Is parkerbrand.co.uk Legit?

Having only used the PCS 6200 chainsaw a handful of times in under two months the unit ran rich and then cut out. Then the recoil broke. They do not engage with customers over the phone as the phone just goes dead after a few minutes of background music. When I raised the issue what started out as a courteous response soon decended into - you must send the unit back to us at your own cost and IF we find a fault we will replace but you should prbably buy a replacement unit. So much for their warrenty. Shocking customer service

Great brand, had few orders now, fantastic quality tools. 10/10 customer service.I experienced a fault with one of my multi-tool accessories whilst on a job. The office closed at 4pm on a Friday, so I sent an email with pictures thinking it be seen on Monday. To my surprise, I received a response within a few minutes with a resolution. New part was ordered under a 24hr service, no questions but an apology for the inconvenience. I recieved the accessory by Tuesday, impressive and respect the business even more now. It's a family run business and thats what makes it all the more customer friendly for me. Thank you ParkerBrand 10⭐

Initially I searched the web to find reviews on what I needed. Ordered a Parker strimmer/brushcutter online at a price quite a lot cheaper than elsewhere. Delivery was scheduled for the following Monday or Tuesday but ended up the Friday before. Brilliant! I was kept informed all the time and cannot fault the delivery in any way. As of yet I haven’t used the machine so only time will tell if it’s OK. Will probably update this review once used.

I ordered the 26cc leaf blower and vacuum, what can I say, great price, super fast delivery, well packaged, excellent instructions, followed the instructions, 2 pulls with choke on, then choke off and fired up first time. Does exactly what you want, excellent product, very pleased.

Very solid build. The box is made of good quality material, and so are all the tools inside. You can easily tell that the tools are made of high-quality material, and the best part is that they are almost half the price of the high-tier brands.

Petrol engine and cutters on the hedge trimmer works exactly as needed, no fuss, no bother, just works as it should. I have had a leaf blower from Parker for some years and its the easiest and most error free petrol product in my stable. Extremely pleased with the reliability.

Bought a backpack brush cutter from Parker brand, after using for 5 minutes the engine came off of the back pack. It was clear that the thread of the bolt holding it has been over tightened in manufacture as it was damaged. Contacted Parker brand technical services by email, they responded quickly and asked for a photo which I sent, then they said they would send a replacement part -not just a new nut, but a whole mounting plate. It arrived next day, is fitted and all good again. Excellent customer support, no hassle, no argument, just helpful and speedy. Good old-fashioned customer service, well done.

Fast service and great price though the blades on the hedge cutters are quite brittle and do loose a tooth or two if not careful

This is a fabulous tool set that comes in a great case on wheels. Lots of tools that all look very well made although I've used any as yet. An excellent price and fast delivery! Definitely recommend!

Good delivery time. A little over the 48 hours shipment time but no big deal. £25 delivery fee was only option though which was expensive

If you asked me last year I would have given 5 out of 5 this year I’m giving 1 out of 5 because 0 isn’t an option. My mower cut out while using it and has not started since. Feeling that it would be under warranty I contacted their service department who I found extremely patronising and unhelpful. In the end I replaced the entire engine with one I had left over from a previous job. I have gone from being extremely happy with my purchase to extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company.

I have brought parkers tools before brush cutter and it was excellent service then and now I brought a lawn mower and again excellent service and product

Easy order, quick delivery. Competitively priced product. Value for money equipment. However I recently made a review called The good the bad and ugly regarding a 28 cc garden leaf blower. I pointed out the good points, the bad points and the look of the device. I have a few of their petrol tools and would certainly recommend them. When it went to moderation it did not get published From this I concluded Parker chose not to publish it. This is why initially I gave them initially only 3 stars. Since Parker have replied to my initial review I am now happy to upgrade to 5 stars.
