Low Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 69.5 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to parkopedia.co.uk's industry. The algorithm detected a slightly lower risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, noted in the Known. Vetted. Low Risk. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying vigilant and using common sense when engaging with this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning parkopedia.co.uk, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between parkopedia.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of parkopedia.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of parkopedia.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. parkopedia.co.uk is likely a safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether parkopedia.co.uk has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether parkopedia.co.uk boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, parkopedia.co.uk.

This group engages in deceptive and grossly abusive Parking compliance efforts. They change their position when Parking disputes occur and charge excessive fees in dispute. They also take your money and then fraudulently claim you didn't pay and demand more money while making legal threats. The initial fee was 500% above daily rate and the false claim of non payment fee increased the fee to over 1200%! This is price gouging and fraud.
Booked a space in London.Could have got half the price if booked direct with ParkBee…live and learn. What Parkopedia didn’t tell me was the code needed to gain access, had to call ParkBee direct.ParkBee didn’t have my reg, but they opened the barrier for me after pleading. Then had to do it again to get car out following day.Parkopedia email simply said press enter to gain access….wrong!
I was charged twice for the same reservation because the ticket system in the lot I used was not functioning correctly. I paid ahead of time and then was charged again when I left the lot. When I tried to press the buttons for assistance, both times I got no help. Then, trying to delete my account there is no option. This is a scam. Don't use Parkopedia.
Parkopedia is a Scam. My parents attempted to pre pay for a parking space and received an error message. They tried multiple times using two different cards. They were telephoned by there bank who stopped the payment and cancelled the card. My parents are 80 years old and wanted the space to attend a Jools Holland concert. There confidence had been knocked and they didn’t attend the concerts so their tickets were wasted
Sent a question to the wrong recipient.Prompt reply which pointed me in the right direction even though it had nothing to do with them. Good consideration.
This is a scam. I “booked” a spot and the instructions said to show the payment to the attendant. THERE WAS NO ATTENDANT! I had to pay to park…in addition to the payment they falsely took. They had no access or right to sell these parking spots. Beware. I’m turning them into the AGs office here.
I prepaid the parking for San Francisco parking garage through this parkopedia. But when I arrived on time for parking, the garage was closed. Tried to call the garage,no one answered the phone. Had to go to another garage to park and paid again. No contact phone number for this parkopedia and didn’t respond my email. Waste money and time.
My experience is frustrating. Tried to book and keep getting different "fail" notices after going through the process. Says to try again. Following that advice, I now have 4 x payment charges on my credit card..... Have sent multiple emails to Parkopedia but currently no luck. I see a reply to anther user that they partner with "JustPark". Tried their site and it's showing the particular car park is "full". What now for a very frustrated customer?? Wish I had checked the reviews first....
I arrived at M&S car park late morning on 26.11.24. I stayed no more than two hours, went to pay at the machine, and was charged £45.OO!! I could not stay any longer in Manchester and decided to sort it out at home. My printed ticket and receipt say that I arrived the day before, the 25.11.24 and left 24 hours later!! None of this is true and I feel I’ve been fraudulently dealt with. Needless to say, I have no opportunity for redress, because Parkopedia are impossible to contact, which I consider to be another part of a deliberate fraud. Perhaps you could advise my next course of action.
I went to book a space for tonight and when I went to pay it said "Something went wrong - try again". I did this and got the exact same message. Then I noticed that Parkopedia had taken two identical payments from my credit card and my account doesn't even show a booking for me - no email confirmation - nothingI notice this happened to someone else, is this a scam!Parkopedia has no Customer Service telephone number and an email address which doesn't respond.I really dont know what to do.
Avoid at all costs if you can! Even if you can’t go park somewhere else!! Please. This company is all about money and robbing us of everything taking innocent people to court! Avoid! Karma is real and will get you horrible scamming *****
Great customer service. I made a reservation, and ended up getting charged twice -- once from the garage and once from Parkopedia. I sent an email to Parkopedia. They responded quickly, and asked for proof of parking (which to me was an understandable request), so I sent a pix of the receipt. I received a credit shortly thereafter. I will use Parkopedia again.
I went to book a space for October 21st and when I went to pay it said "Something went wrong - try again". I did this and got the exact same message. Then I noticed that Parkopedia had taken two identical payments from my credit card and my account doesn't even show a booking for me - no email confirmation - nothing!!Parkopedia has no Customer Service telephone number and an email address which doesn't respond. This is a shocking company, with appalling procedures, which I will never use again.I also fully expect to be refunded for my bookings
I made a reservation for a Taylor Swift concert about 2 weeks in advance and date was wrong. Cancelled wrong date received cancellation confirmation for wrong date. Rebooked for correct date. On morning of concert they CANCELLED my good reservation and THE ONLY WAY TO GET RESERVATION BACK WAS TO REBOOK AT A MUCH HIGHER RATE. I believe this was done purposefully to force booking at higher rate. If I don’t get refund for difference will call BBB and file complaint.
Clicked on link of parkopedia on google maps and got date for parking only to have payment not register and space not reserved with hotel. It then came up on bank statement as just park ltd. Payment was taken 4 times not once. Contacted Just park and they said they were a different company. Something very fishy going on so cancelled all transactions and went direct with Just Park website. Be careful on what you believe you clicking on not always right.
Did not work. No spot was available and the attendant had no record of a reservation. Managed to contact the company and supply the info they wanted, but they are no longer responding. There is no phone number
Terrible company. Paid for 2 parking spots in Manchester last month. We left before our finish time I had booked and today we've both received parking fines from the carpark company. I have receipts and confirmations from Parkopedia so will see what happens but reading about other people's experiences I'm not holding out much hope. Definitely won't be using them again and will be telling people to to either.
The website was misleading. Even though it stated “there will be an extra fee for over sized vehicle… it will be added on to the end of the transition”. That’s fine. But what I didn’t know not every location accepted over sized vehicles. That verbiage was on the first location and I booked it. But it was a different story when we arrived. The person that was supposed to accept our vehicle didn’t even take our vehicle. So I booked another location not too far… maybe ¾ of a mile away. Anyways. The second location accepted our vehicle. And when I went on the website to request a refund; Serghei Munteanu helped me the whole transaction. Thank you, Serghei!!! I haven’t received the funds but Serghei advised me that it would take 2-16 business days to come through. Maybe instruct calling the location on the website to see if they accept over sized vehicles. Or maybe indicate that location don’t accept or don’t have the room for large vehicles.
I booked with Parkopedia at Ibis Luton Airport ( September 2023).All went good, but after one month I received PCN from Parkmaven. To cut the story short,it took Me and Parkopedia months to sort the mater out( January 24).They helped Me in each letter and complain that we done, especially Guy called Stan.Thank You Stan, thanks Parkopedia. Definitely I will book with them again.
Easy to book and the customer care is also absolutely responsive and helpful

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
