Is parfumdreams.nl Legit?

The products have a very good quality and the promotions are very inventive, however the customer service requires huge improvements. The time to respond your query takes ages.My last two orders were charged two times due to a technical problem. I thought they will fix the problem asap, but I had to send reminders to have it done. The return of 180 days is not true! I still haven’t received the refund for two products returned last year, and the customer service requested me to sign a declaration under oath, although the DHL tracking shows clearly that the products were received. Overall, as stated good products, but bad customer service experience.

Since 08 June I am waiting for my refund. I bought a product, they never registered, they never delivered . But the money was debited from my bank account. I already sent 7 emails, I already sent a proof of my purchase, I already called. They are so bad organized, that every time , different employees asked me the same proof . In contact in telephone, the employee said that I will get my refund, but until today , after 1 month, I have nothing. Sometimes can happen mistakes like this, but the serious stores resolve immediately after they realize the mistake. Unfortunately, isn’t the case of perfum dreams. I was a client… but.. never more…

Update: It is 25 July, and I still didn’t receive the refund!!! Extremely annoyed, considering I’m a premium member and they say that this should give me priority with the customer service. Absolute lie.I cannot get my money back after they failed delivering my order!I placed an order on 5th June and received a tracking link, but there have been no updates since then. After waiting for two weeks, I contacted customer service to inquire about my order or request a refund. They said they would investigate, but I received no further communication despite sending multiple follow-up emails.It has now been over five weeks, and I still haven't received my order, any explanation, or a refund.I do not recommend ordering from this retailer due to their poor customer service and failure to deliver as promised.

The orders I have placed are authentic an delivery is very quick.. BUT, they send discount codes, 3x per month, and not one of them ever work. It's really annoying, even after making many calls ( no feedback) and mails (no reaction) they still continue sending me "false promises"Customer service may need some fine tuning!

Good prices, very quick delivery. The products are original. With 10 euro per year, you have a lot of good offers.

I bought the shampoo and serum and received those leaks. So I immediately emailed but still, no reply it wasn't expensive anyway I didn't expect it.Buying was easy and delivery was fast but CS is not available in case of any loss or damage.

I can find products that other websites / retailers don’t sell.However, the delivery is A LOT slower than other companies, that I only order those products that I can’t find anywhere else.

It’s a scam , I ordered something and the money was taken from my bank account but never received any email confirmation or any response from the customer service and of course my order didn’t arrive!! Please don’t waste your money and do your shopping in a trusted company

They have products what are not available anymore on other sites but I doubt whether the delivered parfume is original...

I have tried to pay with iDeal today, but the payment didn’t go through. The money is off the account, however no confirmation received about the order. I decided to go with it and try to pay with Klarna - this went through and I received the confirmation to receive my package 04/03 -06/03.As I see many reviews with the same issue, I wanted to make a review now and update it as it goes. Also will update the stars if everything goes well with the money refund.I called with the service and they said it’ll take from 5 to 10 working days to return the money. I am hoping for the best of course and hoping that I will receive my money back.I’ll update accordingly, but anyway first impression that Parfumdreams needs a better customer journey manager / purchase automation engineer (as the customer journey is bad as well as the website). Update: I received the parcel. However, the money has been taken twice. Additionally, the first paid money is not back to my account. The answer from customer support below is not helpful, as I fully finished the order process. The website didn’t process my payment, but my money isn’t back.

Ordered something on 30/05 and more than a week later it’s still not delivered. I received an email stating that “unfortunately my parcel is delayed” and when I click track-and-trace its on its way for a week now. I contacted them but they said they cannot do anything yet. Lets see…. For now not happy at all and reading other reviews a bit scared if it ever will arrive.

Unfortunately, I have had a negative experience with the customer service. The lack of response to my queries and concerns has been disappointing. It is frustrating when customers have to bear the consequences of technical failures without any support from the company. I hope that they take this feedback seriously and improves their customer service to better address issues faced by their customers.

Good and always has nice discount and free samples.

I have ordered a Lancome parfume bottle and returned it, but never received a refund.I've called with the service team many several times and have also had several e-mails sent back and forth. One person said to forward this issue to another colleague and so forth. Now, it is almost a year later and nobody from costumer service reached back out to me. I can understand that things might go wrong in administration, but 90 euros is a lot for some people, and it is incredibly dissappointing that no one from Parfumdreams cared enought to make sure I got my refund. Shame on you!UPDATE: I got an email back from Parfumdreams, following their response below (pretending that they'll look into the issue), saying that "You can contact Douglas about returns and return labels.", whilst Douglas is just the intermediary, and the package was returned to the address of Parfumdreams.

They are a very good source to get personal care products from. The autofill made a mistake with the address and they were nice enough to help with refunding the full amount and allowing me to place a new order. They have authentic products and the speed of delivery is also great. I have shopped here a couple times and will continue to do so for most of my personal care requirements. Highly recommended.

I had a good experience, no problems with payment or delivery time (they send you a DHL tracking number once the order was processed). Took them 6 days to deliver the perfume I ordered from Germany to Rotterdam. The quality it’s good. I would probably buy perfumes from them in the future if it’s the case.

Made a purchase and made the payment but did not received any confirmation email. Emailed the company about the issue. Received a stream of questions and proof of payment. Answered all questions and provided proof of payment but still no resolution of this issue.

They sell very good products and have a great service. My purchase was for skin and hair care products. I sent them an email before buying online and got the answer in a few minutes. They have free delivery from 30€ and it was within the agreed time. They sent me lovely free samples with my order. 😍
