receiving the package, it was just a week. The saber was packaged nicely and works just like expected. Also, the customer service was always great, even receiving an answer 00:30-01:00 minutes after contacting them. I was always updated about the status of the package. Fantastic saber, 10/10. Fantastic customer service, 10/10.

Received my order today (May the 4th be with you) and very happy with the quality of the product I ordered the farmboy. Customer service is impeccable I had a few issues such as accidentally forgetting to add a blade plug to my order so they kindly gave me free shipping on the plug! I also made the mistake of not looking which sabers came with hardcases (highly recommend you research this if you also want a hard case as the farm boy does not come with one) and the team helped me purchase a case separately which was great. Thanks a lot parsec wouldn’t order from anywhere else

Great quality - didn't give 5 stars as delivery was an extremely long wait but updates were fairly regular.Ordered on 23rd April and received on 20th May.

My first saber. No regrets. Rock-solid construction. More features than you will ever need. Feels great in the hands. The saber illumination is perfect. More expensive than some others but you get what you pay for.
