This is a great way to get peace of mind if you have a question about your pet and don’t want to wait weeks for a vet appointment (or drop hundreds of dollars on an emergency appointment you might not even need). I had a few concerns about my dog, and Dr. Luqman did a fantastic job of explaining what was going on and how I should proceed. Thank you, Dr. Luqman!

So excited to have found a vet that actually knows about pet nutrition! I talked to Dr. Luqman about my parrot's diet and he had so much great advice to offer. Together we came up with a simple plan to improve her diet and he even sent me some follow up PDFs with extra info. Just awesome to have a vet I can reach out to who knows about this stuff because none of my local vets do! More than worth the money!

This is a great service to use if you aren't sure whether you should waste money booking an in-person vet appointment. My chihuahua has an abscess below his eye that just won't heal but it doesn't seem to be causing any issues. After talking to Dr. Maja, I feel confident going forward. We talked about all the causes that might be behind this infection, what to look for, and when he definitely needs to get to a vet. It's so nice to have some peace of mind and Dr. Maja was so kind and helpful! I highly recommend Pangovet if you're on the fence about taking your pup into the vet for something like this.

I came across this service online, didn’t know how to handle this particular situation and through a brief zoom call I was able to put my mind at ease and not run to the animal hospital for a significant price. I was able to talk to Dr Luqman within 30 minutes of my requested inquiry. He was very attentive, provided a lot of helpful information and you can tell passionate about helping the animals. He didn’t rush through the conversation, so I was able to have an effective discussion on how to resolve the issue with my pup and what precautions I should take. Although, I still need to go to the vet, I’m not as worried as I was prior to the call. I definitely would recommend (and already recommended)anyone who wants to get advice prior to going to the vet to call PangoVet!!

We needed some veterinary advice and support after hours for our dog, who was lethargic and not eating, and Dr. Marta at PangoVet was there. She walked us through how to keep him comfortable and helped us to come up with a plan to get him in-person help. We live rurally, so after-hours vet care is hard to come by. Dr. Marta was professional, kind, caring, and supportive, and helped us more than I can explain in a time of such intense stress and worry. Our dog underwent surgery the next day and is doing very well, turns out he ate a macadamia nut that got stuck in his intestine. I didn't know what to expect with a telehealth service, especially since we did need to go in to see an in-person vet anyways, but we really couldn't have done it without PangoVet. Money well spent to know we had someone in our corner looking out for our dog and helping us seek the best care we could find. Thank you! I truly cannot recommend PangoVet enough.

Received expert advice when I was in doubt if my cat's condition required an immediate trip to the vet's. Dr. Maja explained all the possible causes for the third eyelid appearing, assured me it is not an emergency but a trip to the vet in the morning is required. Also after the call I received a report with all the doctor's suggestions written down so I can review it after the call and take necessary steps for my cat to feel better. It was really professional and helpful, the doctor was patient and explained everything thoroughly. Really liked the service, it helped me calm down so I'm giving them a 5 star review.
