parcel2go.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives parcel2go.com a medium-risk trust score on the platform: 64.9. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Vetted. Low Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 64.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to parcel2go.com's industry. The algorithm detected a slightly lower risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, noted in the Known. Vetted. Low Risk. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying vigilant and using common sense when engaging with this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning parcel2go.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between parcel2go.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of parcel2go.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of parcel2go.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. parcel2go.com is likely a safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether parcel2go.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether parcel2go.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, parcel2go.com.

“Poor service”

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. I paid for a collection with a 2 day delivery, courier didn't turn up. My parcel did not arrive on the agreed delivery date as I contractually paid for. Company took no responsibility. Poor customer service by Eleinvi when I contact the company on top of failure to collect Service Value Shipping

“I sent a parcel abroad using FedEx services purchased through Parcel2Go”

I sent a parcel abroad using FedEx services purchased through Parcel2Go. The parcel ended up being held in Customs, but I only discovered this through diligent tracking, as I wasn't notified directly. I reached out to both Customs and the courier multiple times, but despite my efforts, the parcel was eventually marked for return. I repeatedly asked what needed to be done to release the parcel for delivery but received vague responses and no clear instructions. One email I received provided no specific guidance, and when I sought clarification, I got no reply. Although I was promised someone would contact me within 1–2 days, this never happened. At one point, I was assured the parcel wouldn't be returned immediately as they were gathering more information from the depot despite its return being marked. However, when I followed up again, I was informed the return process was already underway and irreversible. Now, I don't know when—or if—the parcel will safely make it back to me. To complicate matters, I had insured the parcel but not for its full value, which might prove to be a costly oversight. UPDATE: FedEx has stated that the parcel was "refused," but this was never the case. There was only a request for a detailed breakdown of the fees, which has still not been provided. When the parcel arrived at Stansted, it was mistakenly treated as a fresh import instead of being marked as a returned parcel from Slovakia. As a result, it was placed in the over-goods warehouse. I was told instructions were required to avoid disposal, even though I had already provided these instructions multiple times. To make matters worse, I am now being charged duties, taxes, and fees on the returned parcel, which seems unjustified given that it is not a fresh import. While the billing department is supposedly reviewing the issue, they require up to 10 days, during which the parcel risks being abandoned. This experience has been deeply frustrating, marked by poor communication, incorrect handling of the parcel, and unjustified charges. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“A useless logistics reseller”

A useless logistics reseller that has little to zero communication with the very logistic companies it's selling the service of. Had a DPD dropoff parcel fall uncollected. Spoke to the drop off center and was told DPD were seemingly just not collecting from them and probably wouldn't any time soon. They advised me to speak to DPD to get a "release code" so the drop off shop could release the parcel back to me. Rang DPD and was directed to Parcel2Go. Parcel2go seemingly had no ability to communicate with DPD, didn't seem to understand the situation and told me to contact DPD for the code?! They had no way to produce the code themselves and told me I would need to wait 2 days for a response with the hope of a code and no guarantees, just to release my own belongings back to myself. The only way to communicate is through their very slow site chat facility where they're very quick to hide behind the terms and conditions. At the stage I was at, the terms and conditions they kept quoting really didn't seem relevant, I just wanted my parcel released back to myself and they just kept banging on about the fact they have no guaranteed timeframes on shipments?! Ultimately, I was able to find an alternative number for DPD and bypassed Parcel2Go(Nowhere), waste of time and had the parcel collected and delivered the next day. This seems like one of those companies that ticks along, probably doing ok but the minute something goes wrong, they have zero abilities to do anything and seemingly zero interest in fixing the situation other than to hide behind irrelevant terms and conditions. “Delivery Guarantee”

Hi if anyone in future using parcel2go never pay for delivery guarantee.Never because they will tell you this is estimate date and even priority parcel even if is late they can find many excuses to not give you full refund this is absolutely scam.Don't fall in this trap. Tip for consumers:Don't pay delivery guarantee Products used:Parts Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Worst Company Ever”

Quite literally the worst company I've ever had to deal with, which in this day and age is really saying something. Did not deliver on time, despite my business having paid extra, item was very expensive but arrived damaged so had to be returned and getting it returned has been a nightmare! Stay away from this awful company, they use UPS / go through UPS but they are terrible compared to them! Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“I bought a service that doesn't exist.”

I booked two cartons to be shipped from Ireland to Iceland via DPD. No problem booking on their website and paying the €120.00 ex Vat but cartons were returned 2 days later as that service does not exist... then why take the booking?

“Suprised by the negative reviews - I have found them to be ok”

I am shocked by so many negative reviews. I have used them many times and they were ok. There are a company that acts as an agent or go between to recommend other couriers. Most of the negative reviews seem to be for bad service, damaged or lost goods from the courier. I suspect this would happen with any parcel broker - it is the courier who does the job who is at fault, surely? I have only had one issue - and Parcel2Go did respond and did resolve it. Not sure they are anything special, but at the moment I have no complaints and no reason to stop using them. Service Value

“Damaged product”

Took 3 weeks this company to deliver my parcel and in the process they damaged it. The communication is non existence with these guys. They refused to relay the loss I incurred which was £100. They are liars and not worth trusting. 😡😡😡 Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Do not use this comapany”

My item was collected and never delivered it was insured can't get any help or response ripped off no contact phone number and their live chat is hopeless avoid at all cost my item was over £300 pounds Products used:Car parts Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Lost parcel”

The parcel has been lost. They demand proof that I sent it and that it did not reach its destination. When I sent it to them, they wrote that these were wrong documents. This is a joke. Additionally, I bought insurance. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company.

“AVOID THIS COMPANY”

I am extremely dissatisfied with Parcel2Go's poor level of service. My shipment was lost by Yodel, and my complaint was not addressed. Contact with the company was limited, and if I hadn't reached out myself, no one would have followed up on my case. Avoid this company at all costs. Tip for consumers:I am extremely dissatisfied with Parcel2Go's poor level of service. My shipment was lost by Yodel, and my complaint was not addressed. Contact with the company was limited, and if I hadn't reached out myself, no one would have followed up on my case. Avoid this company at all costs. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Do NOT go by the cheap, it is the worse service I ever experienced”

I have sent my parcel by parcel2go and they handedover it to Yodel for the delivery and my parcel never arrived to the destination and when I made complaint to both Yodel and Parcel2Go then they were constantly lying and telling me that my parcel will be soon returned back to me but it has been 4 months now it never arrived back to me and I then asked for the compensation and they refused it. I am sure my parcel has lost or their delivery driver has stolen it. So my advice to everyone is never use parcel2go and Yodel because if your parcel lost or damaged then you won't get anything instead of wasting your time for reading their lies in the emails.

“Made a claim”

So i made a legitimate claim after the recieving company confirming that the parcel has not been recieved, i included tracking and apicture to ensure they had not recieved the parcel. Parcel to go simply rejected the claim saying it was delivered to the correct delivery point, there seems to be no way to dispute this with them. So lesson learnt i am out of pocket, use a better company in future! Not sure how to add the proof of purchase this is the ref P2G******* Tip for consumers:do not use this company Products used:sent a greenhouse cover Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Super poor”

Booked a parcel uk to Costa Rica Fairly straightforward but CR doesn't really do formal addresses anyway worked around that and it's all good. Email sent with labels was complex and didn't work. Worked around that. Someone sat at home all day on collection day no correspondence and no parcel pick up. Tried to reschedule. Website or system would not allow. Go onto live chat eventually after having yo search high and low for it. Person on there is perfunctory but not sympathetic or suggesting solutions. End up requesting a refund and cancellation as they clearly cannot deal with a simple package delivery overseas. Need the wait from 2 to 5 days for refund. Great scam and legal too. Wow! Not good. Will never use again. Tip for consumers:Don’t use Products used:Cancelled the Order won’t ever use again Value

“Poor customer service”

My parcel is now 4 days late. The tracking data claims that delivery has been attempted twice, on days when there has been someone available to receive it. Their online support person said they could not give more details due to Data Protection Act. Use another carrier instead. Tip for consumers:Use Royal Mail instead Products used:International delivery Service Value Shipping Returns

“Lost My £400 Parcel & Never Refunded Me With Anything”

I sent a Mobile Phone worth £400 with tracking next day. Evri had lost my parcel and told me to contact Parcel2Go as I found the deal with them. I contacted Parcel2Go and they literally said sorry there is nothing we can do. I explained I am struggling financially and really need the money as I was selling the phone to get myself a few things for my house but they just didn't care. I threatened them with letting the newspapers know what they had done and they just didn't care. They really did make my life hard and affected my mental health extremely also never refunded or respected me in anyway. I hope nobody ever has to go through what I did. Please Stay Away! Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Parcel2go is daylight robbery”

My parcel from Manchester to London should have arrived on 11/12/20 but now it's 28/12/20 and no response from my request for help from Parcel2go. So my parcel has been lost in their depot for 16 days and counting. Or it has been stolen from within the depot, in which case I will need information of last handler to log with police for a crime number. The website is a joke, the tracking Help page says "click button below for live help" but there's no button! I looked at their HQ on maps and it's just shared office space in Bolton. I wish I'd done more research on them before using their dreadful "service". I resent having to even click on a review star to get this review logged. Tip for consumers:Don't Products used:Parece2go one stop

“Crap service”

I used Parcel2Go to send something next day delivery, as I was relying on it arriving on time. Arrives late and when I complain, they said well you didn't purchase "Guaranteed Delivery". Such a stupid service! You purchase something and pay good money for it, but then have to pay more to actually get the service you pay for. Not sure how anyone can run a reputable business like this, customer trust completely destroyed! Don't bother using them Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Waste of time and useless service”

Time wasters and rubbish system/QR/Drop off services - DO NOT BELIEVE reviews about "superb/excellent Cust.Service" - majority of these reviews are either paid or fake. They also tried to persuade me to remove a negative review - These are the worst brokers trying to make a dollar but their system does not synchronise with the courier systems. They generate QR codes that don't update immediately. Most of the orders can't be sent same day but next day due to same issue (not synchronising in teal time to be able to drop off the parcels!) - Did I say drop off? Sure enough. NOT ALL the drop off locations will accept parcel2go QR either, so better just use par el force evry or whatever - DIRECTLY - these guys meed to change a lot of things until their services will work flawlessly. At present its a hit and miss and with busy businesses you just don't have the time to waste with them and their rubbish dated systems and services. Tip for consumers:RUBBISH Cust Service, their QR code works on/off Playlist a lot of location where you can drop off the parcel, however not all the locations accept their code because it’s not updated with the couriers system in real time. Basically waste of time completely.. Products used:International EU Parcel postage Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“A very useful site for reference purposes: i. E”

A very useful site for reference purposes: i. E. how much would a courier delivery cost UK to Australia etc. Also provides an efficient service 90% of the time. However there are some drawbacks: insurance costing is through the roof (rip-off) for high value items; the site is temperamental at times (weak user interface); and they try to make you work on a 'pre-pay' system which is there to work in their favour.

“Picked up OK, tracking poor”

Dropped off parcel destination New Zealand, which was picked up that day. They sent me tracking details, lasted 3 days then nothing. Making contact is a nightmare, in the end had to ring New Zealand twice to see if parcel had been delivered. Tried web chat which eventually confirmed parcel had been delivered. Very disappointed wont use again. NO facility to make a complaint, disgusted.

“No issue”

I was a bit worried reading that many bad reviews after I sent my parcel but honestly everything went great. They came to pick up the parcel last Thursday in Ireland (FedEx) and it arrived the following Tuesday in Vancouver. The box was not damaged (but I took a lot of time to reinforced it, just in case). I might use it again, still worrying seeing the other reviews but my experience with them has been flawless.

“Cheap, reliable and easy!”

Needed to post an urgent parcel for my sons birthday. Found Parcel2Go and despite the bad reviews I decided to give them a try. My parcel arrived safely and on time for my sons birthday. Booking was quickly and easy and the courier even brought a label when they collected. Brilliant!

“Don't book "Delivery Guarantee" it's counterproductive!”

I used Parcel2Go and paid extra for "Delivery Guarantee." Parcelforce didn't collect the parcel on the date agreed. As a consequence, the parcel wasn't delivered on the day it was expected. When I wanted to claim the refund*, I was told: "The delivery guarantee does not guarantee the collection date just the delivery time once the parcel has been collected." This means Parcel2Go and their partners have an incentive not to collect your parcel at all when they have the slightest doubt they can deliver it in the time agreed which in turn means you're better off without the guarantee! * "If you purchase Delivery Guarantee, you will be entitled to a full refund of the carriage if your parcel is not delivered by the pre-agreed date."

“First Class Service At A Great Price”

I booked a delivery to Austria with some trepidation, given some reviews, but noting that one respected review site rated them 4/5 from 94K reviews. Parcel2Go arranged it through Parcelforce at £90 less than booking it direct. The parcel was collected on a Monday, as arranged, and delivered the following Monday, with tracking throughout the journey. And that during the Covid-19 lockdown. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
