Excellent customer service ! Manuel Lopez is very reactive and answers emails quickly. I ordered some tea from this website and never received my package. Manuel resent my order, free of charge, which I received a few weeks later. I live in the Reunion island and shipping can be long and costly. I highly recommend.

BEWARE! Ordered goods January that I was told come from USA. Some weeks later I was told goods were in Customs. Then nothing. Contacted the firm. Email from Manuel Lopez ( see other 1 star reviews here) Wanting IBAN from me, not prepared to repay money to the card they took the money from as its easier for them to use 'insurance'. A lot of emails back and forth. Eventually repaid to the card I used 10 days later!! Not a nice shopping experience and I wont reorder in the hope of getting the product I wanted.

Very satisfied with my experience with this site. I had been concerned by some old reviews which were negative - but was reassured by some direct email dialogue with a Customer Services manager , and went ahead with my order. Everything was absolutely correct: money taken upfront, order confirmed and delivery took place - within 4 weeks. And this was over Christmas, and the product came from the US - I am in France. Very happy and price v reasonable ( even with duty of €10 paid on delivery) and I will certainly use them again, as it is a hard-to-find product at the moment.

I am touched by the customer care. There was a mistake at first on website but they tried every effort to fix it and refund it. I specifically appreciate to Manuel Lopez who tried to do his best to solve the problem for the customer.Thank you.

Fraud - Do not order.They give you confirmation order, take payment and never deliver the products. Website, bank account and email contact are all three different names located in US, Belgium and email responses are far from professional.Initially contacts seemed genuine but post-payment this is a different story...Do not get tricked as I did.

The C vitamin I ordered is excellent in price, quantity and quality. I got a good contact with Manuel who was in charge of the shipment and although the international shipment/border might be a bit hectic sometimes, the company never let me down and made sure I got delivered properly. Thanks.

My concern was about reception of my order, BUT very quicly after a mail contact the trouble was solved and I received my order 2days ago. I must tell that communication from sales service has been great.It would be interesting to precise on the web site when products are coming from another country so you would be aware about the delivery timing. Product was absolutly what i was expecting for.

Please be aware that this site is fraudulent. They send you a confirmation email, take your money, and then they deliver nothing. They're not located in France but in Polonia, they don't reply to the phone, and they reply to your email from fake accounts email. I'll proceed with legal actions, surely.

Fraud - took my money and never heard from them again. Can't contact them and their address popped up as Lagos, Nigeria on my bank statement.

Hi guys, I am based in Poland and ordered from parapharmaciefrance some items. They were delivered on time and they authentical ones. I mean that what I saw in the photos - I received in real. As to the prices - they are not higher than on the rest of the websites. Seems good with me for now.

The Products ordered were the ones delivered. They are up to what was recommended, and we were quite satisfied. The delivery took very long time, but in the end it worked out.
