Is panameedia.com Legit?

I ordered the WinterSecret vest online and it doesn't work.It worked one time only. A day after, when I try to turn it on, I press the button, it goes through the three colors but then turns off.The battery is full, and I'm doing exactly what I did the first time, but it just doesn't work.Nothing happens. I wrote to Panameedia twice! More than 10 days ago, and there's no answer.This is a fraud. Panameedia shame on you. You stole my money. And from what I see online, there are many other people like me, that you've deceived. Like others, I returned substandard goods bought online from Panameedia for refund. The UK address Unit 2 Benacre Drive, Birmingham B5 5RF. Since September 2020 they blamed Paypal, then a technical error for not being able to refund me. Over 3 months later there is no sign of them paying, even after advising pending poor review on Trustpilot and contacting Resolver. I hope they come unstuck for their deceitful trading.

This company is a scam, don't give them your money. I returned $250 worth of product that I was not happy with (electric toothbrushes that didn't even work) I paid for shipping as per their request, that was in October and I haven't received a refund after following up every week, they kept telling me it was a paypal issue, until finally they stopped replying. THIS IS A SCAM.

Bought 2 teeth cleaning gizmo. After recieving them without opening I returned them as instructed, they acknowledged recieving them and sending a refund. No refunds, I have emailed them a dozen times each time they ask me to wait while they investigate. BS they are a bunch of SCAMMERS. I wish I could go visit them. BAD BAD BAD BAD COMPANY

bought 5 of these and sure enough they turned up but slowed my internet down as insructed i sent them back no refund this a common problen as weve now found out multiple cases so i will be getting in touch with trading standards as this shouldnt be allowed to continue dirty scammers who steals our money need to be tracked down and punshised should be called scameedia4 months after buying them you ask for proof of postage that you was given at the time of posting to the address you asked it to go to with proof of said recorded postage!! you are a joke because you signed for the parcel you have both the money and the items Trading standards should put you in prison!!!🤬🤬🤬

Shody goods. I purchased a "Barxstop" ultrasonic device to use with my dog. The device arrived, but does not work. There is an LED torch function that does work, however the ultrasonic (which people cannot hear) has no effect on any of the dogs I have tried it on.I wrote to complain and they said to return the unit in the original packaging, but (a) that went out in the trash and (b) they don't seem to handle refunds well if you read the other reviews here.

It was good of this company which refunded the money.

If you have checked this site prior to purchase you are lucky. I purchased a drone and paid for additional items only to find that they are in the box in the first place. Hence the total cost was double what can be purchased from other sites for the same manufacturers product. Despite their response that their product is of better quality - its the same boxed item. Raised this issue and was promised a pathetic 10% discount two months ago, but still nothing received to date.If the option is available to you do not use this site, its works out very expensive hence poor value for money and poor Customer Service.K Mack

UPDATE 8-18-23: Panameedia replied to me that I can "... send the shipment back to us in the same unused condition that you received it to the same address that is mentioned on the package." What the heck??? I guess they didn't read the part about I am happy with the product so why would I want to return it? Also, I mentioned I can't view the receipt because the link to the receipt is marked as UNSAFE by Microsoft. PANAMEEDIA: please pay attention! I can't view the receipt but I've already put in a disput with my credit card because this item was not $65.00 when I placed the order! ORIGINAL COMPLAINT 8-17-2023: Ordered the VacuumGo Pro. I'm perfectly satisfied with the product it works great but the problem is that they overcharged me by $50.00 on my credit card, so I had to put in a dispute. When I click on the link to the invoice in the email confirmation, I get a security warning that the site is unsafe, so I have no record of the invoice totals, only an order number. Also, I've sent them 3 emails on how do I buy replacement dust cartridges and no response. Just in case Panameeedia is reading this, order number is b4ae359fda3d3e.

I thought it would be good to write a review after reading so many bad ones. I purchased 2 x Zoomshotpro camera lenses, but unfortunately they didn't suit my needs. I was given a return address which was PanaMeedia. I read so many bad reviews about items not received and refunds not given that I thought I would have the same problem when returning mine. I messaged them a couple of times directly expressing my concerns but they assured me as long as I send the item back by courier and supplied the receipt, then I would have no problems.I gave all the information they requested after I sent the item back and was very pleased, when true to their word they put my refund back into my account. No problem at all. I live in the UK and sent item back via Hermes.

Dishonest Company... Bought a pair of adjustable glasses from them. Cancelled the order 2 days later due to very long delivery date...they acknowledged. Told me refund would be available 10-15 business days. It never arrived. Emailed them every week or so for update. Initially they told me they were having technical problems...then they blamed PayPal for delaying the refund because of their Know Your Customer policy. I called PayPal, they told me that was false. After 10 weeks, I filed a claim with PayPal about the missing refund. PayPal reimbursed my $73 after I sent correspondence from Panameedia acknowledging the refund. Items are way overpriced (check Amazon first) and they keep stalling refunds hoping you will forget or just give up. Do not buy anything from Panameedia ou!

I bought a Health Watch from this company that would not pair to any of the apps they suggested. After many return emails from their support team, I chose to return the watch and asked for a refund. 3 months later I still have not been refunded. I am now taking the issue to Australian Consumer affairs.

I bought a drone from this company in August 2021 for my son's 6th Birthday at the beginning of September and still waiting for it. No update on the order since it was dispatch from China! I've tried emailing and calling their customer service with no response. Stay away. I'll be taking them to the small claims court if they don't get back to me soon

I ordered an air con unit back on June 16th 2022 from PANAMEEDIA on a well known media website for £66.21, as advertised a quick delivery, expecting a delivery in the last few days, or atleast a communication telling me what was happening, BUT NOTHING !! I find this type of business dealing extremely poor and like a SCAM and hope NO OTHER MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC are dealing with this company. As a health campaigner who has many facebook sites i will put this bad company across the pages to raise AWARENESS.UPDATE per message below, when i wrote the complaint i had NOT received the item or had any communication from your company. The item turned up on my doorstep a few days later. Try communicating with your customers it might just help your company, and stop the negative reports that you are getting.

Ordered a drone about 3 weeks ago. Got a txt msg saying it's being processed. No tracking number provided. Phone numbers don't ring. Emails sent with no reply now for days. I would appreciate a refund & should of read your reviews first as there is a large amount of this very thing.

I responded to an ad that made claims about offering special technology to improve WiFi speed. This company sent me a bog standard WiFi repeater. They also charged £36 for a product that I now find I can get for around £15 - 17 (the same brand, same model). In fairness, they have responded quickly to my e-mail complaints and offered a 5% discount and then a 10% discount in some kind of recognition of my complaints about misrepresentation and vastly inflated price. I was going to return the product and accept a refund until I saw the reviews here and realised that I would be very lucky to get the refund so I've decided to keep the product, but I've requested a £20 refund, this being the difference between the price on Amazon and the price this company are charging. I am probably going to report them to the ASA and Trading Standards, especially if I get no partial refund.An update to the initial review:After several e-mails back and forth, attempting to offer a discount, the company decided to offer a full refund and said I could keep the goods. The refund was received the following day. However, given the experience of others who have reviewed this company, it seems that I have been very lucky. I would not use this company again.

A total scam. I bought five products (all the same) from this company, which were defective. I had to pay the return postage to "receive a refund" which NEVER ARRIVED. Stay away!!

Ah! Well the reviews confirm MY experience too!I bought the "USmile Pro Ultrasonic Toothbrush" as I've had bad experiences with local dentists, due to bureaucracy actually. And I wanted to look after my teeth/gums properly myself. I bought this product, but when it arrived, (and it's STILL in the packaging!) and you realise, and tell the company: PanaMeedia Support Team, that you have a wonky tooth on the bottom row of teeth, that actually sticks out, therefore a rounded tooth shield won't fit, they don't care, and just refer you to your Dentist. They have not refunded me. So, I've lost a LOT of money! Not happy.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!By the way, my purchase was a year ago, and you can see from the 2022 reviews, that these are still CHEATING, THIEVES!!! Good, honest, ethical companies offer refunds and returns.
